That's what I've been tryin to figure out
Dollar, I think it's important to point out that Solectrac is not a subsidiary of IDEX. They just invested in Solectrac. thanks for your post.
First heard about SIRC when deal with Solectrac was announced. Been buying since then. Not as much as most of you guys, but enough to hopefully keep paying the alimony.
Any idea what's moving it?
enough to pay for a nice vacation home. here is the note from the schedule 13G filing....
Item 2(d). Title of Class of Securities: Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share.
nice little profit!!!!
interesting statement at the end.... These private placement transactions included sales to certain affiliates and existing shareholders of the Company, including some members of the Company’s board of directors. As of September 30, 2020, the Company had the right to sell under the LPC Purchase Agreement approximately $9.9 million of additional shares of common stock.
....particular note of the, "... sales to certain affiliates and existing shareholders...."
this is a reply I got from the company about a 9 mil share sale to an existing shareholder.
Thank you for your interest in electroCore
I am the external Investor Relations contact for the company.
In response to your email below, Kyle Newcomer is a private citizen who has accumulated shares in electroCore over time in the open market.
He is a long term investor and has no direct relationship with the company other than in his role as a passive shareholder. As such, he exercises no operating control over the company nor is he an “insider”.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with more detailed information on him
research on this Newcomer guy shows a 44 year old man in Syracuse, Indiana with the same address was arrested for domestic battery of a minor last year. No disposition of the case yet. see Inkfreenews.com for details. What gives? Who is this guy?
Exactly! Who and why?
Really? Nothing about this, SC 13G >= 5% Acquisition 10/29/2020? Not even curious?
anyone know anything about what or who this 5% acquisition on 10/29/20 is all about? Who is this Kyle L Newcomer?
fascinating reading from 7 years ago on Signs a stock is targeted for short & distort manipulation
I gotta ask. You've been following this for years, why?
other than all the insider buying!
got into this in May at 1.75. one of my few success stories
You're doing enough talking for the whole board. Enjoy. You'll tire of this soon and will be gone. I can wait.
yeah right....up, up, up just like smoke that will soon be a distant memory. Pass it around dude..don't bogart it.
bbboooyyaahhh news???? net loss of 2.8 mil??? loss of .04 cents a share????? sp down 4% today on this wonderful news??? I'll take a little of what your smoking please. Do yourself a favor and ask for a refund on that mail order DIY pumper kit. I know, I know the loss includes the part of the business they are getting rid of....yada, yada, yada. Down 4% today doesn't explain that.
Based on what? People used to believe the earth was flat. That didn't make it so.
Keep those postings coming Col. They are very welcomed. Thanks for your work.
FINALLY!!!! Starting to see something out of this dog.
You may not like what Ernie has to say but, these two as co-founders and CEO of Sunovia, you have to wonder if there isn't something to what Ernie is saying. And, Evolucia does have a history of installing these lights in lots of places without any compensation at all. That can be good advertisement of your product, but sooner or later you have to start making money or you won't be in businsess long. I haven't seen anything to indicate they are going to make a dime on this pompano thing. I hope you are wrong Ernie but I don't have a sound argument against what you say.
Looks likes they are getting into the surgical centers with this merger. Hope they have better luck with them than they did with the sleep centers.

Based on...........?
Use to be a nice neighborhood
Not much to celebrate with that 10k. Still positive though that this is a long play.
New CEO and a new board member. Maybe that will move this thing.
I wish you all the luck and good fortune in the world my friend.
"in order to further the ability of Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation to enhance its capital raise efforts"
You should never trust anyone who says "Trust Me", but believe me when I say trust me on this one. If and when freightfeeder or SkyTitan go public that is where you want to put your money. Don't put any money into UITA. Have patience, keep your money in your pocket a little longer. It will pay huge later.
UITA is just a shell right now. They sold everything to Freightfeeder, who in turn created SkyTitan to get the financing to build the plane. John Dupont and Randy Mosley, Board of Directors for UITA, just recently resigned, which in effect will close UITA. The shares traded recently are the last gasp of someone making a few pennies before the lights are turned off. There is no one left at UITA except a caretaker director by the name of Edward Eaton. There are exciting things happening with Freightfeeder and SkyTitan. They are not publicly traded but the future looks very good. Check out theier web sites.
That would be great Semper. Keep us informed.
U think it was odd in April, look at it now?
1.2B is a bunch. Understatement of the year!!
This is great news! I've been waiting on this for a year. BUT, why is the SP going down? I don't get it.
Huge volume. What do you guys think?
thanks for your first hand observations 'semper'.
Everyone is holding their breath in anticipation. Hope I don't pass out.
increasing my position every chance I get. Any reason we shouldn't?
It's time to buy low:
BK: Focus Graphite Inc. (FMS:TSX.V) and Energizer Resources Inc. (EGZ:TSX.V; ENZR:OTCBB) both make an exceptional case for the future.
TCMR: Focus is working on the Lac Knife deposit in Québec, one of the world's highest-grade graphite deposits. What are its plans to get to production?
BK: I've visited Lac Knife, and have samples of its graphite here on my desk. Frankly, the Lac Knife specimens are some of the best graphite I have ever seen.
The deposit is in the far north, on the border of Québec and Labrador, right next to a Hydro-Québec power line easement with roads. It is 20 to 30 miles from the ArcelorMittal S.A. (MT:NYSE) iron ore mine at Fermont. You could not ask for better infrastructure, labor and electric power or a more mining-friendly jurisdiction.
