I'm pretty sure you're wrong. They can not just produce shares from thin air and sell them. They need to do a split or already have them shares somewhere. If the company never had that many shares before then there is no where from which they can come.

Those are about the same numbers I have, but believe the profit will be in the 2 to 3 million range.

I don't believe there is any dilution either. Nothing really points to any dilution.
