WWWN finally showed some signs of life on Monday. I like this one for a short term play at least. The float is under 50M I believe, and Nite spent the better part of the past week or so on the Bid. The company is supposed to find out within the next couple of weeks whether or not It lands the Ontario contract. Even if it does not, imo, the speculation will continue to gather momentum that should result in a spike of some kind.

PLRP files right under the gun. It may not be all that pretty, but it made me smile. Decent size buys today.
Robert Gelsomino
muelhead: Thanks for the heads up on ABRG. Being of Italian descent, imo, 2deisre also picks her men very well, considering that she married one. LOL.
Back to PLRP for one moment. Do you, or does anyone, have an opinion as to a time frame relative to the absorption of the recent dilution evidenced in the company's filing of June 1?
Robert Gelsomino
muelhead: Thanks for the response. I know what you mean about the typical OTC company, and praying for miracles. LOL. I took a position in PLRP on Friday. e-Centurion could be something that propels this company somewhat. In any event, at these prices, I really do not see much downside. Good luck. Maybe one day, we will be congratulating one another.
This week, imo, should be a good week for Frcd and Msev. When 2desire speaks, I listen, and the post by the fireman coupled with last weeks news bode well for these 2 issues, imo.
Robert Gelsomino
xxrayeyes: Thank you very much for this excellent DD link post. I am new to this board, and no.80 on your list, PLRP, is a company that I have had me eye on for many months. I haven't been following it as closely since about the first of May, but its recent slide to sub penny status, quickly followed by a spike to about .023 or so rekindled my interest.
It closed Friday at .013, and it is my understanding that It's anti virus product, e- Centurion, is finally being tested by some commercial concerns, and that there is a possiblitiy, that if it tests ok, Pacel will begin marketing and retailing it for consummer use.
If anyone who frequents this forum has an opinion regarding PLRP, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

NetShoe- Lloyd, my friend, just wanted to say hello. Hope all is well with you, Helena, and all of your loved ones. It seems like a decade has passed since the Pork Expo in June of 2000. It is hard for me to believe that I did not first invest in Struthers until December of 1999. I thought time was supposed to fly when one was having fun! LOL!
What a roller coaster ride of emotions. I think of the time that we spent together in Indy often, and of the tremendous effort that you put into your summary of the history of Struthers. I wonder if perhaps you, or someone else will write the final chapter someday. Whatever the content, it would most definately be a very interesting read, imvho! LOL!
Take good care, and all the best.

Good evening everyone. I want to thank my dear friend 2desire for letting me know about this great forum. I look forward to contributing whatever DD I can, and wish everyone the best of luck.
Robert Gelsomino
NETSHOE: Lloyd, very nice to see you still around. I hope that all is well with you.
The reorganization of management was a very huge step in the right direction, and way over due, imo. The fact that the powers to be made this move restored my confidence for the future here. To be honest, for so many reasons that don't need to be reiterated here, I had lost all faith in this company's ability to achieve the potential that I firmly believe It has, as long as Doug was in charge. Can't take away all the good he did in making the requisite acquisitions and building the foundation. However, no excuse whatsoever for what he did and did not do in the past year or so, imo.
It's no secret that the company is relocating to Waukon. This was confirmed by Dave Diebold last week. I think this is a great move. Gourley is there, Legred is a stones throw away, Carlson hails from out that way, and 90 minutes seperates the BSF from the TP distribution center. Hog country. This is where the headquarters should be, imo.
I had the pleasure of spending some quality one on one time with Marianno Raigo at the BSF, and again at the shareholders meeting. He is a very dedicated and well traveled young man, who speaks several languages, has much business savvy, and prime contacts in Europe. Imo, the company will also announce the appoitment of new CEO very soon now; hopefully someone from the food industry.
The exorbinant rate at which the 505s converted should have never transpired, and the dilution to an already healthy float might very well retard any appreciable upward movement in the share price, short to mid term. However, the growth of this company will no longer be retarded now that the proper changes have finally been made, imo, and INVESTORS here, should be very confident that the company's latest move is highly indicative of a commitment to do all possible to achieve success. With all of the potential that we have known about and recognized for so long, I do not see how this company can miss.
It would certainly be nice to hear from you a little more frequently, Mr. Chairman. LOL. Take good care, my best to Helena, and the very best of luck.

lloyd: I hope everything in Kansas turned out for the best. Thank you for the belated birthday wishes, for all that you have shared regarding Struthers, and most of all, for being my friend.
Whatever else Stru brings, it brought us together. For that,I will be eternally grateful. I am still invested in Stru, quite heavily, and necessity dictated that I sold some as well, for a pretty substantial loss. I, like you before me, have said goodbye to the Raging Bull for now, and I am taking a gentle step back to review my circumstances, and to recollect my thoughts.
I wish you, Helena, and all of your loved ones the very best that the Dear Lord has to offer healthwise, and in all of your future endeavors.

I want to thank everyone who extended birthday wishes to me on this board last night. I have said it many times, and I say it again: I have met some of the finest people that I have ever encounterd in my life due to my investment in Struthers, Inc.
Thanks also to those who sent e mail cards, to those who im'ed their regards, and to those who called. This company,is blessed with the finest shareholder base, of the finest, most decent people, that anyone could hope for.
More importantly than my reconition of this, is the fact that the company knows it too. Many times, in person, on the phone, and via e mail, Doug, Rhett, Ken, and Bob Chiari have commented about the dedication, loyalty, and over all genuineness of the shareholders. They know that we have not only placed our hard earned dollars into Struthers , but have also promoted it to the best of our ability, and most importantly of all, we have placed all of our trust and confidence in them and their professionalism.
IMO, though times have been extremely rough, and sentiment is at an all time low, they , being the decent people that they are, will not let us down.
Two years of building what appears to be an excellent foundation, 8 months of trading pink, and now, fully reporting, all ducks in a row, with all that entails.
No hype, no rumors, no nothing. Now, its SHOW TIME, IMO. Let the prs and the good times roll. We know you have been working hard, and we appreciate that very much. We also know that all of these global efforts have resulted in good things that heretofore you were not at liberty, for one reason or another, to divulge. It's your company, and your ball game. We await the revelation of all of the revenue sources we have been hearing about, and we have a burning desire to see the bleeding of the share price stopped, once and for all.
Thanks for all of your efforts. We all know, like you told us many times, this is not a penny stock. We all know, like BKR has maintained all along, that what we hold has value. Come on guys, please, lol. Let the business wires do the talking. My friends are walking, and this share price and the uncertainty is breaking up this old stru gang of mine.

one more from doug : To Woofpack
Dear Gary,
After speaking with numerous financial folks , I really don't believe PRs
are going to cut it. The whole market is unstable as many people made
profits at the beginning and now are taking tax losses to cover.
I am constantly watching the market , but still believe that building and
selling our products to better the bottom line is the key. I will not send
out a PR every time we bring on another client or herd...people just call it
fluff...now one strategy was to group them and send out one large PR , I
just don't think it will budge the market right now....we announced deal
with Daymon and the shares did virtually nothing...and that deal is
substantial...many folks in our position would have loved to be courted by
Daymon. I don't have any challenges to repeating that PR with revenues when
we have another month of animals running through , therefore we will have
historical data to announce or TenderPrime line of naturally raised animals
and other organic products... We just want to be factual in our reporting. I
just want folks to understand we are not sitting still and our business is
getting stronger as we now move as a fully listed Corp. Financial folks
look for Q's and annual reports . Let us just watch over the next few days
until the new year and in my opinion we will support it on the upside. If
you read my latest note we have hogs running through the system every week
and clients on board for the GS system. Not just here but in the EU and the
far east.
We have really just been pounding for over a year yet folks speak like we
have been in business for 10 years. I only have STRU stock so my investment
is yours! And I plan on making it worth a lot more than it is today...but I
won't fight devalued market conditions.
That is my opinion and I hope it is of some help.
Warm regards and thank you for your note.

Another message from Dr. Beatty... To BIG_K
Dear Kurt ,
Until I release formal PRs on relationships or increased relationships with anyone I can not answer your question. All I can say is that I am very pleased with the direction our Company is taking and that we have increased our throughput of hogs (Duroc) running through packers and processors every week to meet the new demand for our naturally raised animals...which may fill the void of many customers at the present time who have indicated to us that there is a great market for these high-end restaurant quality products. The initial steps and cut data from Johnson and Wales culinary institute was extremely positive and now with this info is being fed back to the folks who ordered these products. The word is out on the quality of our shipped pork. One must understand that we started relationships and put measures in place to work out any bugs which may occur when shipping fresh product. We have had no snags and for that reason increased the weekly delivery of hogs to our customers. We have no difficultly in meeting any demands put on us at the present time. And this included using other producers...who are on our genetics. I see no need at this time to release more info on herd alliances as some just call it fluff...we can't release info on every sale or agreement we make as I do not want this to be construed as hype. What most folk look for is bottom line numbers. With historical data we can do this. We have been delivering hogs weekly and that to me is the important thing...then release numbers in a release or in the quarterly's. That is the reason why I took 2000 to build a solid foundation with the future of the unique $30 Billion niche market industry in mind, we are after a chunk of it and no doubt with what we have put in place recently that I am getting my wish. Someone needs to fill it and we are there to do just that...we also have not overlooked the rest of the industry including exports of finished products ....the export market is huge and as you now know the EU has been hit with disease and had to cull many of their top grade animals, we took the step to increase our presence over in the EU with our German Corp. there to take advantage of their terrible loss. Especially with the recent outbreak of disease in the EU. Without a doubt all of our subs are in all of our processes which involves the whole Struthers system. I won't comment on your DD but must say I am very curious as to how folks get this or any info ...when we have been quiet for many reasons. One of which is to not hype , but to reflect factual info. My best to all for a very Happy New Year.
Warm regards,
Douglas

Dear Matt,
The reason folks buy our gilts is that they are considered to be N1
generation ...simply put one generation removed from Great grand parent
stock. Once you place in a maternal line which is of great stock then apply
our semen , you have the type of breeding animals which the market is
after...a great maternal animal which then after our ETs or semen produces
gilts for our market, and we have first right of refusal for the offspring.
We then sell these gilts for a premium to our alliances and other clients.
We are slowly introducing our GS system to these clients and it does take
time for folks to realize the benefits. The ones using it are very pleased
and as data is collected we are preparing POS material and paper
submissions. For start ups as explained in the previous note many farms are
expanding their gilts for breeding and requesting our animals. That is why I
explained how we then sell our whole program and repeat the benefits of
first right of refusal for these animals without the outlay a cash...when we
buy back the offspring the farmer receives a genetic premium for their work
in rearing these animals. We therefore don't own the unit. We have now
purchased another unit for the express purpose of increasing our great
grandparent line. That way we control the biosecurity of the unit and cost
of the animals produced. The animals we sell are guaranteed to breed and of
course any of our technology and products are available to breed them.
However , to maintain their herd farms must on average replace 20% of the
herd to maintain our genetics and the quality which we monitor through Dr.
Carlson's health Safety check program. This program is one of the keys to
our success as we monitor the animals right from conception to market. It is
also how we control any disease entering the system and eliminating it.
For further info on overseas , two things : we can send animals to create a
nucleus herd then transport embryos and semen from this herd. Or send
embryos to establish our genetic line. Right now our protocols are being
processed but will take 30 to 60 days to send embryos even though there has
been no know disease transferred by ET's the EU is very worried at this
time about introduction of diseases...to over come this we cookie cut our
system here and establish it in the EU . Again, by sending live
animals....then move ET and semen within the EU community. I can comment on
this further , however, it will become apparent shortly. The approach I have
taken is to do this in numerous Countries and again this is why we chose
Germany and the Pacific Rim for starters.
There are so many facets to this industry and our new concepts, I am pleased
that you have asked the questions so that I can help to explain part of our
business model.
I hope this helps, you may share the info I have given you with your team
as it is not sensitive it is what we do) and if anyone needs further
explanation don't hesitate to call or write. No secretes just good
educational info which should help all to understand. I am glad you
understood the last letter...sometimes I assume all realize the industry we
are in ...and I am trying to do a better job of explaining what is we
actually do and why! And what the benefits are.
Warm regards,
Douglas
Warm regards and look forward to a great year.

Do some number crunchin!
Dear Matt,
If you have some info in German I can do my best to translate it for you. I
am studying German using my CIA fast start kit "six weeks to learn where to
drop the envelop" LOL. But it is a great government course on CD and Book.
In a nut shell the dual listing takes roughly 2 weeks to complete ...our
lawyers here work with our firm in Munich to fill out the necessary docs
then they are notarized by a judge ...just like we had to do when we filed
our AG...everything was in German , but we have a lawyer in Munich who is
from the firm of Nelson Mullins who represents us here in the states and
is from SC, translated the process for us while in Germany. I will have
more to discuss with all as we move forward...but a listing over there would
give us great exposure and help the Company and stock here. With respect to
our business ventures , we sell a whole Struthers Pkg system which basically
involves all of our subsidiaries from AI / ET catheters , semen processing
equipment, genetics , to the lease of the GS system per sow usage. Huge
savings for the farmers but to us great revenues as these are ongoing sales
i.e.. catheters, semen and replacement gilts at 20-30% per year. Here are
some rough numbers on savings to farmers : per animal born using the GS
system they save approx. $1.43 or 22 (born per year) X 1.43 = $31.46, now
they also save on loss of semen as we can use less due to the fact we are
placing semen directly into the uterus with NO back flow. And we can use
gilts as we can get through the cervix...not possible with conventional
AI...therefore loss of semen...and if the technician must return to the
gilt (non bred female) he or she loses time. Conventional AI takes 20
minutes for the sow or gilt to suck up the semen ...we take 30 seconds to a
minute and a half. ETs take 2 minutes to implant...with no need for clean
rooms or operating rooms. Most farmers don't have PRs ...Recently Dr.
Gourley and I , in ? we did five ETs on gilts , average time 1.5 minutes for
placements. Right in the stalls only a little bit of feed in front of the
gilt , 12 people from various large corps were present and I must say they
were very impressed. Prior to this they had to ship animals to the (unnamed
facility) to have embryos surgically implanted then shipped back to the
herd...we just eliminated the shipping costs...and the possibility of
numerous mishaps such as spontaneous aborts of embryos when you take a pig
and transport them...also deaths from exposure and fright!
Now the sales pitch for a 1000 herd sow unit (a scenario):
rental of scope : $ 3000.00 per year
Charge per sow : $ 5000.00 per year @5.00 per sow
Charge for Catheters: $ 5000.00 per year @ 5.00 per sow
Semen : $ 13,200.00 per year
Gilts : $200,000.00 blast fill
20% replacement Gilts: $ 40,000.00 per year
Total = $266,200.00 per year on a 1000 gilt
deal
Savings to the farmer roughly $31,000.00 and that does not take into account
the saving of labor costs. For some this number may seem small but to a
farmer where ever they can save some $$ it adds to the bottom line. And when
our genetics are used we save feed due to animals going to market sooner and
other savings such as higher grade and yield premiums from packers due to
the increased lean percentage of meat.
Training is an additional $4000.00 per 12 people
These costing quotes are available for anyone who we deal with.
That is roughly the system sold as a unit, now these numbers are available
and not sensitive info ...this is what we charge. If the farmer has animals
then discount the cost of our blast fill , but you can keep in the
replacement sales as it is normal to replace 20% of there stock per year. I
can not for reasons of confidentiality go into how many herds we have on
this system or that are going onto this system, but, this info will be
either in the Qs or PRs. I just wanted you to understand the STRU system.
As for the red durocs , I totally agree that we make a larger post market
profit for these animals and that is why we have a steady stream of duroc
running through the pipe weekly. What we don't sell internally is sold to
packers or directly to the customers with our label.
The whites are for a different purpose which I won't comment on at the
moment.
As for hogs we have no shortage at the moment and can easily gear up to any
amount of requests which we are doing. I will say that customers will pay a
premium for good quality animals. Again these higher premiums have been
outlined in previous docs. SEC fillings and our literature. Where we are
also gearing up is in the production of Gilts and isoween pigs as there is
great demand for our high quality animals. Again this is not new info and
has been disclosed. This growth you will see over the next few months and
throughout the new year.
One last comment is that don't misinterpret us being quiet, as that we are
not doing anything...I want info to be disseminated in an orderly and
factual method...you get tried after awhile of folks calling things
fluff...when it is not ....and remember we just acquired LSG last Nov. 1999
and made two more asset acquisitions , plus launched new innovative semen
processing and ET technology and have gone Global for very good reasons
...export of our genetics and system being one of them, yet still have a
healthy bank balance and over $12MM in assets ...not bad for a start up
Biotech company with IMO tremendous upside potential because we plan and
work the plan. IMO the market is not truly reflective of our position in
the marketplace nor is at this time with many stocks.
Well that's my opinion and I share it with you as I would anyone who would
ask. The answers are there in our releases and SEC registration docs. and
Matt you have shown a keen interest and a definite solid knowledge of what
we are doing. For this I am grateful.
The above scenario was designed and should serve as a guide for larger and
smaller herds...I hope it was helpful.
Warm regards,
Douglas

Dear Matt,
The number of hogs SF has recieved from us is not what some are quoting...not
true....While in EU we had a great deal of interest in our ET and GS
system and yes it can help control the spread of disease...however , in
cattle ETs we have no track record...now we will be doing ETs on cattle and
testing the results. With respect to pigs in EU they are now concerned
with numerous diseases spreading from animal to animal...that is why we have
chosen to start with washed ETs and Semen transfers with the GS system in
January in EU. I can not go further into this discussion , but you will
hear soon of our journeys. Supplying our genetics from the US will help
tremendously in our exports and form our alliance herds which are PRRS free and
free of virtually 13 other diseases. That is where the interest lies.
As for duel listings on the noted exchanges , I won't comment only to say
you will hear of developments as they occur. I will say that Germany was
chosen due to the fact that pork production is the third highest in the
world and increasing , but the genetic pool is shrinking that is where our
genetics come in. The economy over there is very strong and we have been
very welcomed in that Country. We also chose Munich because it is the
silicon valley of the Alps...every major high tech company is there and we
have an office on the "Wall Street " of the city. From there we can get
anywhere within hours making transfer of genetics easier without
restrictions...also the ag dept is on our side with many incentives to bring
the German hogs up to export specs. If you recall disease took its toll in
western EU and we are working to fill that void. More info will be forthcoming
as we move forward. I am waiting for these few days of market madness to
subside first. I believe as most that we shall see a nice turn around and we
will support it.
I hope this helps to dispel rumors...
Call me if you here the extreme...and as always what we release is factual
news...SEC rules!

REQUIRED: Patrick, enjoyed and appreciated the recent exchange. Re, " market takes another hit", perhaps, in this year of the bear, STRU was indeed a safe haven.
Today, imo, 6mms joining the quotation of STRU on the Bulletin Board was an encouraging prelude to the important matters that hopefully begin to unfold in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.
As you are well aware, the rumor mill has been replete for a long, long, time. Additionally, the company has made major strides, imo, in setting the table for what should be a very rich, and rewarding future.
In my opinion, it's time to deliver, and in my opinion, the delivery will be complete. This I feel very strongly about. Time will tell, and imo, patience, a rare virtue in this day and age, will be handsomely rewarded.
As always, thanks for what you share, and my warmest regards.

Three mms quoting STRU on the OTC as of this morning: Cdel, Mash, and Pgrm. None of the big boys yet, but imo, the company will release some news either later today, or tomorrow, that will see the Nites, Herzogs, etc., joining in, and hopefully, Stru will spike some, establish a nice new base, and steadily increase in price as the news unfolds.

Struthers Inc. business is the sale and marketing of products and services designed to increase reproductive efficiency, animal production and quality in the swine industry utilizing the technology and products it has developed. Principal sources of revenue are through the sale of gilts (young females that have not given birth to pigs), mature boars, barrows (castrated male hogs), semen, artificial insemination supplies, embryo transfer services, including embryo transfer equipment and training. Commencing in September 1998, the Registrant began developing a semen delivery system for use in artificial insemination which is now commercially available and a non-surgical porcine embryo transfer system which to date is not commercially available. Embryo transfer is the ability to remove an embryo from a genetically superior animal and introduce it into a surrogate host (mature recipient female). This has been done successfully, commercially in other large farm animals but has never been successfully commercialized in swine due to the intricate nature of the swine reproductive system. The advantages of embryo transfer are: (i) bloodlines are changed after only one generation; (ii) no quarantine requirements compared with live animals; (iii) low incidence of disease transference; (iv) reduced transportation costs; (v) high fertilization rate; and (vi) uses existing livestock.

Struthers, Inc. Announces Birth Of Pigs From Non-Surgically Transplanted Porcine Embryos
CHARLESTON, S.C., September 5, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) - STRUTHERS, INC. (OTC: STRU), Struthers, Inc. and its subsidiary, Elite Visions, Inc., world leaders in animal reproductive biotechnology, are pleased to announce the birth of seven healthy piglets from non-surgically implanted embryos using the Company's proprietary Gourley Scope™ technology. The seven embryos in different stages of development were surgically removed from a host sow utilizing the Company's mobile operating trailer. The embryos were "washed" virtually free of pathogens (disease) and implanted into a non-anesthetized sow recipient at the Company's Spencer, IA research farm facility.
The research team led by Dr. Dennis Gourley, DVM performed the non-surgical implementation of the embryos in a farm setting similar to what would be expected at any swine facility. Struthers, Inc.’s scientific breakthrough is the world's first porcine offspring to be born using this unique proprietary technology. Further ongoing product development of non-surgical embryo transfers is currently being performed by the Company on sheep, deer as well as swine. The Company believes that this non-surgical embryo implementation process will be significantly more effective than using surgical techniques and has worldwide commercial application.
Additional applications of the Gourley Scope™ also involve lowering the dose of semen needed for maximum conception in artificial insemination. The Gourley Scope™ received worldwide recognition and biotechnology awards when unveiled at the World Pork Expo2000. The Scope, complete with light source and transmitter, allows the technician and veterinarian to view in real-time the reproductive tract of the animal and to implant the semen or embryos in the most effective position for maximum conception.

Excerpts of CEO Email!
With respect to the Pacific Rim, I am delighted to report that Struthers, Inc. will have a booth (A33) at the Agri-Link 2000 Expo, at the World Trade Center, Manila, Philippines, October 19th to 21st. Newslink In attendance at the Expo will be Dr. Dennis Gourley, and our International Genetic Consultant to the Philippines, Mr. Mark Anderson and Mr. Patrick Chua our Asia/Pacific Rim Marketing Consultant. Dr.Gourley will arrive 2 days earlier to perform some procedures in the Philippines. The Gourley Scope will be demonstrated along with our line of artificial insemination supplies and our porcine and sheep genetics. This is the largest agriculture industry show its type in the Pacific Rim and we believe our presence will jump start our business and office in this extremely important area of the world. After working in the Philippines on behalf of Struthers, Inc., and working with the swine producers and agriculture department Mark helped develop a business plan which has demonstrated how we can increase the Philippines pork production by 30 to 40 percent without increasing existing herd sizes, reducing disease, improve local meat quality/nutrition, and also assist the countries food security program using our elite genetics and the Gourley Scope™. A “cookie cuter” approach we are to employ worldwide. What we have achieved nationally is ready internationally!
Since interest in our technology within Europe has grown tremendously since the release of the article on the Gourley Scope by Pig International Magazine, we are also in the process of considering displaying at the Hanover, Germany, BIV conference to be held November 28th to December 2nd. This is one of the largest animal reproductive conferences held yearly in Europe. Dr. Gourley and I are working on the data collected so far to be displayed in poster fashion and also publication for major journals. We are also planning to attend and present our findings at a conference in Barcelona, Spain first week of Nov. 2000...more on this as I receive more details.
Attendance at the Hanover, Germany AI conference Nov. 28-Dec. 2, 2000.

The Boar Stud Facility BSF Pics More pics NewsArticle Features state of the bio-security! The new facility consists of approximately 22,000 square feet that will house 400 boars as well as state-of-art semen collection and processing equipment, an embryo collection operating room and administrative offices. *Superior breeding gilts & boars. Written agreements of 11 separate swineherd operators (gilt multipliers) consisting of approximately 28,500 swine will provide breeding gilts and barrows which will be used to increase the sales of semen, embryos and gilts, as well as the sale of farm fresh pork products. None of these swine are fed animal protein in their growth diet and great care is taken against the introduction of any harmful chemicals and unnecessary antibiotic products. Average 450 gilts per month sold @$192--$221,225. Boar & barrow sales 2nd Quarter--$101,830. The Registrant expects these contracts will generate approximately $1.25 million in gross revenues during 2000.
*First company successful in non-surgical Embryo Transfer Technology. (from North America to Europe) Frozen semen traditionally has been less then 40% conception rate. Data from frozen semen without extender is producing 80% results, another first in the world for STRU using the GS. Gourley Scope™ results show 85% conception rate using fresh semen in swine ET's using GS system. The market for these products are aimed at the global breeding industry in several animal husbandry industries, including swine, sheep, deer, elk, cattle, and house pets including AKC registered pedigreed cats and dogs. We will generate renewable income with an upfront fee and on a per sow, per year basis plus training fees and supplies.
*Our proprietary "Embryo Culture Solution": gives us the ability to wash the embryos, making them disease free and with the Gourley Scope™ commercially, enables the delivery of Struthers' genetics, embryos, fresh & frozen semen anywhere in the world with a specially made container. These reproductive biotechnology techniques, developed by Struthers, Inc., offer producers worldwide the opportunity to change the genetics of their herds in one generation (115 Days) as compared to the industry standard of taking seven to eight years to change porcine genetics. Other genetic companies "pool" (correct term) their semen we do not. The advantages of embryo transfer are: (i) bloodlines are changed after only one generation, when compared to traditional means of introducing a new line of genetics through natural breeding or semen; (ii) no quarantine requirements compared with live animals; (iii) low incidence of disease transference, as embryos are "washed" in a proprietary solution to virtually remove any disease which may be present on the membrane of the embryos, when compared to natural or artificial insemination where disease may be transferred; (iv) reduced transportation costs, when compared to live animal transfer because embryos are transferred in a special heated briefcase; (v) high fertilization rate, when compared to traditional artificial insemination techniques; and (vi) uses existing livestock - embryos are implanted in the farmers' existing sows, rather than risking the chance of disease transference through the introduction of new animals to the herd.
Struthers was the first company to successfully achieve commercial viability of surgical embryo transfer in swine when, in 1998, the Company successfully transferred and implanted embryos into sows in Czechoslovakia, a procedure which had previously only been employed in a laboratory setting. Since then, the Company further developed its embryo transfer system, designing its own Mobile Operating Theatre - a specially designed self-contained trailer, towed behind a truck to the embryo transfer sites. This Mobile Operating Theatre has been used on numerous occasions with our own herds to improve our surgical procedures and to prove the safety and cost effectiveness of the technology. To date, there have been no known instances of disease transference or deaths resulting from the surgical embryo transfer procedures. Further, based on the experience gained from these transfers, the cost of the procedure is very favorable when compared to the alternative of purchasing a herd of genetically superior gilts (adolescent females).
The Registrant has perfected the surgical Embryo Transfer System and is currently improving the procedure to include the non-surgical implantation of embryos. The Registrant anticipates including this technology into its overall marketing plans during the first quarter of 2001.

(A) Sysco is not one specific"contract"......Sysco is a 16 billion company, serves 352,000 restaurants, and has 112,000 salesman. Essentially you have 352,000 "mini" contracts if each restaurant placed a order.
Once you have your vendor ID...the 352,000 restaurants can buy from you (indirectly). SYSCO is the largest marketer and distributor of foodservice products in North America. Operating from 101 distribution facilities, the company provides products and services to about 356,000 restaurants and other foodservice operations across the contiguous United States, Alaska, The District of Columbia, Hawaii and portions of Canada.DAYMON FOODS will be selling TenDerPrime products IN 17 COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE. DAYMON is the LARGEST RESTAURANT SUPPLY HOUSE IN THE U.S. with a 67% market share. They are a marketing company. Even more, they are the marketing company that SYSCO uses nationally. In other words, DAYMON DOES THE MARKETING FOR SYSCO. and they will be selling STRU's meats to the restaurants. BTW, DAYMON is international too and can sell STRU's meat abroad. DAYMON wants to go national with STRU meats. STRU wants to start out slowly. STRU has the supply, but they need to further develop their infrastructure. They don't want to **** off their clients; they want to under promise and over perform.....they have to be sure their infrastructure is totally ready and tested prior to going national. NOTE: My understanding is ONE contract with the school (See Below) but Daymon (as above) will be touting Stru and with vendor # will be able to generate more orders. Sysco's CFO sits on J & Wales board & they buy thru Sysco.
(B) Johnson and Wales Institute has an agreement with Struthers to initially ship 6,000 lbs of meat for all of their 5 schools.. This is an ongoing agreement. JOHNSON & WALES UNIVERSITY is the largest cooking school in America (all over the US). They wanted STRU meat (because STRU is small enough to be willing to do this) to use in their schools to teach their chefs how to cut the meat.......yes, cut the meat. The students would cut it into loin roasts and then return the meat to STRU vacuum packed. The famous TV cook Emeral (sp?) is a graduate and has an ongoing relationship with the school. The school produces 'Emeral Live" the TV show.
(C) Earth Fare- will be selling Struthers natural products including breading, BB sauce, flour, etc....
(D) Supervalue- has an agreement with Struthers. No pork products at Super Value stores. 300-400 cases of our All-Natural Bar-B-Q Sauce, a group of All-Natural Breading Mixes and a flour ground from FDA Certified Organic Wheat. These products were selected based on taste tests, as being especially complimentary to the Company’s current line of Tender Prime™ meat products. The recipes were developed from the original proprietary recipes of Door County Breading, of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who will be manufacturing the products exclusively for Struthers, Inc. Super Value has 4,000 total stores - 5 divisions. We will supply largest division which has 1,000 stores.
(E) Rich Plan Foods- largest in 'home sales' of meat products in the US and Canada will be selling Struthers products.
**Meat Sales: Alliances with five swine producers for the rearing of our superior genetic line of hogs for market under Registrant's specific developed programs in order to fulfill the needs of identified meat packers. The Registrant will collect a percentage of the premiums paid by meat packers for hogs from our genetic line from both the Registrant's own herds and alliance herds.
*Muller, A.I., Inc. Products and Services Wholesale and retail marketing of artificial insemination (AI) supplies, and equipment. Provides boar stud and breeding facility consulting services consisting of facility design, feeding and health maintenance, and AI training programs. Principal Markets Hog production facilities that use artificial insemination techniques. Veterinarians, wholesale and retail outlets that use and sell animal husbandry products. 60% of producers now use AI this predicted to increase to 85% by the end 2002.
*More Technology & Savings: Under Muller AI - we have exclusive worldwide rights to a new semen packing device called "AutoPacker" a semen processing machine which has the capability of processing, labeling, automatic sealing and filing 350 tubes of semen per hour. The AutoPacker is unique from the standpoint that no pump is required to fill the tube; the device uses gravity flow from semen collection vats, which are commonly used in most boar stud labs today. This unique device utilizes new technology in electronic components, such as an electronic time system, weigh bars, and a heat-sealing system. In the industry today, all comparable machines use pumps to transfer processed semen, which must to be sanitized between semen batches, as the pump may be a source of contamination. The AutoPacker eliminates this variable. DAYMON FOODS HAS EXCLUSIVE MARKETING RIGHTS TO THE AUTO PACKER. The Auto Packer when compared to other similar machines in the swine industry is priced at almost one-third of the cost of the nearest competitor. Muller AI, Inc. will retail the Auto Packer for $7,500 per unit. A bar-code printer built into this device to code each individual label and tube is also an available feature, which may be used to track each individual boar, associated semen and sales. Adding this additional bar-coding feature will increase the retail cost of the product to approximately $10,000. Dr. Douglas Beatty, President/CEO, Struthers Inc. stated that," we're very excited about obtaining the worldwide distribution rights to this inexpensive, but highly effective quality semen packaging machine. We have built the Auto Packer, not only for large boar studs, but the medium to small studs in the industry that find that the typical $40,000 to $60,000 machines are not as cost-effective, nor are these competitive devices meeting their needs. I am also very pleased that the addition of the Auto Packer as it adds to the Company’s’ animal reproductive biotechnology system which is designed to maximize profits for the producer."
(F) InsemiGel- There was a lot of talk about InsemiGel, the extender is used to prolong the life of semen. Very useful for turkeys ..where the normal life span of 2 hours is extended to 6 hours. Useful when trying to inseminate when time is important!
*Increased Results & Customer Savings: Current results show the standard time taken for inseminations of 5-10 min average. Using the Gourley Scope™(GS) up to under 1 minute with higher conception rates and less semen. The scope allows for breeding during refractory or resting, producers do not have to wait up to 2 hours for standing heat. No need is indicated for boar contact to use in heat detection saving the producer up to $2.50 per new pig born.
*Struthers Family of Companies provide a totality of services to farmers, meat processors, restaurants, consumers, and supply the technology through collaborations with universities and corporations which would use our animals for research in xenotransplantation, and the cloning of animals for meat packers.
* Struthers Pure Line System: Struthers is trying to sell all of their products and services as part of the Struthers System. They want to sell this AS A PACKAGE DEAL..... The system includes & enables the FARMER (small or large) to contract all the services needed for their herd---

Other Contracts : The Enterprise Group, Inc. and Struthers, Inc. are talking of forming a joint venture to establish a privately held company for the express duty of marketing Stru meats nationally and internationally under the Creekstone Farm Brand name. The initial investment is $100,000 with EMG contributing $65,000 and Stru contributing $35,000. The shares will be divided in that same 65/35 proportion and all net profits will be divided annually on the same basis.

We do believe this is a gem that we will hold longer then our usual short term (3 months). We will get our initial investment out as you should in all trades. Their business plan, the low costs to profits ratio, and numerous income possibilities makes us believe this has rare potential.

Good Day to all Stru shareholders. Congratulations to all those strong-willed and patient enough to withstand the anxiety and depreciation in share price caused by 7 months, 3 weeks, of trading on the pinks.
During this "pink time", the company made two major acquistions that have made It the envy of all others in the industry, i.e. Elite Vision and Muller AI. One of the finest Boar Stud Facilities in the World was completed and opened as was a new distribution center in Waukon, a much needed quality CFO was added to the management team, the staff was greatly enhanced, a breeding facility was obtained for a steal, and the company has been negotiating with industry leaders from every facet of industry that even tangientally affects It's business as was evident at the Pork Expo in June, and at the opening of the new, state of the art BSF.
In addition, a vendor number was obtained from SYSCO, an office was opened in the Pacific Rim, and it appears that satellite offices will soon be opened in Germany and Spain. The technology afforded by the Gourley Scope has opened many new doors, and the business model that we were all familiar with has been tweaked and amended. Imo, the business model was always something to be estatic about, and my enthusiasm has been further heightened by the multiplicity of revenue sources now available.
Relisting to the OTC, which imo, should occur this week, is a welcome relief. Once this has been accomplished, imo, we will finally see evidence that this company has indeed received the recognition and respect It deserves. "A World Leader In Reproductive Biotechnology" is the term that It has been using to describe Itself, and as the weeks and months unfold, imo, the business wires will be replete with evidence of what the reality of this will mean to the company's future, and to the financial future of all of It's shareholders.
I, for one, am extremely excited about the future here, as I anticipate the " Launch" that we have all been waiting for. The best of luck to everyone.

Robert Gelsomino
Fatt Matt: The from 15c211 has already been filed. Confirmed with Nasdaq. No one knows for sure when relisting to the OTC will occur. However, imo, today's news is the news that everyone has been waiting for.

FYI: Interesting email from Dr. Beatty today:
Patrick,
All is very well...the article was good , however, when you rid animals of
PRRS if you move those animals to a new location it is quite easy for them
to receive new diseases. And they still use rudimentary surgery for
implantation. Which of course increases the cost to farmers and very few in
my opinion will pay or have operating room facilities available on site.
This is why with the non-surgical GS is a wanted item...I will go into this
later with all the shareholders through official channels so everyone can
receive any news on our trip and what we are up to all at once.
One also should remember that there are very few herds in America which can
be certified virtually disease free in numerous areas and we have access to
95% of those animals! And now with our boars in the unit producing certified
semen we shall do very well.
Warm regards,
Douglas

Here is a Dr. Beatty e-mail from today..I asked Dr. Beatty to comment on the Slammer6 post from the weekend. Dear Bob, ...I can't comment on any items pertaining to the SEC at the moment...other than that I can comment on the fact that Mad Cow disease hit Germany while we were there and the interest in pork skyrocketed while beef plummeted over 80%...in return interest in our Struthers genetic system and GS system was a hit! As this is common knowledge I can say that we are years ahead of any system we toured or viewed while at the largest meat and poultry show in Germany...1400 booths and over 125,000 visitors from all over the world. As folks read the article that was printed in the Pig International Magazine about the GS system they were very hospitable towards us as we went from booth to booth. One heck of a playground for business! Even the vender for our AutoPacker semen packaging system (out of Holland) had a booth and had explained how folks had great interest in our less expensive but highly effective AI system that we control the worldwide rights to! I'll be writing a complete history and accomplishments of our trip for all shareholders and any other news for all to receive at once. Best regards, Douglas ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Monday, December 04, 2000 8:00 PM Subject: RB Post < Dr. Beatty, < < Some relatively unknown poster on RB, posted that we have received the go < from SEC and that we will be requesting relisting on Monday. ST1138: Note this excerpt form Doug's email to me of November 28,2000. It is obvious that Doug has appreciated the input of some shareholders such as Tbone regarding a section on the website for the purpose of providing educational inforrmation, and that we can expect to see such a section very soon now. That tells me that Doug and company both are sensitive to the needs of the shareholder base to be kept apprised of what is transpiring, and that the entire base, as well as the investment community at large will soon be able to go the company website and receive all of the releavant facts necessary to make their investment decisions.
"I have also set up an area on the new web for Dr. Carlson, Dr. Gourley and
myself to place educational information on what is going on with STRU and
how we effect the industry globally. Dr. C's presentation is excellent and
really explains the impact we have and on pre harvest safety measures we are
putting in place for our herds...if we do not have the site up soon, I will
place it on our current website as it really explains in lay people terms
our impact. Dr. C is tightening it up and I shall have the whole
presentation after returning from the EU."

SJPYSTRU (Steve) - advance notice of OTC:BB relisting
eligibility will come as MMs filing SEC 211s. It's
called 'relisting eligibility' as for the first 30 days
will dual trade as OTC:BB (by MMs that file 211s) and
still as pink sheets. After 30 days, the MMs that were
trading as pink sheets will also be allowed to trade as
OTC:BB since STRU is 'Piggy Back' Qualified.
Typically, MMs file the SEC 211s 2-3 days prior to the
OTC:BB relisting eligibility announcement (on the OTC
Daily List).

Rmg..thank you..If I was at my office, I could post a copy of an email from Struthers, that clarifies that the event is simply a "call from the SEC", saying that they have no further comments...and there is no such "letter". I enterpret BKR's e-mail being the same, when he says we receive a 'no comment "statement".' Time will tell ....thanks for your response.
If you receive a clarification on the actual filing of 3 Q's, I would appreciate an update. Thanks for your response.

"SOURCES" During the past week or so, many "sources" have generated many scenarios regarding the status of Struther's latest amended filing. I have heard :1) My source says that Stru is still waiting to hear back from the SEC, and is expecting further comments; 2)My source says that Stru has already received additional comments; 3) My source says that the no comment letter will be issued this week; and 4)My source says that the lastest post saying that the no comment letter was issued after the bell on Friday is correct. This latest "source" of info has been met with "my source at SI says that this is incorrect."
I take great solace in the fact that the latest comments that we know about were addressed very quickly, and that the 3rd Q's were filed on November 15. My Sources, and the sources of many others whom I trust, had assured me that Stru would NOT file the 3rd q's on Nov.15. Surpise, surprise.
I respectfully suggest that no one, except PERHAPS management knows the status of the latest amended filing, and if they do, in keeping with their latest "closed door, closed mouth" policy, they aren't saying.
I find great solace in the fact that the past two years have seen this company take major strides in insuring It's position as a World Leader in animal reproductive biotechnology. And lately, I am enthralled with what for me, at least, has turned out to be, "when you least expect it."

RMG110, don't be too hard with TEK. He just described the entire Stockmarket in general. No biggy.
Every time any stock goes up and comes down, they can call it a pump & dump when in fact it is just the normal gyrations of the investors buying and selling with the flow of news OR no news.

I could not care LESS what you sold, how much you sold or whoever else has sold. I'm sick and tired of reading of who sold what and how much. If you want to broadcast to the world your financial situation and decisions that fine, but do it somewhere else please.
I do know that STRUTHERS is 1000 percent better as a solid company than it was 12 months ago.
Yes, maybe the world situation does have investors relax on the trading button. But, they can start pressing that trading button real quick once things settle down and we will see a lot of stocks fly.
It is good to know that Struthers isn't down for being a bad company, but due to the Gov't.
Remember, the SEC is a Gov't body instituted by the Republicans with the urgings of John D. Rockafella(sp) and we ALL must abide by it. Once they get off of their lazy duffs and do their job, we all will be SURPRIZED.
With companies like Gatway losing 63 percent in the last 30 days, a lot of investors are pulling their money off and waiting for the new year. This doesn't mean that Struthers is a bad investment. If one would just look around, ONE might realize that STRU might be the best investment going for the next few months.

http://www.daymon.com The link to Daymon Associates Inc. I highly recommend that in addition to visiting this site, one should read, or perhaps re read Stru's PR of November 2, 2000 regarding SYSCO and DAYMON. It was an extensive pr, one of the best I have ever seen, and one can only imagine what impact it would have had if STRU had been off the pinks. Doug has said that once relisted to the OTC, this pr will once again hit the wires.
Highlights of the pr, imo, were the assertions that DAYMON is one of the largest providers of marketing expertise to the food service industry, and works closely with SYSCO, the largest marketer and distributor of foodservice products in North America, to promote their private label corporate brands. DAYMON will assist, along with SYSCO, in the development of STRUTHER'S CORP. brand products, also known as private label or store brands.
The press release goes on to state that DAYMON'S sales force numbers 400, 115 of which are in the U.S. Furthermore, Struthers anticipates that TENDER PRIME(TM) product will be marketed under SYSCO BRANDS "Supreme" label, a label which is reserved for the elite quality of food service products.

**SUMMARY
----The profit centers are distinct, yet interdependent
----Everything that is accomplished points back to the beginning - without the genetic base and the delivery system, none of what Struthers has today would be possible
----Value. A cynic, as the saying goes, is someone who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. An investor's purpose, though, should be to know both the price and the value of a company's stock.
----Growth. Growth investing is the idea that you should buy stock in companies whose potential for growth in sales and earnings is excellent. Growth investors look at the underlying quality of the business and the rate at which it is growing in order to analyze whether to buy it.
----The future and the potential of Struthers Inc. are limited only by the imagination

REPOST OF E MAIL FROM BKR(MR. BERTRAM KENNETH REMLEY) CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF STRUTHERS, INC. DATED NOV.29,2000, TO DRUMMERO,AND POSTED HERE BY NETSHOE
From BKR - When will STRU be relisted as a Bulletin Board stock

From BKR - When will STRU be relisted as a Bulletin Board stock
The answer is:
a)After the Company has received a "no further comment" statement from the
SEC, and
b)After the Company has made application to the NASD to be "relisted" as a
Bulletin Board stock, and
c)After the NASD confirms the "no further comment" with the SEC and
approves the application for "relisting", and
d)After Market Makers apply for and receive approval to trade our stock on
the Bulletin Board.
Please be advised that all of us at Corporate Offices, together with our
Accountants and Attorneys, are fully responding to any and all requests for
information on an "immediate priority" basis. To date, we have provided all
information requested, both formally and informally. Speaking for myself, I
can say that the whole team has worked very hard to comply with any requests
on a very expeditious basis. I realize it is hard to be patient, but
patience has been learned by all.
I know you are looking for a time frame for "relisting", and so are we. This
past weekend I did some pretty extensive research on that topic which I
would like to share with you. I printed out the complete list of companies
from the April 20th "delisting date", reviewing each of the companies listed
to see which ones were relisted now and how long of a time frame was
involved between the "no comment" date and the date they were trading on the
"Bulletin Board". As a result of my research, I came up with some very
interesting statistics:
a)There were approximately 286 companies listed in the April 20th group
(review date was March 20th), of which 156 companies failed the review (went
to the pinks).
b)Of the 156 companies that failed the review:
59 are no longer quoted.
78 are quoted on the pink sheets. (like STRU)
6 are quoted on other places.
13 are back on the Bulletin Board.
c)Of the 13 companies now traded on the Bulletin Board, only 4 had not
previously filed as of the March 20th review date. All of these 4 companies
filed form "SB 10" (Small Business) rather than the full Form 10 that
Struthers has filed. I printed out a couple of the SB 10 filings and was
surprised to see as little as 17 pages of printed material, as compared to
the 100+ pages of our most recent filing.
In summary, it would appear that STRU is "leading the pack" when compared to
most of the other companies in our progress toward relisting thus far. Also,
based upon my own research, it would appear that the time lag between the
receipt of the "no comment" statement and "relisting" varies widely - from
as little as a couple of days to several weeks. It appears that stocks which
are represented by multiple market makers return to trading more quickly
than those who have few market makers. In the case of STRU, I believe we
have 14 market makers who regularly trade our shares.
I wish I could be more specific in my reply, but unfortunately this is the
best information I can give you at this point in time.
Cheers
