Well, the fat lady has sung!
Is this the main chat room for Wave now, or is there another location people like Snackman post?
I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so, as did many other non-Kool Aid drinkers, like my friend Bluefang.
CPA
A question for all of you longs...how many of you are using the TPM's in your computers?
They have been there for years now. If you aren't using them, ask yourself why?
I actually do use mine, as well as Wave's $.50 product. I can tell you this, IMHO, this ois never going to take off big time.
CPA
Weby,
Yor're killing me. I don't visit for god only knows how long, and the first post I click on has you predicting a profit in 2013!
It is precious. Isn't this the same stuff you said in 2008 about 2009? In 2005 about 2006? In 2003 about 2004? Do I need to go on?
When are all you longs going to wake up and realize you have been taken?
CPA
Hi everyone,
Don't know what made me come out here and see what was going on, must be the holidays. Therefore, happy holidays to one and all!
CPA
No idea what to do. No news and no reason for the selloff that I could tell. Maybe one big investor got a margin call and needed to raise cash. Anyway I picked up some more at 3.00. Looking good right now.
CPA
What happened today?
I see no reason for the nose dive.
Time to buy more.
Does anyone think Wave will announce a deal with Mazda?
CPA
Here we go again, baby. Buy, hold, repeat pattern.
CPA
NASDAQ Question...Does anyone remember how long it takes to get listed on NASDAQ once your application goes in?
Thanks for any help.
CPA
Buy, hold, buy more quickly. It has bottomed, IMHO and is about to make a run again. Sweet. I bought over 11,000 more shares today. Plan on buying more tomorrow.
CPA
I THINK WE WILL HOLD IN THIS AREA FOR ABOUT A WEEK, THEN GO ON ANOTHER RUN.
CPA
Follow the link I posted on AB's and there is an audio you can listen to.
CPA
I did as well, at $4.27.
Buy, hold repeat!
At some point it will pull back. Problem is, it has never been here before, no one knows how high it will go before the pull back. I think you get minor pullbacks on the way up, but nothing major. I wouldn't be out for long.
CPA
It wont, period.
Market cap is too low for potential of the company. Look what Platnum is saying, they are going way out on a limb to be thinking of selling here. They would be brought up on securities fraud.
Buy, hold, repeat!
CPA
My strategy... buy, hold, repeat pattern.
The market cap is still under 100 million.
With potential sales of over 1 billion in the next few years, it is way under valued.
Remember, its still a pink sheet stock. Most mutual funds can't own it. Yet one very well known and respected fund it touting the stock. Imagine what will happen when they get listed.
CPA
The technicals are so strong right now it isn't funny. Ride it until it turns for a week to the downside. Until then expect a big up day, tread water for a few days to a week, then up again.
CPA
I have a boat load of ecte and won't sell a share until the buyout is announced. I'm guessing at $12.50 per share some time next year.
CPA
John, I do see it succeeding. I'm probably one of the only ones here who has his whole office on self-encrypting hard drives and uses Wave's software.
The question becomes, how fast will the technology morph and how much will Wave have to spend to keep up.
Yes, I do see management sticking their hands in the candy jar, past experience tells me that will happen. Do you disagree?
CPA
Dig, I don't think I was clear, so I apologize. What I meant was "extra" bonuses other than the usual 50% of regular pay.
Something like "SKS has done such a great job, we are giving him another $1,000,000 for past performace", yada, yada...on top of his usual 50% annual bonus.
Does that clarify my question?
CPA
I wonder if Wave will keep any profits from the next few years (assuming they actually have any) in the coffers. Or, will it be like the "founders shares" and "bonuses" of the past and dole it all out to management?
Any thoughts?
CPA
WOW, Wave has had a great run lately. Congrats to all the longs!
CPA
WAVX is the biggest joke stock around. Has been for years.
The only thing WAVX management is good at is getting money out of "Wavoids" to pay threir salaries.
If you put any money in this company, beware!!!!
You have been warned.
I promise I'll be good!!!
CPA
Hey Matt,
Can I be reinstated on the Wave board?
I've done an awefull amount of time.
CPA
I guess I'm unworthy of a reply!
If only I had the power!!!
CPA
Does this apply to the Wave board?
I know they have special rules. I was banned and never broke an IHUB rule.
The moderators there REFUSE to let negative posts stand.
CPA
Seeker,
I tend to agree with you. The fact that I'm up 60% allows me to ride this out and see. If it drops to .12, I'd sell 1/2 and the other 1/2 at .10 just to lock in profits. But, I don't see that happening.
CPA
Cape,
I said I didn't know. Please re-read my post. I was only guessing that was a posibility.
I ONLY HIT REALLY GOOD FRENCH REDS. Chateua Margeaux comes to mind today.
CPA
For those of you who don't understand why this hasn't gone higher, let me try and explain.
But before I try, let me say that I only discovered this stock yesterday and bought the p..s out of it (thank god!), so my explaination may be off the mark.
The company doing the buying is a Russian Company. Russia is not a stable market and although the offer has been approved by the BOD, the buyer may be able to easily back out. Also, the shareholders have not approved the deal yet. The buyer may need financing and is not guaranteed to be able to deliver on the offer.
Also, how long does it take a transaction like this to close in Russia? Maybe its more than a year. I have no idea.
Without doing more research, it seems to me that this stock is worth more than .16 today. Since I'm up over 60%, I can and will afford to hold it until I can figure out what is going on.

Etre 2006 Disclosure causes gasp of astonishment
By Mike Magee in Barcelona: Tuesday 10 October 2006, 16:31
CHRONICLE SOLUTIONS has an application that is set to make many a CEO tremble in her or his boots.
Nick Kingsbury, CEO of the UK based company, said that his firm provides a system that will give a record of all transactions a PC has ever made, and record and store the transactions.
He said: "You can track down that mysterious leaked document which finally got out. The idea is you store this data for an appropriate number of times and you can replay the sessions."
It doesn't just track emails, it records every transaction, including instant messages. Filters can be applied, and entire sessions can be replayed in full by internal security snoops.
He continued: "Our customers are large organisations in highly regulated industriues who are very interested in compliance and also governments and intelligence services."
But that drew an alarmed response from Wave Systems CEO Steve Sprague. He said the SEC initiated an inquiry into Wave. "We learned from that not to send an email to anyone ever again."
The inquiry meant that six of Wave's top customers received a subpoena.
A random comment in an email that no one barely remembered sending could be construed very differently after the passage of some time.
FT hack Alan Cane, who moderated a panel discussion here in Barcelona, said journalists like leaks. But Kingsbury said it just meant the moles could meet us down the pub instead.
Cosmo,
Of course you realize what this means don't you? Think hard before you scroll down and see my answer.
This is just the thing Wave wanted to do to set-up a short squeeze. I can't wait for all the shorts to get caught. I'll laugh all the way to the bank. Wave really knows what they are doing. Its gonna be great! October will be ours! (even though the market usually falls apart in October).
LOL

Look at this post by snackie..
"Let's see now, we went from $1.8499 to $1.82 on 100 shares and just now from $1.82 to $1.77 on 100 shares. What a joke."
What he doesn't yet realize is that Wave is the joke. That is why the stock is in the toilet. He just can't come to grips with reality. He'll blame this on the MM's.
CPA
Around $1.35.
The boards are as dead as Wave's stock.
Nothing to do but wait and see if Wave can deliver some revenue without the expenses rising at an equal rate.
I'm betting they can't.
CPA
greg,
This board, too, IMHO, will be deleted.
The no tollerance policy is in effect on this site. So be it. It is his site, he has the right, whether we like it or not.
Freedom lives! Only in America baby!!!

Here is what snackman sent me....
"Barry, PMs are private messages or private e-mails. If you talk about, or print PMs on the board, it is an invasion of one's privacy, and your post will be deleted.
If I call you a mother f....r I am not asking for a reply from you. If you must reply, you have my e-mail address at snackman@ragingbull.com.
I’ve already asked Matt to ban you from our board. Keep giving me posts that I can send to him to show him what kind a person you really are. You are a vindictive low life human being in my opinion. I could be wrong, but again, it's just my opinion and about 3-4 dozen others also.
There is no need for a reply to this PM. If you must, send it to my e-mail address.
You are still a big jerk.
P.S. You can also refuse PMs from me, that is your right."
-------------------------------------------------
Call me what you like, but I'm not a liar. BTW, the ..... had letters in them. I took them out because is was offensive. I may end up in jail for this, but so be it. You should see the kind of guy your leader is.
CPA
cmf,
I'm the last person snackie will set free.
He tried to get me banned for the longest time, but couldn't because I had reasonable arguements with Matt. The reason I was banned was because one day I said to myself enough is enough and spoke my mind. I couldn't argue my way out of that one.
