The company below could use a TYTN forklift in their warehouses.
What do you think Suspect?

I'm thinking youre a SPAM with cheese kinda guy.
Just a thought and no offense intended, but maybe the CEO, who has built the company from the ground up himself doesnt need "suggestions" on how to proceed with his business. I could certainly see where that could offend him, hence no response. I think your ideas are great, your Montana idea being the greatest, but I think we should probably let the man do his thing, his way.
Just saying.
Good place to be with impending financials... Next big run imminent?
Announcement LMAO. Ya in April. Classic. I love how some show what they invest in time according to their "investment". WOW...
Will Reuters work for you?
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/04/07/idUS119029+07-Apr-2011+PRN20110407
Really? Are you asking me these questions. Investing 101 my friend.
I mean, I never claimed it was new, but anyone who has simply read through recent Pr's could have figured that out???
April was not so long ago when you are speaking of a company in "growth" stage, right?
"Tytan Holdings, Inc. (OTC:TYTN) today announced that interest in their New 30 hp 4WD Diesel Mini Tractor with Front Loader has been overwhelming. Dealer interest in the new Mini Tractor has exceeded our original projections. Due to the retail price point, the profit margin, and the niche product size, dealers are showing great enthusiasm for this new small acreage tractor. "We knew we had developed a winning tractor, and the industry has proved us correct." stated Tytan CEO, Mark Leonard, adding "The 304 Mini Tractor will retail for $11,999. That makes it affordable for a very large segment of buyers who are watching their money closely."
These tractors are in Kalama, Wa, now, and more than likely being distributed to new dealers. The next couple of quarterly reports will show these sales. Farming is one of a few industries which thrives in a down market. People have to eat. Period.
The 2nd QTR financials are due out anyday now, and though they more than likely wont show significant revenue and profit gains, should show an increase in inventory. The real story will unfold in QTRs 3 and 4 of this year. Largest shipments to date, and a steady flow of inventory/ new dealers = results.
Those are some flat ass golden arches, "according to the chart" of course. MACD flat for over 2 weeks with QTR2 financials pending anyday now = uptrend coming soon...
Trending Market
First check whether price is trending. If the MACD indicator is flat or stays close to the zero line, the market is ranging and signals are unreliable.
After that take into consideration that 2QTR results are due ANY day now, and MACD becomes EXTREMELY unreliable.
Pretty flat, for awhile now. Held .0015 for the past two weeks... No news... Fins pending... Uptrend inevitable at this point. Thank you for bringing up the MACD at a flat level Suspect.
The enclosed cab makes it even more desirable on the first 50HP listed. 20K for that kind of machine is CHEAP! With a warranty... call the company! They will explain!
Could you explain your "golden arches" formation that nobody understands? Thanks. If its McDonalds it would be off-topic, but I am curious here.
Actually, being a tractor owner myself, they are extremely reasonable. Do you have links to justify this? Please make sure they have front end loaders and for all we know implements as well? I would probably call the company if I was interested in buying, but questioning the cost. I'm kind of particular to the first 50 HP myself, quite a bargain.
Wow, nice observation? TYTN is currently sub penny, so ya, not much exposure there. Would you like me to define the growth stage that ALL companies must endure before becoming "established"? Or the definition of what "speculative investments" based on factual information in which investors interpret in different ways is?
I'm thinking we see some increase in revenues/ profits, but for this QTR I'm really more interested in future/ executed plans. Theres outstanding updates on all kinds of stuff. Now next QTR and 4ths, Id like to see the moolah.
I hear ya man, why is it that everyday we wait for financials seems like a week though??? Its just so hard not to look!
I don't really think thats the problem, the selling is on par with the daily trading averages. The problem is nobodys buying ANYTHING right now, so we sit here and take selling hits with no support. Across most of the market before people figure out how bad a hit the markets will take.
Ya, maybe the entire market will go down to its book value. You could pretty well post that on any board today. I like how you singled this one out. Glad to see you follow all of the markets.
I don't think I ever caught this little tidbit:
"Tytan hopes to be able to offer financing for both wholesale dealers"
I thought the financing was aimed specifically at retail customers, but this certainly would give dealers incentive to carry the products, without dishing out a bunch of cash to start.
Some things to look forward to with the release of the pending Q2 report.
The Company believes that all three of these challenges have been, or will be, made moot beginning
with the Q2 2011 and reports the following:
1. “Our dealers are reporting that financing conditions for them and their customers have
been improving in recent months. This should bode well for us since we believe that we
have low overhead and high profit margins due to our proprietary relationships with our
manufacturers in China.
2. Dealers have learned that they must make higher profits in these tough economic times.
We believe that our products fit the bill perfectly by being extremely competitively priced,
having very attractive dealer profit margins, and meeting OSHA and EPA requirements.
Tytan’s new products all have unique product features that create a niche that should
leave us having very little competition. Start up dealers also like the fact that they are not
forced to purchase huge quantities that would create financial hardship.
3. Tytan hopes to be able to offer financing for both wholesale dealers and retail customers,
which will be a first for a company in the economy priced tractor sector. Tytan is hopeful
that this program will be available in the 3rd quarter of 2011.
Tytan Holdings, Inc. Quarterly Report March 31st, 2011 Page 15
4. The EPA’s Tier IV Requirements took effect in 2011 and should remain the same for many
years to come without further changes. Tytan’s engine manufacturers now will be able to
plan and produce complying engines for the future without supply interruption.
5. Tytan also purchased a patented special coating that enhances fuel efficiency and reduces
diesel emissions. It appears from various testing so far that emissions can be reduced by
4-8%.”
Discussed a very long time ago.
Oh, I am. I'm just exercising my right to post. Sticking with the rules you know? Simply reposting what others have written to help anyone who is interested in investing stay informed of the potential of TYTN, good stuff if you ask me.

Check them out. Seriously, if you want to know the real TYTN, where we have been can be a glimpse into where we will go...
Yup, page 9 of his recent posts is very telling.
Huh...

Re: Meekster post# 39995 Post # of 51405
There hasn't been an increase in outstanding shares. They only increased the authorized shares. Please look up the difference between the two yourself.
Weird.
That being said, I love how TYTN goes up when everything else goes down. Go TYTN! (any extra credit for bold?)
Done.
"Gripped by fear of a new recession, the stock market suffered its worst day Thursday since the financial crisis in the fall of 2008."
-By DAVID K. RANDALL - AP Business Writer | AP – 12 mins ago
"Gripped by the fact of a growing industry even in the fear of recession, TYTN, Tytan Holdings Inc. closes up 6.67%, in a staggering show of informed investors knowing what they hold."
-Nedreck, August 4, 2011
Personally I think "doubling" is an understatement in concern to revenues. There are now more dealers, not just one. How many we do not know, but you can be assured at the end of 2011 we will have "multiplied" in geographic location and availability.
It would be extremely telling to find out how many shipments TYTN has received in the past 5-6 years. We know for a fact they are receiving significant shipments now, and in the (very) near future (3-5 weeks). It would certainly help to judge the growth curve we are presently in...
To put it simply:
Increased, Increased, Increased, and Unchanged, in that order. My opinion of course.
Its actually kind of funny if you think about it. More will be said with one single filing than in over 1000 posts.
Not a whole lot more to discuss until Q2s come out...
Q2s are completed and with the accountant. Do you want a date for this? Because that cant be answered. A guess would be by the 15th. Take your own time to come up with your timeline. Everything is there for the taking.
Thank you for the "technical addition" to my post. TYTN is looking good from all standpoints longterm...
Read and drool...

Tractors and implements happen to be one "diamond in the rough" during these tough times.
Timing is everything and TYTN tractors are going to be hammering the market very soon...
Give me another PS that can state this and it can be VERIFIED:
"Some of Tytan's new products have arrived last week, with at least three or more shipments of Tractors or Crawlers arriving at Tytan within the next 3 to 5 weeks. Additionally, there are shipments with implements arriving" We are not talking about 10-12 dollar items here. More like 100s to 10s of thousands of dollar shipments from China. No empty promises, just real products arriving to be sold in an excelling industry during a sorry economy. IMO best PS stock in the market. Period.
http://tytancorp.com/cm/Company/News.html
At least three shipments of tractors or crawlers, in addition to implement shipments in the next 3-5 weeks... TONS of inventory arriving as we speak, and dealerships lining up...
Q3 is looking real nice... Q4 is looking even better. 2012, simply stated, will be the straw that broke the doubter's back.
To all new potential investors in TYTN:
-Yes, the company increased its Authorized Shares in June. VERIFIABLE
-No increase in the O/S can proven to date, and the volume has remained at, or under its 90 day average since the increase took place. VERIFIABLE
-The increase "conveniently" took place just before a regulation change by Penson, making stocks trading under .10 more difficult to trade, in which many trading entities may adopt in the near future. I can say Penson will still trade TYTN, however there are many others that you now cannot trade on that platform. VERIFIABLE
-Financials for Q2 are due out ANY DAY, and will outline the SS. VERIFIABLE
-TYTN is currently in the "growth stage" of operations, as any company would be, looking to create their market niche. VERIFIABLE
In addition, 5 years of development will be reaping the rewards of hard work by the CEO of TYTN in the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year, VERIFIABLE by increasing revenues in route.
TYTN in particular has advantages over its competition, who could be regarded as any tractor manufacturer in the world, due to its excusive agreements with factories, it's historic relationship with the Chinese, and the innovative improvments displayed in the new machines and implements. VERIFIABLE.
As a new investor, you have two paths to choose.
1.) Do your own, VERIFIABLE DD, which can be jumpstarted by visiting tytantractor.com and tytancorp.com, and clicking on tabs, along with otcmarkets.com etc., and relying on your own comprehension and processing of the information to make an informed decision (highly recommended).
2.) Listen to either variety of opinions stated on the largest board created for the purpose of investing in this stock, which can easily include VERIFIABLE evidence ,or simple opinions, the choice is yours.
Personally I recommend 2.) as a starting point, and then things listed in 1.), as a basis for VERIFICATION (in addition to many other links).
Everyone has the right to make their own decisions in investing based on many factors including cognitive ability, socioeconomic status, availability of funds, influence of subjugating factors, and comprehension, among a list that would make this post even longer and more painful.
The choice is yours! Be reeled in, or swim on your own informed opinion! Facts are there to be had for all!!!
PS: TYTN is producing and selling real products! Hard to find around here and VERIFIABLE. Check out the link: http://www.tytantractor.com/comparison.html
Valid, but overstated to the extreme.
Everyone knows the A/S situation.
A new investor, if they know even the most basic starting point for DD will find this out in 2 minutes. Your point is taken, its just been beat to death.
Hey YAK and Tractormech!
"Tytan’s management and Board members are all “users” who have a wide variety of experienced backgrounds."
Are you guys board memebers and not informing us here? lol
"Mark Leonard posted an update on Tytan's website on July 29th that the Q2 report is finished. Hopefully when it is released we will find out what the current outstanding share number is. "
So you agree we should probably just wait until that time instead of reiterating eveyones view of what the current SS is? You just answered like 200 of your own posts.
Youve got that right. Lack of volume shows me that the longs have accumulated a ton of shares, and are now WAITING for the news we expect be it this week or 6 months from now. Good sign imo.
