Phoneguard is at the mercy of Apple. Which sucks.


Everyone needs to understand that if Phoneguard for Iphone doesn't come out until late September or early October, It has no bearings on the company or how it is run, and should not impact the peoples views on whether it is a solid company or not.


Everyone who is mad that Phoneguard said there would be an August release needs to understand that.

There very well still could be an August release, but it looks unlikely.

What i'm saying is, what happened with the iOS4 was a fluke. I'd be willing to bet, that with 76 billion dollars in reserves, Apple will have their servers ready for iOS5.

Obviously they aren't the same thing. One is an operating system, and one is a phone.


The point I'm trying to make here, is everyone needs to stop thinking that iOS 4 is going to release weeks before the iPhone5. It is simply not going to happen.

I don't want people getting false hopes, which may cause people to lose interest in this stock.


Apple will release iOS5 within days of the Iphone5 so it can showcase what the new OS can do on it's newest phone.

The only reason that iOS4 was released three days before the iphone4 was to relieve strain on their servers.

iOS 3 released with the iphone3gs

iOS 4 released with the iphone 4

iOS 5 will release with the iphone 5.


Why would they release a brand new operating system on a machine that can't use it to its full capabilities.

iphone 5 can use iOS5 to its full capabilities, whereas the iphone4 will be outdated technology.
