Somebody got sick of this company's lack of explanation of the late 10q and the mystery freeze. Wish I would have got those shares at .02! Even though I am sick of their seeming incompetence, that is extremely low and a great gamble.
Its hard to calculate even a rough estimate on a book value, though, when we don't have all the numbers. I don't disagree, however, that this could test a penny if they do all of what they said.
I never heard...what was/is the reason for the freeze?
Ok AUCI, strike while the iron is hot!!!
Tax write off... a very small one!
I love this stock... $1+ of activity today!
Welcome to Scamsville... population IMWL.
Trying to be optimistic here LPM, but the fact that they let this happen again is inexcusable. They had 45 days to get their ducks in a row and failed miserably at a time when they couldn't afford to fail again... and right after they outline this big plan to draw new investors and increase shareholder value. I am holding here, but only because it makes no sense for me to sell at a fraction of what I bought in at.
E
This is so, so disappointing. How could they let this happen? These guys just keep shooting themselves in the foot at every turn... and the excuses are running out. Time to look yourselves in the face Vince and Ali... you guys let a lot of people down, yet again.
I second that... UBRG doesn't seem to be on the list I saw. Anybody that has seen otherwise, can you post your source please?
OUCH...another late one.
Agreed. They MUST come out with the quarterly on time to maintain any credibility at all.
I hope you are right tocororo. Monday better be the day. I was really hopeful that their definition of "early" was weeks early, but I will take one day early at this point. Not sure what they are doing, but if I see another late filing I am going to join the Joro fan club!
Any clue why he's in jail and for how long?
Probably true...at this point I will just hold my few hundred thousand shares and hope for something to happen. My shares are basically worthless at this point. At least I only invested a few hundred. Very dumb on my part to throw any money at all at this joke.
About all we can hope for here is this becoming a shell for a legit company.
Hi bwrbad,
See post #13062.
E
No news isn't always good news! In this case any news was good news! Once again there is some kind of hope. I was hoping the PPS would go down... I would have scooped up a few more shares.
I wonder what this new direction entails... and how long we will have to wait to hear it!
Good job stock-hunter! Way to keep on him!
We better see the 10Q well before November 15, or it will be late again. That definitely won't help the PPS! But I agree Tocororo...it may be good that things have been quiet for a while. Something may be cooking.
Thanks for sending that verjamb... as you probably expected, there was no response via email from MG or Sean T at EnabledWare.
E
Yeah... this one is dead in the water. I guess it was worth spending $40 on this one for someone. There is always one more P&D right around the corner.
I did talk to Peter over e-mail yesterday. He responded within a couple of hours both times, which was impressive to me.
I asked about timeframe for seeing some of the filings come in. He gave the standard "very soon". If I have learned anything from the pinks/OTC this could mean 3 days or 3 months! I followed up asking if we could see them before years' end. He responded with the following:
LETTER TO MG
(FloridaFH please post to FB. verjamb, please feel free to mail)
I am writing on behalf of the shareholders listed below, representing nearly 20 million shares of Reeltime Rentals, Inc. Many of these individuals have been investors with the company for years, if not from the very beginning. Many have held on through some pretty tough times. ALL of us have lost a significant chunk of our original investment.
In August of 2010 the announcement was made that Reeltime intended on entering an agreement to purchase EnableWare. For the first time in a long time, investors had hope that something great could still happen with Reeltime. That is when the silence began. Unfortunately, over the course of the last 14 months, we have had nothing but our own speculation (as I'm sure you are aware) to hang our hats on. We have been waiting, not always patiently...but we have stuck with this company, hoping that a miracle could happen. At times it seemed close... i.e. the Facebook comments about "setting the tables", or the e-mail saying that a PR would be issued "presently". It was always vague little bits and pieces or info and each time we would all get our hopes up that we would soon hear something "official". But alas, just more silence followed.
To say we are tired of this waiting game is a major understatement. Many here are just plain fed up or becoming resigned to the fact that its over for Reeltime. We all have our own opinions, but few of them are positive at this point. We have waited and waited and watched as the PPS continually took a nose dive to where it is now... almost nothing...losing our patience and our shirts. The waiting would be more tolerable if we just knew something. I mean really, isn't some kind of update long overdue? Something other than the generic response that you sent to myself and several other investors about still trying to make Reeltime viable? Something other than your Facebook comments. The ones that disputed the posts of a certain ex-employee of Reeltime. You were quick to discredit his word, but offered no concrete reason that we should not believe what he said about bankruptcy. Granted, his two cents didn't seem to hold much water with the long-timers here, but you can't just say "He's a liar" without telling us why.
As Chairman, you know better than anyone that not keeping your investors informed is bad practice. It may not be unlawful, but it sure is irresponsible...and it is just plain disrespectful to the Reeltime shareholders. So Michael, we feel the time is NOW. By now, we mean NOW... not next week, not next month, and sure as heck not "presently"! Your investors want some answers! Is a relationship with EnabledWare still a possibility? If so, can you define what this relationship might entail? If not, are you working on something else? What happened that seemed to suddenly made this deal with EnabledWare fall off the face of the Earth? Is the company indeed filing bankruptcy? Will there be a shareholder meeting at the end of the year? Can you give us any details at all on OUR company? I understand that you may be dealing with confidentiality agreements and other legitimate reasons for not giving out sensitive information, but please tell us something, ANYTHING!!! If you feel there is a legitimate reason for this silence, at least tell us when you will be able to give us information. And please do so without using the typical vague language to which we've grown so accustomed.

I agree... in fact, see this update I just got from Dr Newman:
(first my e-mail, then his response below that)
Hello Dr. Newman,
Can you please give the shareholders an update on the progress of the R/M? Are we looking at end of year for everything to be done? Are you not PR'ing anything regarding this until the uplisting is completed? Is everything still on target? Understandably, investors are worried with how long this process is taking...and it shows in the PPS.
Thank you,
Eric

Good Morning Eric;
I just returned from BC. I expect to be sending out a very positive press release within the next two weeks. We are currently working to have the Caveat removed from Pink Sheets and will be moving up one level at that time as well as posting financials. The acquisition of Amero International will be completed at that time and a professional firm will be hired to continue investor relations.
All the best. Share this if you wish.
WGN
I'd be fine with that verjamb. I will post the letter tonight.
Thanks!
Eric
I'd be fine with that verjamb. I will post the letter tonight.
Thanks!
Eric
That would be great... I will do that tonight. Thanks Florida!
He will not accept my FB friend request...at least not yet. I will send the email tonight.
E
I think you are probably right INTRUCULLO. I am guilty of a bit of this myself. I am genuinely excited about STKO, though. I just hope this doesn't turn into months and months of a waiting game. If so, all of the talk will really seem to be pumping.
E
I agree My4ntoy. AUCI will come through. I am getting sick of the waiting game too, but Doc Newman gave the timeline and they are still within the parameters of that. This has been a lesson in patience, for someone (me) without a lot of it!
E
verjamb,
Can you send me the link to MG's FB page?
Thanks,
E
Could someone please provide me with a link to MG's FB page?
Thanks,
E
3.5 mil... What did you buy in at?
Ok, got you down.
It was never actually stated, but I got the sense from talking to Dr Newman that dealing with the BCSC (British Columbia Securities Commission) was particularly painful. Might it be the fact that it is an American company merging with a Canadian company? Not quite sure of the legalities there.
Lou, what number did you call? It is my understanding that Dr. Newman was handling the IR prior to the merger.
Thanks,
E
Well, at least it will make me, and hopefully others, feel better that we tried it!
I probably won't mention that in my letter to him... I don't think that would encourage a response! I bet you are not the only one that feels that way however.
Thanks stevo. I appreciate the update.
