Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (Wabtec), doing business as Wabtec Corporation, is a provider of technology-based equipment and services for the rail industry worldwide. Wabtec operates in two business segments: the Freight Group and the Transit Group. On March 12, 2010, the Company acquired Xorail LLC (Xorail). On July 28, 2010, the Company acquired G&B Specialties, Inc. (G&B).
