Also, I apologize in advance for being the debbie downer on a day when we're green, but honest question:

According to the new 8-k, does it basically mean that the dude awarded all those shares can start dumping 10mil per month as of August? If that happens, wouldn't that be quite a blow to the pps pre-launch?
