By years end:
We should be around 18-20 per share if even half of what we expect comes to pass. Just imagine what will happen when consistent revenue growth begins and reaches into the millions from the measly figures we have been used to. 2004 should be our year of jubilee. JMO
catchawave:
If earnings are around $1.50 per share look for WAVX to act much like XMSR did in 2003. With a P/E of 15 it should put us around 22.50 per share. Now that would quiet the shorties.
zen:
That was surely planned and manipulated. You could see it coming all day. Let's hope the new year starts off where July 31 2003 left off! Happy New Year!
The 500 at 1.36:
Was sold to me by someone trying to paint the tape lower in AH. I gladly will put them away with my others. Thanks, whoever you are.
Snackman:
I still sya that WAVX will act much like XMSR did in 2003. If so it IS that 10 bagger. Merry Christmas!
Sure would be nice:
To get some news tomorrow. With the light trading due to the holiday, it would really mess up the shorts as they scramble to get out. Probably too much to ask for though.
rachel:
I was told by Scwab that they could loan them out anyway. I always thought like you did, but they told me differently.
MaynardG:
That does not work. It does not stop anyone from being anle to borrow your shares as many are led to believe.
The PP investors:
Must not like this either. What lousy timing. Someone definately put them on to this. Since when does the SEC mess with a $1.80 stock??
After I just added:
more shares today too. I guess that is why I got them so cheap, or so I thought.
When will it ever end!
Someone really has it in for this company. Any guess who it is?
Snackman:
With all due respect I believe I deserve an apology for your remark about me in your last post. I have not said anything negative lately and you know it. You would not believe what happened to me in another stock I owned today called COCO. I deserve an apology and a drink!
zen:
Thanks for the link, but in these days it IS all gambling, and you know it. Take a look at WAVX over the last 6 months.
Can someone:
Tell me again what the potential is here. I am ready to throw in the towel today. Too many stocks killing me.
What a mess:
This market is in.
All this breakeven talk:
Will be meaningless drivel when we see actual revenues and sales figures coming in. If they are strong, and keep incresing, the break even argument will give way to talk of cash flow. Just look at XMSR for the perfect example. $1.80- $25.00 in one year, not on break even but on sales and growth alone. JMO
It seems like:
We will be getting some news this coming week based on the trading activity of the stock. Any thoughts?
Getting on the list:
Of percentage gainers only serves to bring in these damn traders that try to drag us down. I wish we never made such a list. Good time to add though.
Guess they are done:
Shorting to lock in their profits on the funding deal, huh?
Would someone :
Give me one reasonable explanation for what is going on here today?
SKS response to acheiving breakeven:
Pretty much as we had conjectured. While he believes it is still quite possible in 2004 there may be additional costs in ramping up to dominate the market. This would cause the burn rate to increase, but with very desirable results. Not to worry, IMHO.

What I said on the conf call is that we could achieve 1+ million per month by
the end of the year. That is equal to our current burn.
I have not changed my position on that. What I said is that break-even is driven
by many events and that success could drive it later. 2005 2006.
You could imagine a scenario where this emerging market would generate 4-5
million in revenue/month but that investing in dominating the market cost 6-7
still a loss but one that makes sense to ensure leadership and drive revenue
growth to grow significantly for next quarter.
It is impossible to game theory all of these scenarios I was stating the
obvious.

Snackman:
I agree with you on that. Just like the last one was done at a lower price and was very small, this one was only "as needed". Based on his response to my previous email, I believe he hopes we will not need another but if we do, it will be at higher prices again. I am not thrilled with what has happened, but trying to see the light in the midst of the darkness for a change. It surely seems to make buying under the PP price a very safe move.
If you ask me:
The funding was light to cause as little dilution for us as was possible, while still getting enough to get us through to some positive revenue growth. If so, that is all very, very, good.
I sent another email to SKS:
asking him directly to clear up the conflict between these 2 dates.
An email from SKS:
That might help calm a few here. It was in response to one I sent asking about revenues. Still unclear, but sounds confident, and explains a little of the action in the stock due to the PP.

dennis,
you know I can't comment on future news.
The Financing has certainly created interesting market dynamics but overall is a
good deal for the company. There is no debt, there are no conversion features as
in a preffered, there is no interest. the deal is a very straight transaction
and please review the public disclosures on the deal. The investors bought 1.90
stock with Warrants.
We are working hard to drive the company to self support and I think we are
starting to have the base of customers and partners who can help make it happen.

Matt:
Why am I suspended? If it continues I will cancel my subscription to IHUB.
Matt: I have a response from SKS that the board may wish to see concerning the funding.
Sorry for the duplicate:
What a crazy market!
$2.00:
Unbelievable!!
Look at 1 year chart:
Market much higher, WAVX gone NOWHERE!!!
What a joke:
This damn stock is!!!!!!!!!
WAVX is generating revenue:
As we speak. INTC is shipping motherboards with our tech. bundled within. Next CC we should report these earnings.which will be a major gain over any other quarter in the history of the company. That ought to be something to look forward to for us all. There will be no major selloff after, but the posssibility of a melt up. Now that would be worth waiting for.
Sorry, meant "soon", not "son".
Lucky:
As he stated he still sees breakeven as possible son based on projections.
Lucky:
Maybe now some around here will get off my case. At least I try to get answers. I triedd to ask the question on the CC, but got through too late.
SKS response to me email:
With his permission of course. You will know it is from him due to the spelling while in a hurry. Every time I get a response it looks similar. Buy before I do. Steven Sprague@WAVE_DOMAIN

I tried to communicate the fondation for our revenue base. We are paid on every
motherboard that ships and every national enable machine. As I stated we have
volumes in the tens of thousands per month today and we have clear indications
that taker that to hundreds of thousands by mid year 2004 and potentially to
millions by the end of next year. This could potentially drive use to cashflow
breakeven on the current burn rate. The open question as I also stated on the
call is the potentiall of the services revenue. We see this as a 30 - 50 dollar
per seat business per active user the question is the number of active users who
take the service. Our initial indications have been very Good but it is to early
to forcast with any accuracy. The total available market is 900+ million
connected PC which refresh every 8 - 10 years (according to the intel CEO at
IDF) So even a small participation will build a substantial business. It is not
a good idea for Wave communicate our customers exact shipment numbers they have
told us this data is confidential. It is very important that we honor these
major companies wishes as we would not be here without them. We have and
continue to build great relationships with them and a Quiter more conservative
approach will allow us to build more market share without significant
competition.
Thank you for your support
steven
I emailed SKS and asked him:
To comment on revenue projections if he could. I have asked his permission to post the response. If given, I will post it immediately.
Big Bertha:
I take no credit for being market savy on the run up. In fact I, like many others sold way too early after the long slog under $1.00. My big mistake was to then add many shares based on the news and then proceed to get burned AGAIN as I watched management sell their shares and take us right back where we were; waiting! I believe if the truth were known my scenario matches many others here. How many added yaesterday, only to get burned again by the lack of revenue projections given by SKS. I admit, I did and am quite pissed, both at management and at me!!
Nice job SKS:
Your presentation was really "cool". Thanks for nothing!
Down 25 cents in AH:
Just great!! Should have known!!
