OT: McBride Estate....

When you need cash badly to meet expenses, do you care about the share price?... What will you say when the share price is nearing 10 cents?... What about 2.5 cents?...
JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
Frank, you are wrong. I read this board but do not post, until you LIE about my father's estate. This has nothing to do with SeaView and is personal, so I must comment. YOU should brush up on YOUR knowledge because you have LIED in this post and I am here to let everybody know that FACT.

Time to move on...
Again, I would like to thank those of you expressing concern for the family in our time of need.
The memorial service today was as well done as it could be considering the circumstances. It was truly moving and presented itself as a means of closure to the shocking passing of Richard L. McBride.
With this closure, we all have lost a great deal, but at the same time have gained too. We feel a new sense of vigor and desire to see the fulfillment of what Rich wanted done.
Thank you again, and now I will go back to work at SeaView and be a reader and not a poster.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
One simple request:
Please keep your "hate mail" reserved until after the memorial services, thank you.

Thank you everyone!!!!
It is great to see the love and support shown for my father and the family. Rich's passing is very traumatic for a lot of people here, but we are getting through it together.
I do continue to read this board, but do not post normally because of my employment at SeaView.
Once again, I do very truly appreciate your calls and messages.

OT: I hope to catch a game or two in September, not that the Rays are my favorite team, but I like baseball.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
broker, glad to see I am not the only one to consider this scenario....
Francois, what you forgot to add to the dilution is the sales increase. Let says sevu does not get investment, therefore sevu will not be able increase its sales by advertisements, in fact sevu may decrease sales because of no advertising. So, raising money for sevu for adds will hopfully significantly increase sales for sevu, that will increase the share price. On the other hand, no increase of sales will decrease share price.
Which boat would you ride?
I prefer more sales and bright future.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
FG, I fully understand this scenario, but the share price in your example could easily get back to $1.00 very quickly.
I am simply stating that NOBODY knows how a stock will do and if somebody can see into the future, please PM me!!!!!!!!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Well tookin, you don't get to know what I know. I am an employee of SeaView, as I have stated many times before. As such, there are many things I can't talk about and even if I could I don't know them off the top of my head.
And NO it is not your business as a shareholder to know SeaView's manufacturers. Absolutely none of your business. But if want to pursue this, ask George, not the message board.
Lets not go over the crazy idea that just because you have a few hundred shares that now YOU OWN SEAVIEW and should know every detail of the company....NOT!!!
SeaView is in the SECURITY BUSINESS and dealing with a product nobody else has, these two items make it important to not tell just any average joe all their manufacturing details.
And YES, I think this question is still laughable but I enjoyed this brief moment of fun today!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
I understand the MARKET VALUE, but correct me if I am wrong, that IS NOT the SHARE VALUE.
Lets look at this....
Some great news comes out in a PR for a large contract that can be verified by another party. AND at the same time the announcement of the PP comes out with some language about financing the initial weeks.
Now what will the MARKET VALUE AND SHARE VALUE be???? NOBODY KNOWS THE VALUE OF THE STOCK ON ANY GIVEN DAY!!!!!
Or maybe this....
Lets say the PP is announced next week and the share price goes to 30 cents. Then in a few weeks SeaView finally lands the big contract we have been waiting a year for and the share price hits $5.00 in a couple days. Now who can HONESTLY stand here and say, "Well without the PP the price would have hit $10.00."
I don't think so. FG, your scenario for Market Value is good, but we all know from the past 24 months that the share price of ANY COMPANY can be a lot higher or lower than Marke Value.
Or maybe I am just a dumb engineer?!?!?!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Now this is what makes me keep returning to this board, great one Dan!!!!!!!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Now I have good news and bad news on the Snappy.
I got the patch downloaded and installed on Win2000Pro and it works. That is the good news.
The bad news is that the movie quality setting can not be adjusted and it SUCKS. The Snappy is for getting stills from video and it just isn't going to work.
I suppose I could be real crazy and invite my friend over that has a digital camera and replay GMA and capture it digitally that way. That sounds like too much work, but I may get bored this weekend.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
FG, correct me if I am wrong, but the share price doesn't magically drop to 30 cents when 20 million restricted shares are issued in your scenario, do they?????
I am not an accountant that plays with numbers, I am an engineer and this just doesn't make sense the way you have explained it.
I don't care for the PP because it has the POTENTIAL to dilute the stock and affect the price, but the stock moves on supply and demand. The extra supply won't hit for 2 years and maybe the demand will be so high that the stock will be $60 or more and we really don't care at that point!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
FG, ok so the market value per share calculation makes sense, but who knows exactly what the share price will be or do???? You make it look so simple with those "facts", but how do you explain the share price hovering around $10 for so long last year????
JMHO, Adam Jordan
I have bad news. My Snappy 3.0 software won't run in Windows XP, Windows 2000 Pro or Windows ME. AND they are out of business and I am can't seem to get an update. I am continuing to work on the GMA video, but it isn't looking good.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Unfortunately I agree that the backorders should have supplied the company with enough cash to not need the PP. I wish that a PR would come out talking about the backlog and SecureView sales to clear this up.
A lot of the questions in the past week are irrelevant, but this one bothers me too. The facts as we know them just don't add up. As printmail01 would say, RED FLAG.{haven't seen that for awhile and just had to use it!!!!!}
Although I don't agree with your far jumping conclusions that Rich wants to take this public via the PP. I agree that we need to know more, but I am not jumping to any crazy conclusions.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Have you considered that Rich can not respond to company specific answers???? A PR or SEC filing FROM GEORGE is the only way to get most of these answers.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
The EDI system doesn't seem like speculation to me....
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=168032
That seems to say it is in the works.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
standby, personally I don't give a hoot if there are 18.5 or 35 million shares outstanding. The float will be so small for the next two years this stock can go through the ceiling at either share count.
I want to see the share price go high and it can happen no matter how many shares are outstanding. There are so few shares available, just like last year when the price went too high, that we can see any share price in the next 12 months.
Saying that the POSSIBLE PP dilution will cut my profits in 2002, if I sell, in half is completely WRONG!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
I have also seen the color SecureView, so FG stop acting like it is YOUR IDEA that SeaView go to the color board. Opps, I forgot that FG is acting as our savior of SeaView!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
The Moron is right, I have had to correct a number of things FG has put out lately as I have first hand knowledge of many items too. To anybody else, FG could simply be taken as 100% true, but you and I know better, oh and Rich knows better too.
Sorry FG. Perhaps I was wrong to assume that I'm not the only one here who questions much of what you say, but when you mis-represent something about which I have first hand knowledge, it makes me question how often it may happen with other issues.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Thanks you Moron for the explanation of the EDI system, that makes a lot of sense and money to me. I wonder if West Marine could be in the middle of that system setup?????
JMHO, Adam Jordan
tookin, like that is any of your business!!!! That simply question without any further details is simply silly and laughable!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Golfnut, the down payment on the PP did not lock up the entire deal. It has been stated before on this board that the remaining money is optional. Please read this.... http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=166816
I don't understand how the stock price going up will get SeaView more cash. You make it sound like the PP people don't have the cash, when they do and don't need to sell shares to finish the PP.
I think you are definitely missing a lot of posts in the last couple days.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
See my profile, gotinearly.
I will setup my Snappy to get the GMA clip on my website and post a link here. I am busy polishing the car and working around the house before the move, but will get to it in a day or so.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Thanks, gotinearly, amazing how these FACTS are overlooked now the we are BasherHUB.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Thanks BillBranum, that is real late breaking news....NOT
This is from 2/17/00, WOW that is really old.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
zagdad, thanks for some REAL examples of upper management compensation in other companies. I don't like the dilution any more than the next guy, but lets take two steps back and look at this PP objectively.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
I saw Good Morning America and recorded it on my hard disk recorder. If GMA doesn't have a good spot on their website I will upload that video to my website for all to see who missed it. The picture looked great and they left it on even when talking about other things. Too bad they didn't have more time to go in depth with SecureView, BUT STILL AWESOME EXPOSURE!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
OT....Stop by next time and say HI. I will be working on polishing the Hawk for the next couple days.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
you are correct gotinearly, share numbers were listed, I don't have them in front of me, but will get them tomorrow if nobody else does before me.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
doctorj, please keep those final thoughts to yourself, that really HURT, OUCH, so very true, OUCH AGAIN!!!!
JMHO, Adam Jordan
hondo, please come back anytime with GREAT info. It is nice to see some positive news on RB, I mean IHUB.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Good Morning America is Friday, 8-24-01 around 7:30 am EDT.EOM
JMHO, Adam Jordan
So we should stop the PP and possibly bankrupt the company with a temporary injunction????? Has anybody else thought about what could happen if the PP is stopped?????
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Or when you "accidentally" don't see them!!!EOM
JMHO, Adam Jordan
OT....Reformatted my computer and just getting back online.EOM
JMHO, Adam Jordan
Hey you Moron, where do you get off posting something like this....shame on you for not abiding by the new TOU!!!!
You make perfect sense from where I stand, which is biased but informed. Do you have three horses to pick for Saturday's race???? I am sure you will pick a winner!!!!
Paul, I was with you on that post until your final line in support of FG. I agree that there may be a number of reasons for the stock problems at Heartland. I also believe the company still has production problems. A couple of reasons for that. First, the sales numbers aren't that great. It's possible that they simply aren't selling well, but I'm not convinced of that yet. I'm assuming that if they can't fill orders it's more likely that they still don't have efficient production.
The reason I don't support the efforts of FG and others is because I don't believe their efforts are going to accomplish anything, other than create a distraction and waste of time and potentially money for the company when they need to focus on production and sales. It doesn't matter if Rich is pulling the strings or not, the officers and employees of the company have more to gain or lose than we do. The best way for any genuine long investor to make money is to let the company succeed.
People can argue dilution is taking money from us and lining the pockets of insiders, and while that may or may not be true, if sales or production are lagging, something has to finance the company while they get their act together. If people feel like they're continuing to pour money down a black hole, do as Cabos did and cut your losses, but don't hold your position and cripple the company at the same time. It just doesn't make sense.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
I have no control over when SeaView releases a PR?!?!?!
I have no comment on this and refer you to George for the answers.
Just remember that the commercial/government products will make or break this company, not retail.
JMHO, Adam Jordan
ub43, 60' cable??? Ugh.
I do agree with your idea that the retail market is much more difficult right now and the focus should be government/commercial.
Think of all the applications for this technology....there is room for more than one player and each has there little niche in the market.
