Hello All
I have fully recovered from the Wave beating of years ago. Still wondering if this technology will make it mainstream to make our life better? And if it does, how does one invest in it?
Trustco
Is Rivetz the killer app that Wave should have introduced years ago. I think the wool is being pulled over our eyes. I am thinking Wave has been robbed. Would like to hear others opinion.
Barge, so what's the selling price per unit? A nickel?
HTC phone can be waved near a NFC device to make a payment using a built-in debit card into its electronic wallet. Seems like the train is leaving the station.
Someone said Wave only has a day to get its stock over a buck before delisting again. Any truth to that?
Dig and Alea, be careful about giving away Scrambles. Setting aside whether Scrambles is good tech or bad tech, Wave could put it into a review situation with Facebook that would send the shares of Wave soaring, allowing us to escape. One good rally on just talk f a deal or Scrambles buyout could get us freedom. Facebook needs to offer protection to its clients. The question is whether Scrambles can do that?
Scrambles may be distributed to Steven in satisfaction of severance. He then sells it to Facebook or the like for big bucks.
Don't let the company steal the opportunities.
Your gonna have to think way outside the box to figure why he was removed. Public answers are near. We have not heard the last word.
I would bet that Solms is here to "TRANSITION" the company. I expect splitt offs etc... Then a merger. I hope we get some good stock for ours.
Hi Snackman,
The one thing you haven't gotten yet is that Wave has not succeeded under Steven because the NSA clearly could not allow trusted computing. They could not have defended the USA as well as they have if everything data (specifically communications) was locked down.
Remember the posts on 9/11/01 (or the few days after). One poster indicated that a deal that was going to get done that very day in Washington, was permanently postponed. That very important poster stated something to the effect that the deal would be dead for a long time.
In any case, the NSA now has to react to Snowdon. I believe we will see some movement again toward locking down data.
It's the environment of a very large chess match being played out right to the bitter end.

Solms is temporary per the announcement. He is short lived in his jobs because he specializes in reorganizations. Take a look at what happens to the companies that he is involved with. He is only going to be paid 200K. Not real CEO pay. My guess is that a major reorg is coming very soon. Wave as we know it will be changed.
I am guessing that Wave will spin off certain technology, SKS will be hired to run the new-cos. The old company will be subsumed. I believe it all started as a result of NSA actions.
I find it very interesting that Wave created a quick conference this summer and the NSA makes a major announcement at it, no one hears it and now this.
Think outside the box. Let's get this solved.
SKS is leaving for a job with the rodeo. He has enough experience after working this circus for years!
Barge pretty cool, but when exactly will Wave see the money for this stuff?
Barges post doesn't show how much Wave is going to make and that is all anyone wants to know at this time. The day of excitement is over. Show me the money. I own way too many shares but am too smart to fall for this Wave publication.
Barge, unfortunately all this great dd has helped me lose by shirt and other apparel. You guys got it all right, but with the wrong company.
If you still believe, let us know the next month that will be positive for WAVE
Insider Buyer or Notable Buyer of the PP ...
Is it possible that the buyer, once known, may be someone in the above or similar categories? Is it possible that we will see the most important buyer in Wave history? Will they have to report the purchase to the SEC? A signal perhaps?
Stay tuned for the answer.
Disclosure: This is not investment advice and is mere conjecture and speculative conversation.
The company has had a goal to change the way life works via electronics. Steven said that his goal was the world. He wasn't interested in being proprietary. That's superior vision and yes it takes a tremendous amount of risk to invest in that kind of thinking. The idea is stronger than ever and the need is greater than ever. Everyone is focusing on the idea of secure data. Wave is right there, working with VERY POWERFUL folks who will be making decisions that will change how security works. Wave is still the complete package. I don't see anyone else doing what Wave is doing.
When the nod is given, this thing could take off like no other stock in history. And if it doesn't, it still looks like a takeover target for almost any of the major security providers who want a presence in the arena.
I have seen many years of Wave trading. Many, many times, the stock goes down before a run up. Maybe that is what we are facing today?
At the end of the day, Wave needs money to make money. There is a lot more going on than we know. I wouldn't be surprised with a blow out quarter, given all the boots on the ground selling Wave stuff.
I am hanging tight.
Disclaimer: this is not investment advice. It is merely speculation and conjecture for discussion only.

This seems to be a ramp up now to higher revs. They have a lot of boots on the ground and sales are most likely increasing with the additional sales force. I would think this a buying opp?
I hope you guys don't expect profits. Company's that are growing their businesses reinvest the profit to attain higher levels of growth. In this case, larger payroll is being paid to train more sales folks to create a market that did not exist.
You may have heard the line, it takes money to make money.
Mature companies pay dividends. By then the stock will be out of sight, if it makes it.
This is speculation and conjecture only.

What is ATM?
SO with that behind us, are we back to the guy who said 4 bucks???
My opinion...
Wave may have found an error in the company that they bought, which may lead to Wave suing for damages. That would be in Wave's favor.
Also, I am glad to see that Wave found errors before filing incorrectly. This shows that Wave is doing all the right things to be a quality company. It may also be to impress an outsider looking in!!!
This may be a super buying opportunity. Let's find out where it opens.
All of this is speculation and conjecture.

What is ATM?
Hi All.
Been wondering if one of the elders could give me the best guess as to the recent sell off, without too much detail?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Weby
What is causing our latest drop and does Snackman post here anymore.
Thanks in advance.

IMPORTANT FOLLOW THROUGH IS NEEDED TO HELP WAVE
Hi all, yes I am still around.
Tonight, Melissa Lee of CNBC aired a show called Code Wars America's Cyber Threat. The show clearly demonstrated the new and widespread dangers of cyber crime. Melissa did not end the show with any potential solutions. It is time that we write to her to encourage her to do a show with the solutions for the problem. If you guys think Wave is the solution, then make it known. Wave Systems clearly needs everyone's assistance in educating the public.
Good luck.
Snack, some might not buy with info as it is still not legal. Maybe?
Snackman, been a long wait, but here we are finally.
Soon the password game will be over. That should do it, victory near.
Maybe some leak on an insider buy???
Personally, I need to see actual proof of an insider buy before I buy another share of this thang!
Snackman, crossing into the black is just a fraction of the future. It seems like 1.40 could be broken.
This time, the minimum bid rule violation is not worth worrying about. Wave should be able to close 10 days over a buck well before the 180 day period expires. I would think with b/e at hand, we may never see the stock less than a buck.
Market makers gathering stock for run up?
I thought Wave was suppose to do this?
When is the shareholders' meeting?
Does anyone else smell a double by mid summer?
Hey Weets. It's coming right???
Today's action was not business as usual. We have a new game ...
Count me in for 10 plus years, but I need $200 share. Remember the analyst that said Wave could be worth $1,000 per share?
Is one of Wave's connections possibly best suited to be the czar?
