The two things that keep me optimistic here are very basic and simple to understand.

1. We do not get fluffy PRs just for the sake of putting out a PR
2. Management does exactly what they say they are going to do. No fake promises, no general broad statements, no "we think we should" type statements, but just outlines of plans and news that they expect and then follow up on exactly as they say the will.

To me, this is enough to assure me I am not part of a scam here. I've seen penny scams time and time again, and this just does not smell like one.

All of this is of course, only my opinion.

Don't let any of the nonsense on this board scare you away folks. Good things coming here just sit tight. If you can't take the day to day then check back once every two weeks or so. Excited for my money to multiply many times over, but I can wait as long as it takes. All of this of course is my opinion. Do your DD before you put money on the table and then, whatever you decide, trust your DD.

Couldn't resist getting back in UYMG at these prices. Based on the history of this ticker I expect to see .0019 to .0025 in the next few days. Always easy money to make here if you buy at the right time. Of course, this could always be the time that it stays down for good, but I really don't think that it is.

Gotta love the ups and downs of these ihub message boards. So much gloom and doom followed by so much positive and then more gloom and doom. All will be rainbows and unicorns again soon. Bottom line is that if you believe in this company you're here for the long haul. I know I am. Brand E got 250k worth of stock today that they'll be able to sell in one year anywhere from 3.4 million and up. That minimum number is based on a .05 pps. What is so hard to understand about this? If I said give me 250k today and I'll give you between 3.4 million and 10 million a year from now, would you do it? YES! Because that is a hell of a return on your dollar!!!

We have all known for a while that the 8k is the piece that will really make this run. The only thing we do not know is when that document will be released. Right now it is a waiting game. I do not understand the negative comments by some. If they think the stock is done, before even seeing the 8k, they should have never been in this one to begin with.

I've always felt comfortable about my .0034 buy-in, especially long term. It sure will be nice to see this position turn green again though!

Tired of waiting on this POS. So much for not being in a downtrend. Buying in at .26 is looking horrible now. Need news from the company and need big money invested here to get this headed the other way again. Should have taken profits at .34 when I had the chance. How many times must I pay for the lesson that a penny stick is still a penny stock no matter how good it looks. Man I get caught up in the hype so easily. I'm such a sucker with dreams of big profits. About time to cut my losses here.

I've never owned a stock that has been part of a buyout. Not saying that is the case, but just in general, what happens the shareholders during a buyout if a company? Would our shares be bought at current pps, would we be offered more for the shares, would they transfer to the new ticker? Thanks in advance for the help!

There is still a chance this company could amount to something. That being said, it looks like about 3 to 4 times a year you'll be able to buy in the .002 - .004 range and sell in the .007 to .015 range. That's enough to keep my interest.

So I'm torn on my opinion about how much SPYDER will affect the pps. On one hand it may not be a big deal, as the software itself may not have much value, but rather the value will be realized by what it does for the company down the line for business. On the other hand, you can search for it on google and barely come up with anything. Which means the majority of people that know about it are on this board. A PR that significantly raises public awareness about SPYDER could be huge. But again, I could be convinced either way about what the impact will be.
