Hey LJ, here is a link to the PR about the assay results announced 6/5/12 :
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52660547
Thanks, Kuni! I'll print that and post it on my front door so she sees it when she gets home!!
(damn, I'm in trouble, aren't I?)
But not with CGFIA!! We are all good here!
Congratulations to you and your wife, Borgon!!
Must be that fresh mountain air that does something to you.
Now we will see which little bundle of joy comes first, your baby or the bundle of cash for his / her college education!!
And happy anniversary, to you young'uns!!
No question about that. I'm sick of zeros and not enough digits!
Debating and extemporaneous speaking club. Yeah, I was a nerd, and in the AV club too. So I was both a Geek and a Nerd! (But I could still play basketball!!)
See, Miss Urban said writing would come in handy some day!!
I never thought she could see 48 years into the future!!
No, the prices we talk about are just wild guessing. Call them educated wishes.
We know some things from the last time the mines were in operation; historical information. But those figures are years old and based on old technology. Even keeping that in mind, just take the Silverwing Mine. It is estimated to have over $300 million in silver deposits in it. Take that $300 million and divide it by the O/S of 23 billion shares. You get 1.3¢ per share. Now, that is just the one mine, and the lesser of the precious metals. The Brooklyn mine has preliminary figures of 1 Troy ounce of gold per ton of raw ore, plus .6 oz of silver. That is a rich ore. At $1500 per oz. of gold, times 650 tons per day (mill capacity is 700, but let's leave some room for errors and less than full capacity days.) that is about $1 million per day when running that ore. But let's be conservative and half that figure.
That is $3.5 million in 7 days X 50 weeks equals $170 million per year. Market multiplier in the gold industry is averaging 10, so that is $1.7 billion value for that one mine alone. That's about 7.4¢ per share.
You can see that a value of 10¢ or bette,r depending on the other assay results, is easily achievable.
And that is based on old and preliminary assay figures.
So yes, we do exaggerate a bit, and we do throw around some outrageous numbers, but some of them can be achievable.
Just remember we are not predicting these are factual numbers. You just happened into a "wishing" session.
There are some of us here who have held this stock for about a decade. So you need to pardon us if we seem a bit crazy. We are so close to seeing our dream come true, and are a bit overwhelmed by the recent developments.
I believe it is very safe to say a figure of 10¢ per share is truly possible. That is a 10,000% increase from yesterday's price.
Even if I'm wrong by 50%, that makes 5¢ easily within reach.
That is just my opinion, and there are others on both sides of the figure. Some will say more, others will say far less. It is up to you to look at the figures that we have found and make up your own mind about our dreams.
Good luck with your investment. I personally believe the future looks bright for CGFI.
I guess we will have to just hope that "money talks". I know that is a language that most wives will understand, specially if it is related to SHOPPING!!!!
Come on CGFI, save my butt and my marriage too!!
No problem Debu! I understand Mr. Anderson's perspective a bit from conversing with him. He believes the DRMS is asking for unnecessary details. He believes that any decent engineer should be able to make a decision based on what has been submitted so far. All this extra information is just weakening a potentially great opportunity for the County and the State. Jobs are waiting for the DRMS to make up their minds.
He has the degrees to back up his opinion, and has worked all his career in the mining industry.
I would be upset if I were him too. A bureaucracy is destroying a major industry in the State.
Don't worry about not seeing my first post. There was a lot of BS flying around then. It could easily have been missed.
No harm, no foul. (Sorry if I seemed harsh in my last post. It was not intended to be.) We're all good Debu!!
We need more info to answer that. Specifically the assay results for the mines. All we have right now are historic and preliminary assay figures. But the preliminary results for the Brooklyn mine showed double the historic figures for gold per ton.
We really need certifiable results to start calculating a share price based on the gold and silver in the mines. And any company looking to offer a buyout would need to see those results too.
Sorry I can't answer your question, but if we get certified assay results similar to the preliminary results for the Brooklyn mine, and the suspected Silver in the Silverwing mine is correct ($300 million) we could be looking at precious metals valued at over .50 to .70 per share or more.
But this is just a wild speculative guess. We really need assay results for ALL the mines.
Certifiable, maybe, but not suicidal, Sem1!!
Yup, and cheerleaders too!! We may start a color squad after that!!
What do they call the guys with cards that make pictures and spell out things at the stadiums??
More Grog please!!
CGFI
I'm grinning so much my wife is starting to think I'm having an affair!!
I told her to "be nice to me, we just may be the first millionaires in the family!!"
She said "Ok, have your affair if she is that rich!! Just bring home the money, not her."
Anyone want to help explain my innocence to my wife??
I'm hoping for a big company with deep pockets as the interested buyer!!
Should we start the chant??
Buy out! Buy out! CGFI buy out!!
As I have posted when he sent the first letter regarding CGFI to the Governor of Colorado, I contacted Mr. Anderson by email and asked him about himself. He categorically stated he has no connection with Mr. Guyer or anyone at Colorado Goldfields Inc. He has never met or spoken with anyone at CGFI.
All the speculation about his connection is unfounded.
Just FYI since I have communicated with him.
Mr. Anderson is a private citizen with the credentials to back up his professional opinion. He is pro-mining, and that is all.
If you go to the DRMS web page and search for his name, I believe you will see that he is no stranger at the DRMS.
Sometimes people just have an opinion to express and do exactly that, as we all have the right to do. That is the way America works.
What does Mr Guyer have to do with Mr Anderson's letter expressing his opinion?
You are making some unfounded assumptions. And you are absolutely wrong in making them.
Gladly, but since we are talking about the count, I want you all to know that in the very near future I will be starting the count over. It has been a long time since we started the count and I believe it is time to see how we weathered the DRMS storm!!
I'm going to try an automated questionnaire system. I'll let you know when it is ready. Hopefully by the end of this week.
I will sticky a message to let you all know how to report your CGFIA holdings.
Thanks, and good luck to all the CGFIA investors!
That is what the grog was for, to give you the courage to do things that you normally wouldn't! Soon everyone is going to want the recipe!
Actually the figure is over double that, debu! 2.4 billion among 180 members. That is a nice percentage of the float.
Let's turn those shares into dollars!!
(figuratively speaking of course! I don't want to start a discussion about the impossibility of CFGI having a market cap of 24 billion!! That would take a little time to reach that figure, if ever!!)
I believe you are right about things being in process. Don't forget that the DRMS asked for some of this information in a "last minute," or at least very late, letter to CGFI. Obviously some if the information was not available "off the shelf" and needed to be assembled and acquired from various sources. Mr. Guyer started the assembly process immediately, but the sources were unable to meet the time frame asked. (IMO)
Even if it had been available before the 20th, the DRMS engineers would be the ones to review it and judge it's adequacy. So the present situation would still be the same.
At least Wally was fair enough to let CGFI have a little extra time for those items and accept the items he did have answers for.
All in all, not a bad outcome so far.
Yes, because that will be the location of the waste material (tailings) after it is processed and the precious metal has been removed. The Clearspan structure and related ground protection is part of the proposed environmental protection system.
Without it there would be no place to safely store the tailings.
The "Approval with Conditions" document states that the POW mill can not accept any ore for processing before the stated "conditions" are met.
Just look at 567tbd's avatar photo. That is an overhead of the site. You can click on his profile and see the picture in a larger scale.
Here is a site that will let you see the mill and the whole Silverton area:

Hope that gives you what you are looking for.
CGFIA
Here is what I found.
MM SIGNALS:
100= I need shares.
200= I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
300= Take the price down so I can load shares
400= Keep trading it sideways.
500= Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal.
The 650 I can't find anywhere.
Hope this helps.
CGFIA
I hope that suitcase he has is filled with cash!
Thanks NV! I appreciate your experience and respect your information.
Quote:
"Almost a million for a structure that isn't bought or built yet?"
Boy are you off in your presentation of that bit of information!
Here is the website for "Clearspan Structures":
http://www.clearspan.com/fabric/structures/ext;FAQ.html
According to the company's website, it can be produced in as little as 3 weeks. But as you pointed out, the plan is to purchase an existing used structure. Production time drops to zero. Cost (your quote) approx. $225,000.
Transportation costs will be minimal since this is a "knock down" modular design. At most 2 semi trucks. Cross country trip would be way less than $15,000, but let's call it $20,000.
Assembly time 3 to 5 days!!
Now even if you have 10 workers and double the company estimate, and they take 10 days to assemble, that would put labor costs at over $750,000 to reach your stated cost of a million dollars!!!
With an 8 hour day, 100 man days (10 men X 10 days X 8 hours) would would be 800 man hours. The average pay would need to be about $940 per hour to come close to your ridiculous claim! (Give me that job! I want $940 per hour!!)
Where ever you came up with this figure from, you should recheck your calculations and sources. Your claims could not be more wrong. Your post is giving erroneous information or is this figure just an opinion?
Just keeping it real-istic!
CGFIA
Killerray52, Actually there is not an 18 day deadline. That is just the time before the CMLRB meeting. It just seems the most expeditious way to handle the requested documentation, by presenting it before the meeting. If it takes 30 days to get the information to the DRMS, that will be acceptable (by the DRMS).
So there really is no deadline, at least not a short term one.
It is my belief that Mr. Guyer already has some of the required information being worked on by the various groups that will be the source of that information.
It was not a surprise about the technical information regarding the clear span structure being lacking. I believe that the manufacturer just didn't have the information ready by the time he submitted the adequacy response (or whatever documentation was to be used to transmit this and other information). This sort of situation occasionally happened with some projects I used to work on. So you submit what you have and continue to work toward achieving the rest.
Evidently it was the right choice. Mr. Erickson got most of what he needed and is willing to wait a short time for the rest. (He sounds more reasonable than he has been made out to be.)
Short story, my belief is that Mr. Guyer will have the required information available for the CMLRB by the August 9-10 date.
JMHO

Just one small correction, Franzken. The C&D disappears with the fulfillment of those final conditions that the POW faces. So, yes the C&D still is in effect right now, but only until the "conditions" stated in the letter from Wally Erickson remain. When Mr. Guyer supplies the technical details requested, then by MLRB approval, the Cease & Desist order is no longer in effect.
Other than that, you are accurate in your assessment.
CGFI is very close to being free to start operations.
Good Luck to all the CGFI investors!
AM-03 conditional approval and some help finding the news on the DRMS web site.
Here are two links to help find information on the DRMS we page.
It is an old post by our own ficosewith great illustrated steps on how to find things on the Laserfiche system.

Also, since many of you have asked, here is a link to Jazzpa's post with the links to the DRMS letter in PDF format recomending "APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS" of the AM-03.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=77731988
Thanks to both these gentlemen for all the help keeping us informed.
I think that would be a great idea, Jazzpa!
I will sticky it (or have one of the other Mods do it) in the morning.
I'm on my iPhone right now and this isn't exactly the easiest tool to use for that type of thing. I may just end up posting my bank account link if I tried it with this tiny screen.
We can replace it when the DRMS posts it on their site.
Thanks again!
Good luck to all the CGFI investors!
FYI, here is a link to an earlier post by "JAZZPA" where you can download the letter from the DRMS. It's 13 pages or long, so it needed to be put up on a PDF download site.
Thanks to "JAZZPA" for the effort in posting this PDF link.

Hi newstd! You missed a busy weekend. Friday after the market closed, the DRMS recommended "approval of AM-03 with conditions". This means they need a little more engineering data on the clear span structure and the calculations for some other details of the dry stack facility.
The majority of AM-03 was judged adequate for the hard rock mining rules. All objections were considered non-applicable, irrelevant or already adequately answered.
That means, except for the few questions that the DRMS has asked for clarification of data on, they are accepting the plan to reopen the POW mill and suggesting the MLRB give its approval at the August 9th board meeting.
No milling can start until these items are satisfied, but this gives CGFI the "OK" to commence preparing the mill for operation.
FANTASTIC NEWS!! In football terms, this puts us on the 1 yard line, first down and our best players are on the field.
A successful punt, pass or run and we win the game, metaphorically speaking.
Mr Guyer has done a great job. He just has a little bit more to go, but the road is pretty clear.
Next week should be a busy week on this board and at CGFI.
Hope you have all the stock you wanted, newstd. If not get it quickly. I believe the .0001's are history.
Good Luck!
CGFIA.
Congratulatiins to Mr Guyer and Company on a job well done so far. He has overcome the odds, and will have the last few conditions resolved shortly. (I'm betting before the MLRB meeting in August.)
JUST SO THE CREW OF THE ARMADA KNOWS, I HAVE A EXTRA SPECIAL BATCH OF GROG BREWING RIGHT NOW. I have been sampling it all weekend. It is intended for when the final condition is met.
Warning: Those of you with weak hearts and or other medical conditions should refrain from consuming more than your usual allotment! Also open flames should be kept clear of the drinking area.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
GOOD LUCK ALL YOU CGFIA'ers. Fair weather is forcast for the future of the voyage!
"I hope you have a merry Christmas, now go back to sleep."
Yes Dad, but please wake me when the news breaks??!!
I think we may have to wait till early next week for the official word, so don't get overly excited yet.
So far Wally has proven he is not one for breaking news or posting information early.
Stay positive, enjoy the weekend. We will know officially in "DRMS time".
GLTA!
CGFIA
Doesn't matter if you are a porter or a passenger, when you are on the train, your heading to the same place as the rest of us!!
I think you can trust your "spidey sense" Mou10mn.
K-P sees the potential to make some good coin here. If the dry stack system is approved, then K-P will be used to help keep the design and operation of it going. The bigger the potential, the more work for K-P and more cash flow for them. Also any other mines wanting to switch over to the dry stack system will go with the leader, and that will be K-P. It is a good deal for them, and a good deal for CGFI.
Something like that would solve many problems, LJ! The perfect timing would be at the merge. JMHO
I was just looking at a few other jr. Gold mining and exploration stocks, mostly the few I have some stock in. They are all up today. Is this a market segment trend? If so, then that with the news on Knight-Piésold's report may explain some of the volume. Buyers looking for a bargain, on potential growth.
I believe we will see another day of high volume tomorrow, with brief excursions into the 2's and them Friday the 2's should steady out. I'm hoping a base will be allowed to be established so we can start to make sustained increases over the next few weeks.
If Wally says "Yes!" then god only knows how fast things will move!
JMHO.
CGFI
I hope for all our sake that it does. Mr. D!!
This has been so long in the making. With all the effort that has gone into it and the quality of the help that has been surfacing lately, (Knight-Piésold, Tom Anderson, PE, etc.) I do expect good things.
And I'm not going to be greedy, I will be happy with enough of an increase to make the rest of my life comfortable. (enough grog and food to keep my family happy in my mortgage free house.)
I was lucky enough to pick up a couple more shares yesterday. Not many, only 2 million more, enough to help pay the taxes on my profits!
FYI, I'm trying to get a new share count underway for the Armada. I have been delayed by a few personal circumstances this last week. I am attempting to get it underway before the run on the PPS starts and we have 6 or 7 hundred posts a day going through this board. (Yes it will happen!)
I will keep you all posted when and how to report the information.(probably post a sticky note)
GOOD LUCK AND GOOD FORTUNE TO ONE AND ALL!
A note of "caution" to the CGFI investors...., This is freaking exciting, so just don't forget to breathe every now and then!!
If you think the grog took your breath away, think what this potentially will do to you!!!
CGFI
There are two other factors that will have a big impact of price. The DTC chill status and the merger with American Sierra.
The merger is scheduled to be determined by August 30. The DTC is still a big "?".
If the chill is eliminated, then more investors will be willing to bring fresh money into the equation. That could be an enormous boost in activity and PPS.
