I am sorry I got out untill..............

I thought this would go lower because of the 6,000,000,000 shares and the timing was not right with the PR's.

I had said I would buy in lower and that I hoped for you guys it would not, but now it's lost 6 points since I got out and I am waiting for it to go lower so I can buy in again.

I noticed PUMA,ETMM,&NITE HOLD VERY LARGE BLOCKS OF TYTN, so I know they will NOT let this rise untill there is such good news that they can't hold it back.

So I'm sure everyone will call me a hater of TYTN which I surely am NOT. I will buy in for sure as soon as it is at .002 or lower, untill then I wish you all the best!!

It is not in my opinion go vertical anytime soon, especially if there are NO PR's to explain all those EXTRA shares, on top of today's developments!!!

I am concerned and excited all at once.

If those shares are used for a large investor, such as the tractor manufactor or something to the like fine and great.

If those shares hit the open market well............

I do trust the ceo but we just don't know where those shares are going and my hope is that they are used for a large single or dual investors.

I am trying to read in between the lines and I am always a optimist, but I have to be aware of all angles because I hold a large lot of tytan and if those shares ever hit the open market....

On the positive side, I bought so many shares because I believe in the CEO and company, so I will just sit back and believe that Mark Leonard has a huge plan that will make everything wonderful for us longs!!!

My question is: Are those shares.........

Will they be released into the market?? Because TD Ameritrade has not changed the share count.

I wish the PR would address if those shares are to be sold on the open market or they will be held by other investors??

I'm a bit disapointed with the vauge PR. I still think there are many questions which are jus floating around.

I am still long TYTN and will stay so.

I just want to add my thoughts, for those of you who care.

I think whatever is brewing is HUGE and the PR will be a little while away. If it is, as most longs think, (ie. china,buyout,merge,ect.) it will NOT be released untill all the T's are crossed and the I's dotted.

I am trying to put to rest every day begging for a PR.

If it is trully huge good news it can't be released untill everything is finalized, so all the new guys should settle in if they are going to become longs.

I am NOT selling nor being consumed by spaculation, so I am content with looking for more shares.

I saw Mark gave back shares to produce equity. I also see a link between tractors and the need to pay china for all of these tractors comming and future. But I DO NOT think Mark leonard would put 6 BILLION more out there do you??

I think all of us really know that this is going to be a huge deal of some kind. I reread the doc. and just see this as a pay-off to someone for big help in Tytan's distribution.Over all the docs. I have been reading researching the company MR. LEONARD has paid numerous companies off with shares. 1+1=2 right? I really believe these shares (if not going to the china stock listing) are going to be to purchase a very large deal. I will NOT believe these are going on the exchange in our float.

The man is smart enough to know it would destroy the stock right now at a time it's just getting momentum, so I did not even blink after all the info is out. I trully believe that all this is going to be a HUGE DEAL Tytan is entering into.

Just ask yourself this: What would the company really gain by putting 6 BILLION shares out there? OK maybe 500,000,000 if capital was needed- but 6 BILLION???? NO WAY!!! This is going to be a huge deal with another company that is going to get a huge block of stock as payment.

The bottom line; The only reason TYTN defaulted.....

Was because Cowlitz went under!1 It states Mark Leonard is in touch with the FDIC and making GOOD on the loan!!

The only thing holding this stock back.........

I was pretty sure most people knew that the manipulators and the MM's were to blame for the low price.

If there was just average buyers and sellers the price would be well into the pennies already. Since the MM's keep being able to buy large blocks that are being sold they continue flipping them for a few points. I see them doing it everyday. It's almost impossible to get the price up when they can put up 10 million at any price. If you noticed the past few days what they did was put up 5,000 at the ask and as soon as that was bought they put up 1-3 million. They enticed people to try to slap the ask and then put up a wall.

The stock is worth much more than it's trading for, but it can't move because even if you or I put a ask up for 5,000@ .004 they put up 10,000,000 @.0039 or .0037, so the price can't move because they have too many shares.

Untill we can get them off those huge blocks, or a whole bunch of new money comes in all at once (because of news or something) we are locked here, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the stock. As long as they keep the price down they can buy back those huge blocks cheap.

Eventually, the demand will overpower their sheer number of shares and no one will be selling so the stock will rocket, because then they want max. $$ for their last shares.

The reason I'm taking the time and effort to write this is because I listen to people being fustrated and keep asking how can this stock no go up. Well there is your answer. The stock is GREAT and will explode when the MM's are beat, but not before that. I guess it will take one hell of a press release or some major network exposure, but when it does happen it will be all that much bigger and sweeter!!!!

Hold long and hold strong people this will go like no one even imagines!! The fact is not if BUT WHEN!!!!!!

Someone is really trying to drop the price.....

I am here to help people understand why the stock is acting the wat it does. Period. I could say sorry that my post bothers you but the truth is that I'm glad, because you do not seem to know about the market. There is an old saying " when you are pointing a finger at someone else THREE are pointing back at you". I haven't really seen you post anything before??

If these guys on this board say I am bothering them I will gladly stop posting. It's alot of work and effort going through these lessons almost everyday

NO we do NOT want to put ANY shares up, because that gives the MM's a count on what is being held with no intention of selling low!!!

All we do is let other buyers and sellers do the work. If all of us longs continue picking at the low priced shares they will dwindle all by themselves.

It's in our best intrest to keep people buying. We don't want ANY sell orders out!

It's all about the float now.............

All we have to do is sit and wait. The problem does not exist with liquidity, it rests in the MM's being able to buy shares to flip, that's why the have been lowering the bid/ask by themselves. Since ther were not enough shares to be bought on the market they had to cause the sell-off by running down the bid early on. Of course they don't want panic so they only let it run so low. You can see that by the ask, it was only 5,000 shares per point then when it hit .0033 the put up 1,000,000, thaqt was the 4 point flip spread.

I think we should lock up the shares and just wait untill we get a large block buyer. That is what usually runs the MM's, because the price is to risky to flip(large numbers anyway). Again, this goes on untill we have enough buyers to keep them from buying low and risking gettig caught with 100,000,000 shares in a falling market.

We will know when they are done because they will just skyrocket the ask and keep selling smaller blocks to get the most value for whatever number they have left.

For those of you who don't know me...........

I have been trading for 20+ years and never ever ever ever bought a penny stock. Am I a genius-NO do I have a crystal ball-NO, so here it is:: Since I have been trading so long I can offer you this for a fact--- I have SEEN this a million times before. I have seen this with large caps-mid caps-ect. So what does that do for you? Simple I know why and how this will play out, so I can pass it along to you!!!

Now look the MM,s just let the ask run up to .0033 with 5,000 share spreads, now they sell 1 million plus at .0033 for a 4 point gain, and guess what??? Yes, they do it all over again!!! Thats why I said, save yourself the pain and heartburn and just turn it OFF!!!!!!! It's not going to end anytime soon, unless a big buyer comes in and gets all the shares out of the MM's hands. Plus people need to stop selling to them, but most of those sale trades were their own to lower the prices. They have unlimited trades (they pay one fee for unlimited trades a month) and have 10 different accounts, so they buy and sell to themselves to manipulate the price!

You all need to understand alot of those huge trades were from one of their accounts to another in the form of a ghost trade!

There are MM's trading there own shares to get the price down, so others sell!!!! What you do NOT realize is that they have 100,000,000 shares or better to manipulate the share price.

I have been watching level II all morning and they have gotten 10,000,000 shares sold to them. There are some buys (like mine for 1 million), but basically they ran the stock down to scare people into selling!!!

The best advice I can give you is ::: Turn off your computer for a week and let this play out!!! If you have faith in TYTN like I do you know even if it went down to .0001 it will be worth a fortune in 1-2 years.

This is the way the game is played:: The MM's do NOT-NOT-NOT want the shares high, on the contrary they want them as LOW as possible-here's why:::: If you are flipping shares per point what is the difference between selling 10 million from .0022 to .0025 than selling 10 million from .0039-.0041 ???? Nothing except it COSTS the MM's MORE MONEY to buy those same 10 million shares at .0039 !!!! OK????

So relax and HOLD-HOLD-HOLD!!!!!!! This is the GAME!!!!! If you buy a GOOD STOCK you do NOT worry about the SWINGS because it WILL go up eventually!!!!

The MM's are making 3-5 million a day flipping shares so they want it to stay LOW forever!!! And they want all the shares eventually!!! So don't sell and soon enough they will rise too high for them to buy 10-20 million hares a clip!!!

JUST TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER AND COME BACK IN A WEEK A MONTH WHATEVER!!!! THEY WILL GO UP HUGE IN THE FUTURE!!!!! If you are in this for a quick gain,well you won't get that untill MM's are gone

They are selling to themselves to drop the spread price. They only buy the min. number to drop the ask/bid.

No worries mate, this will play out soon enough. What everyone must be ready for is that no matter who get controll of the float it will eventually be sold en masse!!!!

Here is whay we got:

#1 MM's are trying to keep price gap even and they sold shares to themselves to drop the price so they could grab a load cheap and flip them.

#2 There is some one trying to buy big blocks above the ask to stop the MM's from selling to themselves.Who ever is buying KNOWS what they are doing!!!

#3 The MM's is getting nervous lowering his bid/share buy numbers to see how strong the new buyer is

So here is the sum and summation: whoever has more $$$ is going to prevail, if the MM wins we will stay even or below for the day with close spreads. If thios buyer wins we go ballistic because there will be almost no sellers and the ask will skyrocket. Keep your fingers crossed and this WILL get intresting!!!

Don't expect gains today unless.............................

The geniuses just gave MM's 20 million more shares to play with. If some big blocks are not bought today we will NOT gain but actually lose ground......

The fact is that TYTN will move up, regardless of how fast or slow. There will be runs and pull backs like any other stock, so why are the longs feeding into the speculation?

I don't know about anyone else, but I have my position, and I fully believe that in 1-2 years my stock will be worth .50-$1. So I really do NOT care about the ifs/whens/wheres/whys!

The MM's will play the spread untill they can't buy anymore shares without putting large sums at risk.We will have people selling and we can't stop that. From what I hear from the longs, I see everyone of them is on the same page as me, knowing our investment will be enough to retire on.

All day everyday I read some of this dribble about mark this, mark that, and will TYTN do this or will TYTN do that. Why? We know exactly what Mark and TYTN are going to do. The press releases are very clear on the game plan. It sounds to me like alot of people are in too deep and will break the bank if TYTN does not go ballistic. Maybe they shouldn't be betting the grocery money.

I have 35 million shares, and if TYTN went down the shatter it would hurt but I would just make it up somewhere else.

I am VERY excited about TYTN, but I am to the point that I just want to file it away and forget about it, because the board is like a whiners post. I really like and RESPECT quite a few of the posters on this board, but I'm really getting tired of some of the others stupid speculations. I really do not care if someone does not like my thoughts I need to say what I feel.


The guys who run this board did a super job putting together a place where intelligent investors could discuss trading idea's and research. Now besides the real investors we have some unbelievable naive and clueless daytraders.
