FG, correct me if I am wrong, but the share price doesn't magically drop to 30 cents when 20 million restricted shares are issued in your scenario, do they?????

I am not an accountant that plays with numbers, I am an engineer and this just doesn't make sense the way you have explained it.

I don't care for the PP because it has the POTENTIAL to dilute the stock and affect the price, but the stock moves on supply and demand. The extra supply won't hit for 2 years and maybe the demand will be so high that the stock will be $60 or more and we really don't care at that point!!!
