If they are taking 365,000 barrels of oil out of the ground/year, then they are selling it for $.43/barrel because their revenue is showing $160,000 for the entire year 2012. Unless production has increased by 2,300% in the last few months. If that is the case, they should make that information available in their news updates.
I took my loses this morning on this turd of a stock. More DD next time. I should have suspected something was rotten when all of the company directors are investment bankers and hedge fund managers.
It's not all rhetoric. I mean there are some pretty dismal numbers on that last 10-k and I'm sure that more than a few shirts have been lost on this ride.
We're going to need an increase in revenues in the range of 300 - 400% really quick to turn this thing around. I'm guessing from the massive release of stock that all other financing options have been spent.
Yeah, I hear you.
It looks like the # of outstanding shares has gone from 750 million to 1.25 billion in the last year. The share price a year ago was between .03 - .04 so it makes sense with the massive dilution that you would see a share value between .015 and .02.
This company is in a pretty big hole.
2012 at a glance:
+$169k oil revenue:
-$303k interest on loans:
-$430k exec. salaries:
The exec should get paid in restricted shares only :) If they are trying to paint a rosy picture they should put their money where their mouth is.
Selling shares is a good thing if you are a company trying to raise capital for oil exploration. It is kind of the reason why the stock market exists, isn't it? Raising capital? Was drilling in Belize a waste of time and money? Yeah, at this point it looks like it was. IMHO Treaty should forget Belize and focus there efforts in Texas. A slow flow of oil is better than no oil.
Why I bought Treaty shares.
Oil as a commodity becomes more scarce every minute of the day.
Do I think there is oil in Belize? No.
Is there still oil in Texas. Yes.
All the rest of it is business expenses as usual. How many oil companies do you know that don't have never paid a fine?
It's a penny play on a real company with a real business. That makes it better than about 99% of the penny stocks out there.
Just waiting for the next news. Probably some time in mid 2013. If this thing reverse splits again I think I'll end up owing shares to trai thien.
WTF??? Company dump? POS stock not worth to wipe myself.
.16 on bid is a joke. With the 200:1 reverse split that's a bid of .0008. I came in at .014 a few months ago on a paid promotion. I'm such an idiot. How does a stock go from .014 to .0008 in a few months????
Bought this stock at .014 and watched it drop to .004 in a couple of weeks. I am a novice investor and watching my money disappear so quickly is disheartening. This stock would need a 350% gain just to see my initial investment from a couple of weeks ago? I think I'll sell and invest in Greece - something more solid.
They were looking to raise 50 million to build 6 larger ships is where I get my 10 million/ship. Also, ships last much longer than 3 years - 3 years is the average age of their fleet meaning it is a young fleet with new ships.
Also - never buy on a "hot pick" mass email - I'd be better off sending money to a Nigerian banker.
I think each ship on order is costing around 10 million. They might have had some difficulty raising funds to finance the new fleet - thus the delay in new boats and news about the new boats. Pure conjecture on my part - It could be a case where they expanded to quickly and didn't have the capitol to finance their operation - which I believe is still viable. I don't think this will live up to the hype in the short term - my best investment advice - don't buy a stock that I buy - I've developed a keen knack for picking losers.
They say stock is driven by greed and fear - it looks like fear is driving today. I bought on the pump because it looks like a decent company - I'm not suggesting you hold or buy shares but I think .001/share is fair value for this company with potential for growth looking forward. I'm still kicking myself since I lost 50% of my initial investment atm - wish I was getting in today when everyone else is getting out :)
This is a real company with shipping contracts in place for the next 5 years.
4 billion dong? Thats about 200 k US. If you are reading this from a Vietnam newspaper. Not cool they owe wages to their employees but lets put it in perspective.
Wow I wish I hadn't drank the coolaid when this thing was at $2 and "going to $10 by the end of the week".

This has been manipulated lower to allow the shorts out and to allow the longs in. I think any MM's would have to be borderline insane to take a short position on this stock with the current growth projections. The future is in green energy with 3Power poised to become a player. If you sell now you are going to lose. Be patient and don't allow the stock manipulators to play on your fear. I sold all of my other stocks on Friday and bought PSPW for $1.95. I will be selling PSPW for $6.40 and I will post on this board when I do. IMO
I'm in long. I'm going to ride this bus down to .0001 street. The fundamentals are all their - I've done DD and played D&D and smoked a lot of drugs and viewed the entire universe from every possible angle. TYTN is the microsoft of tractors. In 2060, we'll all be dead and people will say, "remember the internet? Now all we do is ride tractors - basically the internet has been replaced by tractors." That is when I'm getting off this crazy ride - 2060.
You didn't get my cheap shares - I pulled them off the ask. Your supposed to buy low and sell high right? I'll ride this thing to 1.00 if I'm 100 when it gets there.
The thing that has changed my mind - and I understand almost nothing about stocks - is that it has recently punched hard through the lower bollinger - this might signify a reversal if charts meant anything in pennys.
I'm new to trading and my experience to this point is that all stocks are always falling - I've rode a couple down to .0001-.0002
This might be the wrong game for me. If I had an account that allowed buying short I would be rich :) I could literally have bought any stock that I have looked at in the last 4 months and made a huge profit :) I hope the mm's will put my money to good use on a ferrari or some blow.
I'm getting out. I came in on March 7 for 51000@.0567 for $2892 my valuation today - less than a month later is $1686 - for a 42% loss. I thought of getting out in the low 40's but I listened to all of the positive posters here. I hope you are right and there is a filing around the next corner - I'm drawing the line - I've been bleeding like a stuck pig for a month - there is not much left to bleed.
I sold all my shares last week for .0002. I guess that was all this stock needed to get going.
I like this stock for a few reasons.
1. In a recession most people enjoy cheap entertainment (and are more likely to shop Walmart - myself included).
2. "Racing Dreams" being sold at Walmart is genius - I predict this will be HH top earner (ask the average Walmart shopper if they enjoy car racing). It also scores the highest on both rotten tomatoes and IMDB
3. New laws in Canada will meter internet usage and we are going to see a resurgence in the video rental/sales in Canada (Canada is full of Walmarts and movie addicts).
I currently have a small position and looking to expand.
I wish you guys luck. I came in at .0007 and sold recently for .0002. I have a small account and this trade has really made a dent. I was told the stock was good value at .0007 so I might come back again - I just felt like I'll try another stock for a while.
