This is still going to be their pick. And as many others said, they're contractually obligated to promo AWSR, which they haven't done yet. As such, I'm buying all you scaredy cat's shares. Thanks for the cheapies, and not having to worry about being ready with a buy order as soon as the 'real' email comes out. Loading up, then I'll check the ticker in a week or two. suckas
This doesn't smell like NSRS did at all. Dunno if the huge ticker above the 'Stay tuned for our March 1st pick' was a marketing gimmick trying to get people to think they were in before the majority reading 'between the lines,' or if this is just a week long pump. Either way, the PPS raised WAYYY to fast after the first promo email. That smells danger to me. I missed out entirely on NSRS, but followed it from day 1. I have my brokerage locked and loaded, waiting for the new APS play, but I ain't touching this one. GLTA
I got the APS. I signed up for FreePennyAlerts,VictoryStocks, APS...
How did you guys get in so early? I got the email @ 2:48p, and I checked it at 2:50, and it was already up to like 1.60....
Cheers.
Cool thanks. Any time frame for the next APS pump?
hmmm... the L2 thing is kind of a bummer. Starting to swing towards ETrade now. Thanks for the input
optionsxpress looks pretty legit! Why is it a part of schwab but they don't require any minimum acct balance or deposit, while schwab requires 1k min?
I've heard from others in the past that sometimes ETrade will block some of the shadier ones too... I think AMW*eye* at one point? But you haven't had any trouble?
Taking a quick survey from all those already in on this massive p&d:
What broker did you guys all use? Zecco wouldn't let me buy this back @.45, so I sat it out. Kicking and cussing, I swore to find a new broker. Leaning towards either Schwab or ETrade. Or any other brokers you guys prefer that doesn't block from buying these APS p&ds? Thx
I smell a TS disciple.
IB is great - however I don't have 10k to open their tiniest account. Flipping POS pinkies is just a hobby. Thanks for the tip, and you're right about the movement. Although if I recall, it was Penson-chilled when it moved to .0015/.0016 the last pump, so methinks that's still not an issue. Thoughts?
I don't need to transfer - I don't hold a position. But when this baby hits the floor and it's loading time, I want to make sure I don't get screwed when I go to sell. Are you saying that Fidelity allows unrestricted buying and selling of this?
Just checking in to see when it's time to load the boat, apparently still gotta wait about two more weeks for this to come down to where I want it.
In the meantime, I don't follow the board (because it's asinine), but I did hear chatter about Zecco and other Penson based clearing houses not trading EMLL or putting up a paper trade only? Is this true?
If it is, I'll have to go ahead and open another account somewhere else, as Zecco is my primary, and Sharebuilder charges WAY too high a fee for trading this pos. Can anyone recommend a broker who does trades of EMLL with no problems? Thanks
Nope - I got out of this the last time it tanked after going double zeros. (Back in April/May)
Still, it's blatant that someone pumps this green when there's no volume. A jump from .0005 to .0007 at 4:30 on any other stock would raise quite a few eyebrows. For most here, it happens so much that no one bats an eye.
I think a lot of the sheep here that are long wouldn't complain about losing their money or a declining pps if they actually could figure out (or take a well-educated guess) who gives EMLL a Cialis every day around 4:40...
Regardless, I'll jump back in once this baby hits trip twos
So none of you super longs has figured out yet who pumps this green at 4:45 every time there's no volume?
Question for all you who've been around as long as I have been (but Actively followed the board and the ticker): Who the hell pushes this green almost EVERY day once momentum is broken? All you busy busy little beavers figure that out, and you'll never have to worry about this being a PnD ever again. Count on me being back in once this puppy hits trip 2 - easy money, just ask Smilin' B!
Sounds like bag-holder syndrome. For your and all the other longs sake, I hope you're right though. No hard feelings. GLTY.
My stop loss was at 5. Sorry, this is just not what I signed up for. After reading all the filings and comparing charts, this looks like every other penny post multi-bag. Volume is gone, dilution in play. Not for me.
GLTA!
TS admitted to trying, I wouldn't e surprised if a few if his minions lurk here and wait for PR...
Im gonna close my eyes for a day or two, cause it's gonna get a lot worse once a certain someone unloads 125k worth of fresh commons..
Probably because the last 5-6 trading days are a shorter's wet dream. Look at a mountain chart..
Coal's ok with it. He doesn't think a CEO getting paid 300k/yr and dumping 125k in restricted is anything to worry about with a company that has no revenues and is paying other people in newly minted shares. Totally normal!
So Frohman is dumping 2.5 million shares? Even though he already gets paid 300k/yr?
Next green day we see I'm out of this pos.
I sold it before the chill. By the time it got iced, and word spread, it tanked and Zecco left a lot of bag holders.
cxlt about to get the chill already?? Zecco are nazis with that man. Same thing happened with CDO* but after 2 days of the pump.
Man, I just looked at that stock. What a perfect P & D. Wish I woulda known about it. I woulda rode that train from 25c to a buck!
Yup.
Except for yesterday, they let it ride green first thing.
I was just about to say that the reverse is true. Looking at the 1 minute chart, it looks like 100k shares brings this baby right back up out of 058 to 6. Come on guys, I KNOW I'm the poorest mo'fo' in here. Where are the big guns to drop some COIN in this baby?
lol I hope so considering that's about where I bought most of my shares :-p
That would be the 8-K you're referring to, not the S-8 where they added 20 million new shares to the market.
How could this have been discussed two months ago when they just filed it today?
So.... has anyone talked about the S-8 that was filed?

20mil new shares?
All of what you said does ring true. Hence why I haven't sold a single share (at a loss). I do think some of these guys have a vested interest in making this work, which I like. Giving stock which is exercisable before any real money comes in does rub me the wrong way.
If I didn't believe OPMG was legit, and in it to win it, I woulda cut my losses and ran. Clearly, that isn't the case. Appreciate your response, motivated.
If that's the case, I stand corrected, and that makes sense. Cheers.
Thurston, appreciate your dialogue.
If it's likely he'll exercise his rights to do so, a 10 mil dump every month would effectively kill any momo we'd get with such low volume though... Let's hope he doesn't...
Also, I apologize in advance for being the debbie downer on a day when we're green, but honest question:
According to the new 8-k, does it basically mean that the dude awarded all those shares can start dumping 10mil per month as of August? If that happens, wouldn't that be quite a blow to the pps pre-launch?
It's 300K per officer, which is over half a million per year with no revenue. And while I'm long in OPMG and in no way bashing, I would say that yes, the IDEA of PhoneGuard is big, but it isn't BIG right now...
Consider that the Freemium model is a numbers game. Say for every 1000 people who download PG, maybe 5 will purchase the full app.
Again, I'm in no way bashing, I support OPMG, but I do think that half a million dollars to the top 2 officers (with a shitton of stock options), is a little bit much at the expense of us given we have no revenue right now. That's the only thing that doesn't sit right with me at the moment.
That's the point... Until revenues come in, everyone in the company SHOULD be underpaid. Otherwise you're giving more than adequate compensation at the shareholder's expense. A startup should be a shared endeavor, IMHO...
What concerns me more than the net loss they've accumulated is the fact that they aren't bringing in any revenue at all, but the CEO and the other guy are both making 300k/yr salary....
As someone who works for a start up myself, I can tell you our CEO makes a FRACTION of that...
I would absolutely LOVE for you to be right.
