totally agree with you LASERS on $OCAT.
it looks as they have putting in more than one gate on that brick
wall. Looks more like they could be flood gates.
From what I am reading here, all the news is positive.
Are You Watching A Bluebird Go By? •Phase 2 trial designs in Stargardt's and Dry AMD might allow for
news that could transform the perception of an Ocata shareholder from that of wealth facilitator to that of RIDICULOUSLY WEALTHY.
Maybe that $100 pps may come to fruition.
Bluebird Bio's Meaningless Insider Sales
There is a correlation between the performance of an equity and insider purchases that's detailed in this TipRanks article, at least insofar as investor enthusiasm is concerned. And insider sales prior to a binary event unfolding in biotechnology should rightfully be viewed as demonstrating a lack of confidence in that outcome. But generally speaking, insider sales in developmental-stage companies are meaningless and often steer investors off of a profit-making path. To illustrate this point, let's look at the annotated 3-year chart of Bluebird Bio (NASDAQ:BLUE).
In order for you to understand why I've moved from trading shares to accumulating a position in Ocata, you'll have to indulge this last depressing view of reality before I show you why Ocata has a very good chance to make shareholders jump for joy. I say this knowing that I've referenced similar opportunities this year alone in Amarin (NASDAQ:AMRN), Synergy (NASDAQ:SGYP) and Trevena (NASDAQ:TRVN), which, of course, is no guarantee that it will happen here. Nonetheless, this is Ocata's 20-year annotated chart.
News! Ocata's Could Be EARTHSHAKING
All of what we have discussed thus far has acted much in the same way as Harry Potter's invisibility cloak - to conceal and distort the empirical truth affirmed through the clinical trial process, regulatory oversight and peer-reviewed medical journals. Simply put: Ocata's RPE cells have stopped the progress of macular degeneration in all treated subjects but one, and in a small majority of patients, has improved their ability to see. All of this has taken place in trial participants who were severely vision impaired to begin with, and not one experienced a serious adverse event of any kind.
Consequently, Ocata could very well publish data that includes complete vision restoration to one or more of these participants. Let me state that again, because it bears repeating.
Ocata could very well publish data in the 2H of 2016 that includes complete single-eye vision restoration to one or more trial participants.

If I was getting a few hundred thousand shares free, why would
I be buying more when I know that I will be getting MORE free
shares. What does that have to do with the price of rice in China?
I think that $OCAT is like the Monarch butterfly
they spend summer in USA and Canada and migrate south to
Mexico where it is warmer. No explanation on how they find
their way to the same location. Amazing.
http://gomexico.about.com/od/monarchbutterfly/ss/monarch_4.htm
Hence, I would think that they live longer than a month as
will $OCAT.
There was a program on National Geographic, I think and was very
interesting. If you get a chance to see it watch it if you can. And it just might be on Youtube if you do a search
My time-frame limit for this company stock is 10 years.
It is almost about 1/2 a year since I bot it, but at 10 years, or just prior to 10 years, I will sell every share that I own.
LOL
If I remember correctly, it is done for the eye because the
cells will stay within the eye. However, if you inject them
elsewhere on the body, they could end up anywhere and float
around the different areas of the body. Hope my memory is
correct on this one.

never mind - wouldn't print the Ukrainian version.
so welcome again and dobryy den'
Does that mean that I could place an order to buy stock
from/through him? I don't think so. can you tell us where
you found this out, that he is a broker? I don't think he
has a brokers's license of any kind.
elysse . . . I wonder if he will also sing a few
operatic songs for the crowd.. .. .. LOL
It is ok elysse. . . I also have in my mind said Mario, just
a slip of the tongue so to speak. Nothing to get upset about.
"My Pick" $CSCO
"My 2nd choice" $LVS
"MY PICK" $LVS
"My 2nd choice" $CSCO
"Sell in May and go away" - I wonder if that should apply
to $OCAT also.? ? ? Or does it already? ? ?
And what you are getting wrong is, I would never suggest
to anyone on a MB to trade options, even selling calls.
I would guess that three-quarters or more of the people on
this or any MB would not be in a position to do what you are
doing.
You have a substantial number of shares in this company.
So when you trade options of any kind there is risk involved
And what I am saying this is not the place to learn about
trading options for the novice.
the majority of people will not know the difference of the
various types of options whether they be puts or calls.
And I again will say this is the wrong place to learn about
trading options with actual money that is tied up in this stock.
mistakes are made and regrets follow, I know as I speak from
experience with people who have done just what you are suggesting.
Too a novice - to trade options (of any kind) is still speculative
and there is a learning curve for people to learn about trading
options. So for someone on this board to learn about options
is the wrong place.
And they probably work alright for you because you have a
large amount of shares as a base and more for trading. But
to suggest to someone with a limited amount of shares, I am
pointing out that this isn't the place for them.
Well let me see about your trading strategy elysse. . .
$OCAT is a very speculative stock. .
Trading options are very speculative on their own.
Now my thinking - buying options on $OCAT is akin to
buy speculative options on a speculative stock which
I wouldn't recommend to anyone except experienced well
seasoned "investors". This strategy is certainly not for
everyone. It has been a while since I traded any options
and I wouldn't want to look at these to see what would be
possible in this market. Do so at your own risk.
Even "recommend" seems like an illogical term to use in this
case. Maybe "suggest" would be better term to use.
I would rather stick to a boat-load of shares and would consider
selling the boat.

Art2426 I guess you aren't familiar with Jim Cramer being investigated checked and re-checked. He is a multi millionaire and when he
talks about stocks they are in his Charitable Trust Portfolio.
He doesn't make anything personally from what he says/does.
You really don't think that CNBC would allow someone on the air
to use the air time to make recommendations, shorting and
otherwise to make money for themselves.
If I remember correctly, CNBC stopped the show when it first
started and found that
everything he says or does is for the charitable trust and not
his personal portfolio. It was proven without a shadow of a
doubt that he didn't do anything criminal or otherwise.
He is very charitable in what he does.
And I see he got married on Saturday. Good luck to you Jim,
and your new wife. Thanks for all your input/information
that you give on Mad Money and during the day with your
analysis of companies.
Other announcers also have to be very careful what they say
or do. Good example was Maria Barteromo who accepted free
rides on Citi-groups corporate jet. I knew when they
announced that, that she was not long for CNBC and she wasn't.
Apparently she is on Fox Business News now. I haven't seen
her personally there, but I think that is where she went.
I know for me, we couldn't even accept a box of chocolates
from clients at Christmas with the company that I worked for.
DEFINITION of 'Market Capitalization'
The total dollar market value of all of a company's outstanding shares. Market capitalization is calculated by multiplying a company's shares outstanding by the current market price of one share. The investment community uses this figure to determine a company's size, as opposed to sales or total asset figures.
Frequently referred to as "market cap."
The key words here are "current market price of one share".
2020 - $OCATA is still a thoroughbred horse and the race is
nowhere near finished. I don't even know if $OCATA is even
at the first furlong post. Still a long way to go before we
get to the home stretch.
And like the triple crown, I think $OCATA has many things
going for it, and it will be like the Kentucky derby with
the first winning treatment. And as things progress, the
other races will take shape. Just takes some patience.
Also, just think we have a winning jockey (Dr. Lanza) working
in the stable.

Elysse. I don't know what you would expect in an email from
the company. I know of another company, that I knew/know
very well. There was a time that I used to communicate with
the owner/ceo almost daily. So I knew in advance of things
that might be happening even though he was careful in what
he would tell me. Because anything he might say might have
some effect on the price of the stock. Unfortunately he
died 3-4 years ago, but we remained good friends until his
passing.
However, if you remember the days of "Martha Stewart", - that
closed all communication with the company about anything that
was coming up. They were also very careful not to say ANYTHING
that might be taken as "inside information". This was also an
end to communication via email. Because any email that was
sent could be examined by SEC and any other entity that had
access to reading/checking their email.
So not only is it difficult to send out an email, with
45,000 shareholders but they would also have to be careful
to respond to any questions raised by anyone seeing the emails.
So in most cases it isn't only sending the email that makes
it difficult but they might have to give reasons why they
have sent certain emails and justifying the sending of the
emails. Yes they may have someone to respond to some emails
but, I am sure they don't have or want to have employees to
respond about the legalities of the email.
Myself, I wouldn't want to have emails sent from the bunch
of doctors working on R & D answering queries from shareholders.
So what do we have to have in addition to staff replying to
emails, but you would need a legal staff to be careful of
everything that is written.
That is what PR's are for. That is how every shareholder is
notified together. And that is done in a legal manner.
Sorry to disagree with you and this is my opinion, even
though it is the correct one. . . LOL
elysse. . . enlighten us with what you "see" so that we
all can "see" what is going on. I don't see anything different
than with other stocks. Just that you are focused more on this
one and you "see" things going on that others don't.
Myself, I just don't think these people would be involved
in any criminal activity that would jeopardize their ability
to continue in market activity. The cost is too expensive.
I know of people who have paid the penalties and I know
they regretted it afterward. Being banned from this medium
is the worst possible penalty.
I know of one person in particular who was caught and he
cant have anything to do with any financial company and
in particular with stock market.
Elysse. . . Do you think an investigation by the SEC will
drive the pps of this company stock higher? My "opinion"
is that it wont. And that is just my opinion... LOL.
It will probably tank the pps. Thanks.
I just don't see doctors/scientists of this caliber in
collusion with stock traders, that are manipulating the price
of the stock.
First it was the MM's on OTC. Now it is people working for
the company. And the MM's on Nasdaq.
I wonder if Dr. Lanza would give me some inside information,
so that I could trade this stock. LOL
Why not just accept that this is the way the stock market
works without the "criminal" activity that appears to be
going on.
There will always be traders, investors and shorters that
make the stock price fluctuate.
Well I see everyone seems to be quite happy with the
uplist to the NAS. No posts complaining about the uplist
and no posts about MM's who make the market for $OCAT on
the NAS. Is it my imagination, or is there no difference
in what affects the PPS.
And for Elysse who is focused on "irritating drain flies" and the doodoo of the past. . . LOL
The key word here is "patience", so we can only wait and see
what Wotton will bring to the table. I am waiting to see
what news/PR's will be announced now that we are on NAS and
what will attract new investments. Hopefully not more "drain flies".
GLTA
Lasers where is the $OCAT? ? Maybe you should have two $$
and make it $$OCAT LOL..
sure is nice to see it this AM.
Lasers we will be able to watch OCAT on the CNBC and Bloomberg
tickers.
Hopefully CNBC will be talking about the company on their
different segments.
Wouldn't hurt if we can get a few emails sent to different
people on CNBC.
I know it worked for another company that we did that for.
All 40,000? lol... or is that 44,000...
all individual responses...
Try emailing "Apple" or even "Google" and see if you get
a reply. Most companies are the same about answering
small shareholders. The information comes in the form of PR's
and other methods. But. . . . .
We don't amount to pocket change for them...
Crawford I also understand exactly what you are saying.....
I am also holding long and strong. Don't sell any shares
right now.
And what I also have noticed, is most on this MB don't like
the posts of that certain individual and you can tell by the
deletions. There was a time I looked at the MB and there were
more deletions than there were posts.
Do you think that someone of PW's stature would join this
company for nothing... He knows what is coming and the reason
why he got Jouste to come over here also.
What a team PW, Jouste and Lanza.
I also think there will come that day when there will be a
big jump in PPS and that is not too far away. But first
I think we need to see the stock trading on Nas.
A drop of $0.26 on this low volume? ? It is being manipulated
by whoever wants to see this drop so they can buy at lower
prices in large quantities.
Again I just don't see PW coming over if there wasn't something
worthwhile to come here and join Lanza and his team.
No one said it would be up-listed on the 7th. The 7th is
the end of the 90 day period requirement for Nasdaq. The
uplisting could occur any time after the 7th but not before.
Thanks Hopalongstocks for all your posts.

I don't find the company's statement as being vague.
They have just stated what the rules for Nasdaq up-listing are.
They are just following the rules. And that just happens
to be January 7, 2015.
"also like posts on new patents, etc. "
Unless the procedure(s) is/are being used in P1 and p2.
And just the patent that has been applied for and shows
that the procedure is working not necessarily years away.
"lasers" I am sure everyone on this MB appreciates your
experienced posts. I know for me it saves a lot of "googling"
to find something worthwhile.
For you and yours, I wish you a "Merry Christmas" and
Happy Holidays. Thanks so much for what you do. It is
always nice to see someone share their experiences with
others.
And to everyone else on this iHub - MB
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays (it is also Chanukah).
So, Lasers, that would mean that there hasn't been any
postponements, delayed up-listing of any sort. They are
just following the requirement rules of up-listing as set
forth by Nasdaq. Nothing being fudged by the company as
some have suggested.
And that is January 7, 2015. I for one am looking
forward to it.
It is also Christmas day according to the Gregorian calendar.
Gast... You can get that info from Yahoo financial site along
with quotes of other stocks and you can set up a portfolio of

Just kidding of course... nice picture representative of ACTC.
