From Dr. Beatty today:

...legally, we can't send out the questions...I can say there were very
few...as you could tell as we turned around the Q's over the weekend.
I'm pleased with our response and we worked closely with the SEC to answer
...so I am pleased and expect a response soon.
I will keep all informed as to our progress.
