Golden...The best I understand it a Form T trade is just a trade that was executed by a Market Maker earlier in the trading day.

MM's don't have to print a trade when it is actually made but have until 15 minutes after market close to print the volume and disclose the price the trade occurred at. Not really sure what the benefit is for them to do this but when you see a huge volume day in these penny's there will usually be a couple of form t's come in after the close.

Not taking sides here but, the address thing is a stale debate usually talked about in these small co's. Many small co's, doctors and attorneys use these places for mail. Don't think its good or bad...just not a deal breaker. Besides we can all see the share price and conclude that this is not a company on wall street.

Lets hope it finishes green for the 2nd day in a row.

Agree with you guys. About 2 to 1 buy vs sells and still goes down. I wonder if the MM's are just going to kill it?
