Early interview of De Mos before the 2 Aircraft POC test.
WAB up 5.69% today. Old tech works for me.
Can't presently reliably time ABWN market without some inside info or outside organized Pump/Dump team, both of which are illegal. One suspect ABWN runup did occur just before a major announcement though. Maybe an Airborne leaker lurking in their midst. Could be whoever schedules the TV adds. So far, I have been just day trading ABWN because didn't get in soon enough for major long term investment.
Slippery Slope as recent TV-AD "investors" begin to feel the pain. I think 20 plane Proof Of Concept (POC) won't happen at least until near calendar year 2019. Maybe there is something in their patent application that would change my mind.
Have you seen TV commercials lately?
Thanks, Gymbo10, for your recent postings here.
If I could short it, I would.
I agree Mickey, price will probably hit below 80 before end of session.
Another form of stock manipulation. Make some low volume lowball sells to partner to drive the price down; load up; Run some TV ads; Make some highball low volume purchases with partner. When ad viewers jump at the "opportunity", price will spike up, Dump your shares before the dust settles. Just my theory.
I believe the laser communications portion is the most complex physical part of the project and I don't believe the 20 plane POC will be performed until they are satisfied that is working. In fact, I believe they may need to test that above the clouds prior to a 20 plane POC. Just My Opinion.
In his interview, Earle Olson said they hope to have the 20 aircraft testing completed by end of calendar year 2018 to demonstrate connectivity and reliability.
Good question. And, if they did exercise their options, would it show on our charts?
And bounces off $1.30 around 3:00 Wish I could predict that well when I have real money on it.
And 300 more shares to 1.33
And only took a few hundred shares to drop it to 1.35
Time for market makers run it back to 1.3 to pick up some shares - but I'm not betting on it.
WAB price recovering on no recent announcements.
Sound the gong but for how long?
Trade period volumes having lower closing values dominated first half of day. It's not all buying.
Market Manipulation here? Maybe?

Share value is based on sentiment. Could go either way. I had an order in for several weeks @ $1.40 that was filled today.
"Our agreements with Air Lease Corporation and Jet Midwest Group require us to issue to them additional capital stock whenever we issue any capital stock so that they maintain the same percentage ownership of our outstanding capital stock; these issuances will further dilute our other stockholders in connection with each stock issuance."
10% for ALC and 1.6% for Jet MWG
But ABWN probably got a more favorable contract from these companies for up-front services. Hopefully this will give these companies an incentive to help see ABWN success.
re. FORM S-1: I hope ABWN can overcome all things listed in this report that could go wrong.
Congo1 ran across it first.

I think ABWN team are serious players. Just there are no sales or profits yet to base a stock evaluation on and probably won't be for several years unless bought out by a major corporation. I would like to study their latest patent application but it won't be published until about 18 months after submitted. I'm out for now but have day traded ABWN several times.

Click on the link and scroll down for size comparison to existing technology. They say "an order of magnitude" smaller.

Multiple domes on each aircraft is what they appear to be proposing. Thanks congo1 for bringing the link to our attention. Since laser is directional,I believe multiple domes would be required in order to broadcast and receive to to/from multiple directions. Even with multiple domes, I expect some mechanical rotation etc may be required. ABWN's latest patent application (not yet published) may explain this further. Or maybe I'm all wet in my thinking. Your thoughts?

ViaLight Agreement. Apparently ABWN plans are to use laser for aircraft to aircraft communications but probably conventional radio for aircraft to ground links. Any thoughts on this?

Stock Options - I think these represent options to purchase ABWN stock at some discount. I don't know if this would increase outstanding shares.
1 Jack Edward Daniels 5,000,000.00 shares
2a Brighton Capital Ltd 410,00
2b Brighton Capital Ltd 1,000,000.00
3 Jennifer Holme 50,000.00
4 Andrew Wolin 3,750,000.00
5 Earle Olson 4,500,000.00
6 Jason de Mos 4,500,000.00
7 Marius de Mo 4,500,000.00
8 C. Neal Monte 50,000.00
Patent Entitled "Method of Synchronizing Laser-Links Between Aircraft" applied for by Marius de Mos on July 25, 2017. de Mos has agreed to assign the rights to ABWN for a symbolic $1.
I believe it will take short time for the application to be published in order to be viewed at USPTO. Then probably year or so for a patent to be granted.
Testing this technology may explain why 767's were used.
I've been convinced from time I first became aware of abwn that the concept is technically do-able. No doubt in my mind. Convinced also that it could, some day, be profitable. But, can ABWN stay ahead of potential competition? Is there a possibility that ABWN could obtain an an extension to their patent? I have owned ABWN and came close to buying again during this recent dip. Not in for long haul though - yet.
So they put two Boeing 767 aircraft in the air to confirm simple high school physics still applies.
Why use 767 airliners for proof of concept testing rather than a couple of piper cubs. Seems like a waste of money. Size of aircraft shouldn't be a concern as they are using "conventional" antennas. Enough is already known about radio communications air to air, air to ground, high altitude high speed moving targets, etc.
Several trades around 10:36 @ $2.21 but I think that was part of the $2.35 deal and probably marketmakers bulking up or dumping in anticipation of some announcement. Insiders know ahead of announcements. Illegal but hard to prove. With all the sub-contractors, leaks are inevitable.
re: "replace Air Traffic Controllers"? How would that work?
And now the day's volume has dropped back from 62k to 12k and price back to where it was at 2.35. That using Ameritrade charts but can see it on the hub chart here as well.
One transaction of about 50,000 Shares just caused the price to drop from about $2.35 to $2.21. Probably Market Maker loading up or dumping. Who can explain?
MOkid, I have no doubts that the concept is doable. My technical background has been in computers and electronics since 1964. I also have several patents (expired now) encompassing electronics, mechanics, computer software and hardware, and music. As I recall, you are a network engineer and so, we, together I think, are knowledgeable believers in this technology.
Thanks MOkid. Flight test a little behind that schedule but, ahead of the latest schedule published (latter part of the year) (assumed calendar year). Caught me off-guard anyway so bought some more this morning.
