I did talk to Peter over e-mail yesterday. He responded within a couple of hours both times, which was impressive to me.

I asked about timeframe for seeing some of the filings come in. He gave the standard "very soon". If I have learned anything from the pinks/OTC this could mean 3 days or 3 months! I followed up asking if we could see them before years' end. He responded with the following:

We will continue to do all of the required filings per SEC requirements to be entirely compliant as a fully reporting entity – many of which have to be filed prior to year-end.
