That's the one! He's back to being a bull on this stock. Looking to get back in at 2.50. Lolol
Just so everyone knows. Cubanwinner totally spazed out on Stock Twits because he has no idea how to do DD or even simply read a PR. His brokerage account finally updated to the current SS of 24.5 million shares. He assumed they were diluting and sold everything at a 7k loss. Then he started bragging that his losses were worth more than people have in their accounts. He has absolutely no idea wtf is going on at all.
I love the hopeless optimism here. With this share structure there is no chance this stock goes anywhere. This was a fun little flip from 0002 to 0005. That's about all. Lots of people sinking money into something that'll be no bid by the end of summer.
Not for nothing but they took gold in a catagory that had only 2 entries. Gold being second to Platinum.
Top of page 12 Carbonated Mixers. Also, has CCA on page 16

Last year they took gold, which is 3rd. It was the only hangover defense entry lumped into energy drink catagory.
Lower right catagory on page 19

Or the fact his all-time performance is -75%?

Just curious. Is this the same Alan Brochstein of 420 Investors that YTD portfolio is -28%?
Hey been quietly watching this... Did they revamp the website since yesterday?
I like to dip my foot into the pool before jumping right in too
Not to rub it in, but what did you say about it wont test .0013?
Come on man. It's a pink. Buy it and flip it. You'll get burned any other way
Probably the company. Ever apply for a patent? It can get quite expensive.
Been watching this for a few days. It just doesn't have the volume to move upwards. I agree it's going to test the .0013-.0015 range before any kind of upward movement happens. I've been wrong before, but I'll wait to grab my position.
I have to look at this in a skeptical manner. Back in late April they made all these announcements, threw some pocket change into buying shares, and paid stock promoters over 200k for services.
I like the company, its products, and the popularity its gaining. It just will not survive as a public company if they keep dropping the ball. The 8k says nothing about delaying the 1st quarter report, it also contains incorrect dates, and I would believe that has to be amended. I cut my losses at this point. I'll look for reentry around .015-.0165
Okay, great. I've seen previously PR's released on weekends so was unsure about Q filings. I'll expect Monday morning release then.
Form 12b-25 states calendar days, not business. If it's not filed Monday morning would that cause them to lose QB status? We made some nice gains end of week here and would not want to try and test support over something like the 10Q missing its late filing deadline.
The registrant represents in the Form 12b-25 that:
The reason(s) causing the inability to file timely could not be eliminated by the registrant without unreasonable effort or expense; and
The subject annual report, semi-annual report or transition report on Form 10-K, 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K, N-SAR, or N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date; or the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q or 10-QSB or distribution report on Form 10-D, or portion thereof, will be filed no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date; and
They publish over the weekend. Deadline on extension to file is on Sunday.
I would say we have support building at .0165 range (200MA). I'm happy if we close above that.
I don't think this price is going to hold. UBSS keeps walking it down.. Would be nice tho, chart would form a nice bullish morning star pattern.
Not 100% certain on this but on Bloomberg when they have an expected date for a quarterly result they will use the previous years filing date as the expected date.
I believe this is an error. It also mentions August 16th, 2012. If you look back on their financials from last year they filed quarterly reports on the 23rd of May and 16th of August. So they'll have to amend this 8-K as well
2. It states that the 10-Q was submitted to the SEC on May 23....isn't today May 16?
Don't know if this is posted here before. This is list of the trademarks MSLP has. I'm not 100% familiar with all the products. Does anything stand out in the list?

Sucks, lots taking huge losses here. I'm hoping since this is moving with no volume I can get out a little higher. I got a sell order in for .04. Best of luck!
feelwedges.com still has the ball retriever listed on its website only no longer has IGotcha name on it. They also got rid of the Igotcha warm-up tool. Curious if the sale of inventory was products with "IGotcha" branded on it and they'll be able to continue sales of the ball retriever.
8-K Filed
Company had to sell inventory to IGotcha for 75k, vacate, etc. Found more court papers that show IGotcha filed for around 400k in damages. Guess it could have been worse.

A couple links I was able to find about the lawsuits

Kinda funny! I emailed Miller a couple days ago and asked a few things. I told him on the feelwedges.com investors section 'Lee Miller' was spelled incorrectly. Said he could fix that as confirmation he read my email. Guess he read it..
How long has the DTC Chill been in place here?
http://www.musclepharm.com/dtc-chill-information
Hopefully they got the 10-K ready and updating the status back to QB.. Ha wishful thinking at this point.
So I know the 'D' was supposed to be lifted on the 27th. The PL has disappeared. Also, on otcmarkets.com the page for FEEL and FEELD is missing.
This traded over 100 mil shares yesterday. Any thoughts that the company issued all those shares to hold it back from running yesterday?
I believe the 25 sets was the 'Limited Edition Competitor SG White Irons'. The PVD Irons was part of the new product line that was released during the PGA show.
At this point I'm just going to let my shares sit and see what happens... I'm a bit curious on a few things with this stock. Feel Golf has a job listing in California and states "First of its Kind" Bonus program. I've seen several posting in the golf community from the company. They sold out all their 'Tour PVD Irons' Within days of the PGA show (retails at 529.99/each). ProLine Debt was around 350k back in October. They will still have a lot of debt to deal with, but were doing fairly well at reducing that.
This probably will get diluted to hell and back down to .0001 again. I've already considered the money I invested a loss so why not.
When are year end results due out? I'm sure they'll file for extension and do the R/S not long before they release them
Don't know if these were posted. A few pics from the Demo Day at the PGA show this year.
http://forum.mygolfspy.com/topic/4991-2012-pga-show-feel-golf-demo-day-pics/
Heh, Feel also lowered the prices of their limited edition irons from 1000 to 599.
2 and a half. They call the half Bridget
Lol, I didn't even notice that. Good catch. I thought it looked wimpy compared to the others as well.
PGA Show put up 14 pictures of drivers and Feel's 787 is right in there with some major names.

If I remember correctly the email address, investorrelations@feelwedges.com, was directly forwarded to Andrew Barwicki. Since he's no longer the IR for the company they may have some updating to do on their end with that email. Just a thought.
Aren't the SG irons non-conforming? Kinda tough to pay 1,100 bucks for a limited edition club that doesn't even conform USGA Rules. Not that most golfers play at the pro level. What do others think of this?
