China Nuvo Solar Introduces Operating Leadership Structure for Lithium Ion Battery Acquisition Freya Energy
Company Names Management Team for New Lithium Cell Technologies Division
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Apr 05, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- China Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: CNUV) today announced an expanded organization structure and leadership team to support the planned acquisition of Freya Energy Inc. The Company will continue to trade under the stock symbol "CNUV" with Freya Energy becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the alternative energy parent subject to final definitive agreements and customary closing conditions.
"We are extremely motivated and determined to complete this acquisition of Freya Energy at the earliest possible date, and have already received strong indications of interest on both the banking and partnership side for Freya Energy's patented lithium battery technology. We believe through the combined efforts of the management teams of both China Nuvo Solar and Freya Energy and the proprietary lithium technology, we will soon be a recognizable force and meaningful competitor within the renewable energy sector," stated Henry Fong, CEO of China Nuvo Solar.
The Team
Richard Fox, the CEO of Freya Energy, is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in the creation of new companies in the energy, defense, and aerospace sectors. Richard spun-out an operation from Westinghouse, and led a team to develop one of the first machine vision systems. He sold that operation to Gould Modicon. Richard repeated that cycle as the President of the Central Florida Innovation Corporation, where he guided the launch of several companies in the image processing and telecommunications industries. More recently, Richard organized the formation of a semiconductor materials processing company, and the spin-out of Freya Energy.
Richard has been active in the funding process for early stage companies. He served on the Florida Seed Capital Board, and is a member of the board of the National Association of Seed and Venture Funds. Richard earned his B.S. degree in physics from M.I.T. and holds 14 patents on energy management and industrial processes.
Dr. Andrew James Manning, Freya's COO/CTO, is a hands-on engineer with an extensive background in development, scale-up, manufacturing and business. Dr. Manning was formerly CMO of Planar Energy. He also served as the Director of Engineering of Electro Energy, where he succeeded in achieving production and sales of quality product from the only fully automated high volume plant in the U.S. (located in Gainesville, FL). Prior to that, he was President, COO, and CTO of Lithium Technology, and Managing Director of GAIA where he led the business from a $500K R&D shop to a $4.5M early stage manufacturing operation. Jim is known for developing ruggedized cells that qualified for the Atlas V launch vehicle and for the development of pressure tolerant cells that powered the Phoenix X-Bot that took the photos of the Titanic. Dr. Manning earned his PhD and undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Tim Coyne, CFO of Freya Energy is a senior financial executive with expertise in finance and operations at both public and private companies. His experience spans energy storage and the financial operations of major corporations such as the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York, Inc. Tim has had instrumental roles in several successful corporate spin-offs, including Keene Corporation from Bairnco Corporation, TransPro, Inc. from Allen Telecom, and Imagistics International Inc. from Piney Bowes.
Mr. Coyne has extensive experience with emerging battery technologies and energy storage. He has served as the Finance Director for The City University of New York Energy Institute, an interdisciplinary university research center; and as the Chief Financial Officer for Electro Energy Inc., a NASDAQ listed company providing advanced energy storage systems for military, transportation and other commercial applications.
The team has pulled together a group of known sales and manufacturing professionals with experience in large format lithium ion batteries from companies that include SAFT, Duracell, Exide, Ultralife, Eagle Picher, Kokam, Lithium Technology and others.

unconventional oil and gas monitor issue 47 14 march 2011 week 10
http://www.doxaenergy.com/_resources/unconventional_ogm_week_10.pdf
Just three months into a new year with what is coming to be a time of unprecedented growth for both the
conventional and unconventional sectors,
Canadian explorer Doxa Energy already
is marking progress with several of its
operations and has also inked acquisition
deals to participate in two projects in the
Texas Gulf Coast.
The Vancouver-based company said
that its first new project was its 12.5%
participating interest in the Sartain Assets
Oil Prospect in Frio County. The first
well at the location, which is estimated to
encompass about 1,000 acres (4 square
km), is a re-entry of an existing well. It is
targeting the Pearsall Austin Chalk
formation at a vertical depth of around
6,000 feet (1,830 metres), having commenced drilling.
Its plans include a
horizontal lateral through the fracture’s
Austin Chalk to roughly 4,200 feet
(1,300 metres). Officials have noted that
many other prolific oil wells exist in the
area of the Sartain Assets Prospect,
operated by Texas-based AWP Operating
Company.
The company has also acquired a 15%
working interested in Wharton County’s
Emshoff Prospect. Doxa’s operating
partner Dynamic Production has begun
drilling a test well at the 640-acre (2.6-
square km) unit. The Emshoff Unit No.
1ST will target the middle Wilcox gas
sands which are productive on a
neighbouring trend; the well itself is a reentry
and sidetrack of an existing well.
Doxa has also made progress on four of its other active projects in the region,
Sarco Creek, Peeler Ranch No. 1-H,
Martin-State Gas Unit No. 1 and Davis-
McCrary No. 1. The first of these, last
updated in late 2010, is now in a seismic
data acquisition phase following some
weather delays in December 2010. That
step is now 80% complete, and field
operations are anticipated to be complete
within days pending weather conditions.
“Processing of the field data has
commenced and is expected to be
complete by the end of March,” officials
said. The representatives added:
“Evaluation of the processed data will
follow in an effort to identify and qualify
drilling prospects,” and the input will
first be reviewed for development
opportunities in the Miocene and Frio
formations above 5,000 feet (1,500
metres).
The Peeler Ranch project in Atascosa
County, the initial well in the Peeler
Ranch Prospect, is now undergoing
multi-stage fracking operations.
Additionally, drilling operations have
been completed at the Martin-State Gas
Unit No. 1 in McMullen County, and
casing has been run and cemented there
based on log evaluation results.
Completion operations are expected in
the near future.
Finally, Doxa said that it had
suspended completion operations at the
Davis-McCrary No. 1 well, a test in the
Edwards formation in Atascosa County,
owing to an unforeseen high rate of water production linked to its expected oil
yield.
What does everyone make of the 10-Q?

whether you mean me or not, ill admit to being a noob.
im not ashamed, im pretty young lol. so plz hook me up with info when i need it :)
aj
o you mean new to the board i think...im new here too, hello everyone. But as i said before new to trading as well (not an idiot i undrstand the basics) so any help is appreciated :)
whats with the 1.5million sell at .0024 at 1:08 pst?
I saw that too...what in the hell does that mean
edit: it was 5,000 shares at .0022 at 12:32:49
looks like the l2 is good for a little climb imo, i want to see 38 by close at least. We still have some volume to watch
Right on, im loving this company. I really hope it is the real deal holyfield :)
Im increasing my minimal position monday, I would have liked to get in earlier, but i could see this still being a multi bagger from this point. The next release will help me decide my core position!!
I agree, I am pretty young and have fairly limited experience with penny stocks, but it just so happens I have invested in a few mines in the early phases.
Surveying
drilling
proccesing
smelting
transporting all of it
They have to either build these facilities or contract with someone to use theirs at a premium (im just saying it takes time not that they aren't going to be able to)
look at sf**mi, I bought in at .03, about 5 months later sold at .14, and now almost 2 years later they are trading at .15. they arent in production yet, although theyre is a lot more red tape mining in america, it still gave me some insight into all the little things that can make a company lag on progress.
also it makes me nervous their is no evaluation of the minerals in the land. there is literally a laser gun (like a distance laser or thermometer laser, you basically just point at the rock and it gives you an evaluation of the mineral levels.
Please correct me if im making foolish statements that have already been dispelled.
also this is my second post on this site, love it. you guys are great.
Im thinking about it, 792 acres is cool if there is some value to it. But anyone of us could buy 792 acres in south america with the money we have in this stock lol. I guess what i'm saying is that a detailed evaluation of their mining project would be greatly appreciated and would, if good news, do a lot for my confidence.
I just want to say thanks to everyone for all the information provided. This is my first post in this forum, and boy am I glad I found it. This is great, CNUV looks excellent!!, and I look forward to learning and sharing with the community.
This particular stock has me very excited, i just wish i could buy more of it :)
