Hello Dr. Newman,

Can you please give the shareholders an update on the progress of the R/M? Are we looking at end of year for everything to be done? Are you not PR'ing anything regarding this until the uplisting is completed? Is everything still on target? Understandably, investors are worried with how long this process is taking...and it shows in the PPS.

Good Morning Eric;

I just returned from BC. I expect to be sending out a very positive press release within the next two weeks. We are currently working to have the Caveat removed from Pink Sheets and will be moving up one level at that time as well as posting financials. The acquisition of Amero International will be completed at that time and a professional firm will be hired to continue investor relations.
