It's been about 6 months since I checked in here. Yuk, this stock seems to be in a free fall. Can anyone give a quick note on how, when and why we may see another boost like those we see about every year or so with this stock? Or is it finally time to cut losses on this one? Thanks

I for one am looking forward to it. Other than such an event, at some point, can't we get SOMETHING besides a picture of a boat or a pile of some red dirt, er, ore? ;)

Additional up listing down the road?? Richard Gere?? No problem Micro?? I've watched this stock drop consistently for 3 months now, due to poor reporting, losing nearly 4 times its value, relying on pictures and promises instead of simple fundamentals. And the CEO fails to take even basic steps to inject it with value. New money is thus staying away. The year is nearly half over. Just how "long" do you think committed investors can hold on under this scenario? Before you answer, please review some of your posts of a couple months ago. Really, the talk of "even higher up listing" is over the top.... this stock can't even remove a CE. Just stop. Folks are losing lots of hard earned money here.

Not sure I agree Rocket. How do manipulators drive away new money? One way: push PPS up eod so that first buy in the morning falls short of previous eod sale...thus we're again in the red for the bulk of day tomorrow. Its total b.s. Sure, we are green tonight, but the mm goal is to make us red during active trading tomorrow. ugh!

Let's be specific about what uplisting we're talking about. If we're talking about an OTC Pink Current Information status, I think that is quite possible in the next few weeks. If we're talking about an uplisting to OTCBB, or even OTCQB, I think we're looking at another quarter or two. At this point, the "Current Information" status would do quite well for the PPS, which seems to be held back solely by the CE and financials. This thing will take off once we get current. FRANKLY, it's going to take off even sooner...once the rumors regarding same hit the boards...and that may be earlier than some think, imo.

I am definitely holding out, and in fact picked up a bunch of 75's today. But, the pictures and web updates are really not doing much for shareholders anymore, as per the PPS. IMO, Cotton is looking to pick up cheapies, and when he's GOOD and READY, he'll release the news. Best be loaded up good when that happens...and if you can pick up more at these great prices, more power to you.

Okay, fair enough. So based upon the release of the last PR on 4/5 or so, we should be due for one in the next couple weeks. Just getting curious to know what's going on.

No offense taken! And your optimism is much appreciated, as always. Clearly, as charts go, this miner has enough adequate, sutained volume and verifiable production to post some good numbers before EOY. I don't think the issue is as much a problem with longs getting caught up in special interest propaganda as it is with the combined effects of a dropping PPS and a few unkept promises (zero report on the CE, still no docs, and an April 5th PR is not the End of the Month! :). Yes, we love the pictures, and yes we've soundly defeated the basher battle cries ("no-trucks, no-ships, no-ore, no-owners" etc etc etc). But come on, Bob, give a brother a break. We're loyal fans and we don't like seeing red every day. Can I get a witness? Even you and Rocket have to admit, Micro, a little green would go a long way at this point. ;) Green...it's the color of hope...the color of life...that flashing light on the other side of the bay in Gatsby. Disagree, Micro, the April 5th was the "end of month" for March. There is no question that Cotton promised a PR at "end of each month"...plz don't have me go dig that up. I'm not suggesting that there is any less attention here to PPS than customary by other pink CEO's...merely that this one has an opportunity to do something about it, and is choosing not to. Some of us are getting a little frustrated by it.

Why is there no end of month PR as promised? Some of those who've communicated with Cotton mention that he states (1) he intends to buy back shares, (2) he's not going to give notice or publish when he'll do so; (3) his primary focus is NOT the PPS, but the mining operations. Based upon all those sentiments, it seems a "monthly PR" only undermines his expressed, personal interest.
The question Shareholders thus have to answer is: will the CEO's present, selfish interest ultimately drive this stock down? The question has to be answered in the negative. Cotton only loses in the long run if the stock fails. But, if you want to earn some dough on this play, you better be long. Put it aside for a month or two, or a couple quarters, and CWRN will reward, imo.

Sell me more under .001, please!!

Glad to hear that GetMore. I was pleased to pick up a good amount at .0088 during that dip, and I agree with John that we won't be seeing those numbers for a while. Kubi made a good point the other day, the financials and the CE will take us siginificantly higher. But I suspect the news due today or Monday will give us a nice little bump as well.

Welcome back. Bashers scaring off new money, alluding to financials and ownership issues...same old cr%$&. Nice buying ops under .01 this week, most of us with nice averaging downward for a couple weeks. News due at end of month, as per custom. IMO we'll see some a nice rise at that time.

All stock biz aside, that's an awesome picture, Energy. At least 35 feet at the face, nice.

Bounce or no, I'm accumulating all I can under .01. These prices are a steal in my book.

You're right. Time moves slowly when the stock sits at (or near) the bottom. Seems like it's been at 3's and 4's for a while, but I suppose it's only been a week. Are you in this or just watching?

The PPS has held consistently for two weeks b/w 3 and 4, and the news today shows continued value for this company, so I'm picking up more. Volume okay and looks to improve.

Got it. We've seen it before though, and most of us are long, so I didn't give it much thought.

Not yet...all I see are statements about how much Mr. Hoffer is getting hammered on the stand. The question is: what TESTIMONY establishes an intention to cause a reversion of the company? Surely this is the question facing the judge, and the one that will ultimately dictate the result. We need the ground team to tell us the answer. The delay on the response concerns me.

Thanks, but I saw this. The comment, "the defendant is GETTING TREATED LIKE A " WET FOODSTAMP " on the STAND... ERIKS lawyer keeps getting shut down everytime he talks..." is an understandable lay conclusion, and somewhat helpful. However, it is important too that this poster mentioned that the judge only wants the FACTS, and the FACTS that we need to have are: What did the defendant say or do that demonstrates an express intention to cause a "reversion of the company to the seller." We need the FACTS, as specifically requested by the judge.

Glad to help. If the news doesn't fly out immediately, it is important for investors not to get discouraged. We don't want this thing to fly up and then down and lose all this great momentum. There are a couple other possibilities here as well. In bench trials (i.e., non-jury, like we have here) the judge may ask the parties if they wish to entertain further settlement discussions before a ruling is issued. The courts like altnerative dispute resolution (ADR) for obvious reasons...cuts down on paperwork, reduces the likelihood of appeal, supports the "can't we all just get along" idea. That may still happen here if no ruling has been issued. Also, if the judge was not prepared for multiple days of testimony, and the hearing did not end today, the case can be ordered continued to another day, either later this week, or next. Either way, hang in there everyone...gonna be a wild ride.

Good work, and you're right, Pacer is the way to go. I already accessed the docket a few days back. But you'll likely hear from the company long before you'll get the document off Pacer. If the judge is going to make a ruling from the bench, the company's attorneys will know this at the end of the hearing. The judge will also direct one of the attorneys to prepare a proposed Judgment. The preparation of that doc will take a day or two, and then the Judge may await objections from the opponent before signing off on it. That's IF the judge makes a ruling from the bench at the conclusion of testimony. The other possibility (God forbid) is that the Judge takes the matter "under submission," which is often the way things are done. When "submission" is over, the judge will usualy issue a "minute order" reflecting the general ruling...which is then subject to a final draft in the form of a judgment. Judges often like to use their wording very carefully in minute orders and the like, for obvious reasons (to withstand appeal). If this is the case, you could be waiting for the FINAL word for a few days...or more. Hopefully the judge will at least give some indication how he/she is going to rule at the conclusion of the testimony. This is why I inquired earlier about the exact testimony provided at the hearing. In the absence of a PR from the company, this is presently the only real gage we've got to assess the possible outcome.

Question: Can anyone at the hearing today please describe any and all tesimony offered on the following issue, which according to ADSV press, is an "ultimate" issue in the case:
"pervasive efforts of the defendants to damage the company for the express purpose of causing a reversion of the company to its seller." Proving "express purpose" in a civil case, without an admission by the defendant, is quite difficult. ASII has the burden of proof on this issue, so it would be important to know what evidence we've got on it. ASII is asking the Court to waive the requirment that ASII pay monies to which Hoffer is contractually entitled, which, if granted, would be a slam dunk. Let's hear from those who were at the hearing as to what testimony supports the company's position on this issue.

Any movement up is a good movement, in my book. And if you're questioning the strategies of pink investors, you might ask yourself whether you're trading on the right board, er, counter. Either way, GLTU!

Actually, it depends upon who is paying who. Please recall an earlier post that I provided on this Board, wherein I advised everyone that there was a cros-action filed and a demand for monies owing for failure to pay on a promissory note. If the settlement requires ADSV to pay OUT, this is a rather large sum of money to pay. If the settlement requires the defendant to pay ADSV, this would be quite beneificial to the company. The terms of the settlement are therefore critical in assessing whether this is 'great' news, imo.

That's good chart strategy. I have to believe that incremental news along the way will certainly give you the boost you mention there.
For my part, I'm going to see what I can do to drop some suggestions in with Mr. Wang.
