I guess I don't know anything about law firms but than again I am not the one looking for "outside interest" for my company on my website.
" if a company puts itself on the market it is seen like "bloody chum" to Jaws."
I hope this coment was directed at Bret because he was the one who was looking for investors not me.
You know what I find odd?
How you and Peg know that in a couple of months that the company is going to be in the black but neither one of you have inside information and because you believe that I am suppose to.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKay
As we have seen before expectations and reality have not met.
I know I know sit down, shut up, and pick up my pom poms!!
Rah Rah go Bret any day now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess apon further review the company must agree with me.
the part in question has been removed lets hope they agree with the A&P suggestion as well.
Andre
The update was a nice bit of news and it is great to see we will see action from the EU with the application going on forever over there.
I am a bit puzzled by this part however.
<<<NanoLogix needs for financing:
Given the size of NanoLogix and the challenges for timely development of market penetration
and associated production and expansion, the Company welcomes outside interest and
investment.>>>
According to a prior updates Bret has been talking to other companies but I assume nothing got accomplished. He is good at many things but really he is trying to negotiate a multimillion dollar deal.
<<<In late 2012 and early 2013 Nanologix was approached separately by two multibillion dollar corporations regarding business association, development and product usage. NanoLogix has signed Mutual Confidentiality Agreements with both corporations.>>>
A simple fix for this situation is for Bret to step back from his baby and let a third party skilled in the art to find and help work a deal for Nanologix. Arnold & Porter That is what they do!!!!! Are they expensive? Yes!!! but this is a BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY It is time !!! If they get it done it will be worth every penny.
Asking people to invest in your company on your website is kind of
embarrassing and I feel it sheds a bad light onto the company. JMO
Andre
Yes, from what I can understand(and I could be wrong) the BNF, which the aptemer applicatiion is a continuation of, has been abandonded and was replaced with the aptamers application (pub. #20120129157)and is still in the process of approval.
http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/view/BrowsePdfServlet?objectId=HINCBPTPPXXIFW2&lang=DINO
The BNP is in Request for Continued Examination since January.
Andre
You are making assumtions that I don't agree with. I know you want us to sit down and shut up but I will not. Sorry!
2. From what I can see sales are flat. I don't know if a little birdie let you in on a little secret but this is what I see. The BNP COAs have been adding 1 a month since the first of the year with no increases. The EL plates COAs have listed one lot for the first three months of the year and two lots per month since April. They are being shipped out and that is a good thing but to say "increasing significantly" as my kids would say "thats a force!"
6. "legally binding exclusive right to the patent" If you have a copy of that document I would love to see it!
The PRs of late have been good, vague, but good and I will agree with you that the next six months are extremely critical. It has been almost a year since the Ok to sell the product and the "marketing" of the product(s) has started it is time to shine!!!
Leroy
<<<I can't see $2.00 by the end of the year>>>
I feel there are only two scenario that I can see that would put us at or above $2 by years end the 1st would be having a contract in place for more than $50 million with the likes of Battelle or another large biotech company or 2nd a partnership with another large established company with a dual press release stating the partnership. If sales are just increased slightly it just will not cut it there is way too much over head resistance in the share price and there are a lot of people who want out of this stock. You can see from all the chatter some people have lost faith in Bret and the stead decline in the price since july of 2010 regular investor are tired of waiting. At this point even if the company can show progress on the profit front lots of shareholders have had enough and want out once all the weak hands have sold than the share price could climb. You have to realize the share price was trading in the 50 to 35 cent range for a year and a half before it continued down to where we are now. when (if) we get back to that range there will be lots of people getting back to even who will definitly bail. So to get to that $2 area by years end it'll take an event as stated above or a third event like sale of the company (not likely).
Andre
to answer the question
THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME AND THE POTENTIAL IS THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!!!!!!!
what more can I say?
I find it humorous the investing with blind faith.
As Ronald Regan once said "trust but varify"
You can't have it both ways. You want me to trust that managment (Bret)won't give out info that will harm the company but his actions have caused harm to the company.
Last year he started posting finacials on a regular basis for the first three quarters and than completely stoped. Last summer he posted this up date
<<<July 5, 2012: NanoLogix Announces Vendor Status
The company is pleased to announce it has been selected as a vendor by a multi-billion dollar US research and development corporation. The corporation has notified NanoLogix it intends to use approximately 12,000 units of NanoLogix detection technology for a project beginning in July 2012. This marks the first large sale of NanoLogix technology.>>> is this not " critical strategic information" as you say?
By not continuing with the steady release of financials it give the appearence of doom and gloom which is reflected in the share price which directly affects the capital raising ability of the pipes by diluting share price. Perception and reality are probablly not the same but with the flow of information in this regaurd having stopped perception rules that is a fact! So when I stated a large percent(larger than 10%) of shareholders have lost trust it can easily be seen with the steady decline in share price since a peak of 50 cents at the release of announcing that the company will begin commercial marketing of its BNP kits to todays price of 13 cents a 75% decrease with no support of the share price.
Most investors, no matter what exchange they are on, want consistancy, continuity, and not to be misled by the company they are invested in. I don't think that is too much to ask for. Trust is not lost forever it can be regained!
Andre
I would normally state that you are putting the cart before the horse but at this point we have no horse let alone a cart!
<<< hence the increase in sales and markets >>>>
We have no proof of either! It was stated in a press release on June 11 but they are just words. Bret has lost the trust of a large portion of those 3000 shareholders that you have stated. If Bret wants to regain the trust of the shareholders he needs to show us not tell us. Here is a good example this statement from that same press release:
<<<NanoLogix has recently signed agreements with companies and distributors in Europe and Asia governing expansion of our business beyond US borders. The Company is currently in talks with other US and foreign-based corporations on use of BNP, BNF and Petri products>>>
If that statement was put out three years ago the PPS whould have rocketed. shareholders would have trusted the business was moving foward and it would have been reflected in the share price.
Stop showing us vague fluff and give us some meat like contracts with actual companies instead of these "agreements"!!!!!!!!!!!!
Andre
<<<Do you really believe the present facility in Hubbard is all that is planned?>>>
What I believe is not happening so if you are saying that a larger facility is being built I hope and pray he lets the profesionals who have built clean rooms in the past and have a track record build it and not him and his friends. It seems from what I remember the room was completed he stated everything is great and than what was it a year or year and a half later he changes the ventalation system? Good lord!
<<<Bret has always had in view increasing employment in the Hubbard area as he has stated in interviews etc. Keeping the manufacturing base in Ohio accomplishes this goal.>>>
That is great and everything but his job as CEO of Nanologix is not to bring in jobs for the community that should be the worry of politicians.
I think Machiville had A great idea that he posted a while back about subbing the work out to have them make plates for us and we can still plaster the Nanologix logo on it best of both worlds!
Parent you are missing a large part of the picture TIME & MONEY neither of which we have much of and the longer he waits to ramp this up the less likly chance we will be sucsessfully. In a multibillion dollar industry the big players don't like losing market shares to tiny little companies. They will do what they need to do to remove the threat and if you don't believe that you really don't know what is going on in the business world.
Andre
Parents
<<<now NNLX can supply overseas distributors DIRECTLY from Hubbard without having any foreign supplier needing to manufacture the product in a foreign country for sale>>>
I think that is a bad idea. It makes more sense to let the hubbard facility concentrate on the US market and let somebody else under our supervision concentrate on over seas sales. The numbers of kits is massive and the Hubbard facility could only handle a fraction of the US let alone the world. The more outlets pumping out kits ramps up sales exponential not to mention what that would do to the share price! Think of how long it would take for this company to supply the volume we should expect.
Who do you think is better prepaired to handle the volume expected?
Go to the link below and select tour the clean room.
http://nanologix.com/news/video/index.html
now go to this link
I was able to open and view it.
I would like to say it is about time!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to see if a link was on the web site I went to products than to BNP it is not there but there is a link to down load instructions and if you click on it, it still shows the BNP in the sleeve packaging!
I was told that the company will be updating the website this summer so maybe this is in conjuction with that effort. Maybe a video for the new N-assay and the BNF will also be made as well. I hope so. A revamp of the website is need with old material removed and links to be added for the up to date papers.
Andre
p.s. I glad she did not use a paper clip remember the uproar last time
Leroy
I will agree with you that shareholders want to see financials but I feel it is more to it than that. I feel it is the release of great news not being brought to fruition for example the situation with the German Medical Testing Company in Kuwait everybody got excited and we never hear more about it until years later that it fell through, or the BNF test refinement for Listeria for a major food processing company(it has been years)
now recently (April 30) we hear this
" In late 2012 and early 2013 Nanologix was approached separately by two multibillion dollar corporations regarding business association, development and product usage. NanoLogix has signed Mutual Confidentiality Agreements with both corporations."
Are these the same two companies he is refering to in the latest release?
"NanoLogix has recently signed agreements with companies and distributors in Europe and Asia governing expansion of our business beyond US borders"
Or are these new companies?
If they are new companies what happened to the ones mentioned in April?
Did the company drop the ball did we not close a deal?
In this new PR are these "agreements" just Confidentiality Agreements? Most likely seeing if it was me and it was an actual contract to sell and or distribute the products I would be screeming it from the roof tops!!!
So Leroy the point I am trying to make is the News is good and the numbers being told to us would be great but for each PR put out leaves shareholders with less clarity and more questions.
Andre
"NanoLogix has recently signed agreements with companies and distributors in Europe and Asia governing expansion of our business beyond US borders."
This is the most interesting aspect of the release.
Is this just a confidentiality agreement?
Is this an agreement to distribute the product?
I am excited at the prospect of a distribution agreement, I speculate (hope) that the marketing will be handled by the foreign company as they best know their market. The EL petri plate should sell themselves with what they can acheive but the extra push from a large distributor would ramp sales up big time!!!
Nanologix is moving foward but until names are named I will still be cautiously optimistic. Things are getting brighter.
Andre
Table 2B
Prevalence, sensitivity, specificity, positive, and negative predictive values after the
addition of bacitracin to all washing steps
Percent (95% CI)
Prevalence 31.3 (24.2–39.5)
Sensitivity 100 (89.1–100)
Specificity 93.6 (86.9–97.2)
Positive predictive value 85.1 (71.1–93.3)
Negative predictive value 100 (95.5–100)
We have found that by adding bacitracin to each washing step, one
may greatly reduce interference with Enterococcus. While this allowed
for the increased specificity found when samples were retested, it
should be noted that there were still 7 samples that were positive by
the rapid test but negative by traditional culture. While it is possible
that these samples may have additional contaminants causing the
results to be persistently falsely positive, it may be possible that a GBS
non–beta-hemolytic variant would be missed by traditional culture
but detected by the antibody-based rapid test. Indeed, one of these
samples was confirmed to contain GBS by PCR.
" I have no doubt that in the fairly near future the "hammer" will fall"
I doubt it! The SEC will not do anything about it. With their resources they have bigger fish to fry.
Are you implying that Bret will get his lawyers after them?
What I would have to say to that would be if the CEO would focus on getting the product sold and getting a steady income into the company this minipulation would diminish. This stealth "under the radar" general kung foo BS is like agar on a petri dish to these "manipulators"
Maybe Nanologix should have contracted a sales team instead of a marketing team
Parents you need to be objective when information is presented to you it is ok to disagree with happenings at Nanologix.
I never stated the amount of kits. I stated the amount of "Quality Documents". The Quality Documents represent X amount of dishes or kits (lot). A lot could equal 100,000 kits or dishes or a lot could equal 100 kits or dishes. I am guessing a lot is closer to 5000 but reguardless if the amount of lots increase per month that represents an increase in production it is that simple.
So far to date there have been 15 lots of EL petri plates and 8 lots of BNP kits. I don't know if they are being given away or sold at a discount or being sold at full price but they are being produced which is good news! Now, As Bret stated, that we have switched to a focus on marketing it is time for us to start to see this marketing come to fruition. Three months since these "independent marketing specialists" have been contracted it is time for some results don't you think? If they can't start to show results shortly I would have to say they are not very good "specialists"!!!!!
http://nanologix.com/products/quality-documentation.html
Andre
At this point in time the patent ownership is a moot point.
At the moment this is what is important:
From the company
"NanoLogix has contracted with a team of independent marketing specialists to promote the Company’s products to key opinion leaders and executives in multiple health and food sectors. The specialist team is composed of current or former directors and managers of various national and international health sector corporations. This event marks the transition of the Company from a primary focus on research and development to one of marketing and production"
This PR is from three months ago. This person or persons efforts on marketing should be starting to be reflected in the production of the product i.e. quality documents. So far I don't see much of a change from the begining of the year. The company has put out 1 lot of BNP per month since the first of the year which has stayed constant and about 1-1/2 lots of dishes per month which increased slightly from early in the year. I don't know if these lots are being sold at full price or if they are being used for our testing but hopfully some money is comming in. It is time for this "team" to start ramping up sales
Andre
Parents
where do you get this from?
" The packaging patent was never considered a big deal"
By who?
I, for one, have always thought that it was a huge deal an felt that it "could"added dollars to the share price at some point(look at my past posts on here and the other boards). The fact that the package patent happened at Hubbard with the use of Nanologix employee and Nanologix materials, and on Nanologix time and was filed as Nanologix being the assignee on the application but not on the patent when it was released and also Nanologix being the assignee on the EU patent greatly concerns me. There is no doubt in my mind that this will be contested in a court of law regardless at some point. It does not matter if I am right in the fact that I think the patent belongs to Nano some people who own this stock and the people who bought in with PIPES believe that it does so there will be lawyers who would take this case but really it does not need to go there. all that needs to occur is for Bret to get in front of this and explain what is happening.
Oh yea and maybe sell some kits!!!!!!!!!!
Andre
<<<<As to the discussion about the packaging patent, unless the company's name appears as clear developer/owner of the patent then the answer lies in patent law.>>>
At the USPTO the term Assignee means the person or company that will own the patent, does it not?
At the EU patent office does the term applicant not discribe the person or company that will own the patent?
You do not have a problem being told that the company is applying for a patent than seeing the company as the assignee of that patent on the application, than out of the blue the CEO is the sole owner of the patent?
If these are the facts it is not what we as shareholders were told or led to believe. It is not like I am the CEO's brother and have an understanding of what the over all plan is I have to rely on the info put out by the company and it does not jive with reality thats all.
Andre
Jonny
It clearly states that Nanologix is the assignee in the patent application.
http://appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PG01&s1=20120261277&OS=20120261277&RS=20120261277
Once the patent is granted there is no longer an assignee.
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=8,413,800&s2=%22flat+pack%22&OS=8,413,800+AND+
If you go to other patents granted you will see that Nanologix is the assignee for those as well.
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=nanologix&OS=nanologix
There is definitly confusing surrounding this patent and I, like you feel this should be clearified by the company. In that press release it clearly states that it is the company that is applying for the patent, not Bret, and if it is in fact Bret who holds the patent the reason why should be explained to the share holders. I will say I fully believed as well as other investors that I have talked to believes that that patent belonged to Nanologix and with the term of "exclusive rights" for use of the patents tells me a different story.
I would also like to point out that the same patent being applied for in the EU has the applicant being Nanologix.

<<<<Also checking the Marathon SEC filings, the maximum number of shares reported for NNLX was 4,967,300 on 6-30-2009. Marathon held 4,799,300 on 12-31-2010. But then sold shares EVERY QUARTER for the next 9 quarters to close out the position.>>>>
So after the pump and dump earlier in the year (2010)Marathon decided to pull out of the stock (maybe part of the reason)with the stock price being $.53 at the begining of 2011 and exiting at a final price of $.22. Now that the continuous selling pressure has stoped maybe we will see some upward movement with some positive news. Ok Bret balls in your court. lets get some positive new !!!!!!
<<<Is it possible that the company has been delaying the next PR in order to avoid any downward price pressure from Marathon exiting?>>>
I highly doubt it!!
<<<We know we've got some positive news with new hiring taking place>>>
At the very least the hiring could be just to replace an employee leaving but it could be in antisipation of up coming orders such as from the Govenment which Bret eluded to in the update:
"NanoLogix products are at present being used on six classified Federal government projects, with expanded use expected this year. Those projects are funded by the United States Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency."
Yeah you are right this is not good enough! I Want to see a video! Parents you need to go the the univerity with a video camera and take a video starting at the street and make sure we can see the street sign than pan to the building so we can see it this way Cap. and I can verify it with google earth, than walk to the building through the hallways and stair cases to the bulliton board than zoom in on the flyer. We should be able to get blue prints of the building from the building dept. in town to varify the hallways and stairs. You need to prove this exist!!!!!!!!!
Who would have thought that Nanologix trying to hire a few more employees would be a bigger scandel than Benghazi!!!!
Thank you Neohioinvestor.
A good positive bit of news!!!
Capitalism wrote:
<<<Nanologix "Petri Dish" is no different than any other company's Petri dish. They didn't invent a "Petri dish". They invented a permeable membrane. They order their Petri Dishes from the same place everyone else does. So if others break, so do Nanologix's. nanologix does not own a Petri Dish manufacturing machine. They own machines that poor agar. That's it>>>
You are correct!! Nanologix did not invent the petri dish. I do appreciate that fact that you always try to come up with a counter point to all good news from the company but this argument is a bit silly you know fully well that Parents was refering to the packaging not the dish itself. I know you don't like the facts get in your way of a good argument but...
Parents
I have read the patent aplication. Bret invented the packaging while in the employ of Nanologix. The assignee of the patent is Nanologix. Reguardless of who invented it the patent belongs to Nanologix not Bret. If you are saying that Bret owns the patent because he invented it I think you are wrong. Does Gazenko own the patents he invented? No they stayed with Nanologix.
Bret should get a royalty but he does not own the patent.
From the update:
<<<A US patent was granted in April 2013 for the FlatPack packaging technology, to which NanoLogix has an exclusive license.>>>
The patent for the FlatPack technology belongs to Nanologix so to who does the exclusive license come from??????
Andre
Rail
For the record my post reguarding "any day now" was in reply to a post by Machiville where he seem to imply that I had some kind of subversive plot to take down the ceo with cheap shots so I showed him what a cheap shot looked like.
I know, what am I 12? lol
In light of the good news today I will tone down my criticism and continue to wait which I have been patiently doing since April of 2007 (6 years invested).
Parents I hope you are right with your prediction there is a lot of overhead resistance to overcome once things fall into place.
Andre
I've got to express my thoughts more clearly or people need to stop reading way more into my post!
<<<Cut the cheap shots. Let it happen. Understand the markets and the opportunities and challenges. Stop with the claims that your friends could do better. What IS, IS and we are best off if we ride it to a finish. I do agree that after the end of the year things should be prepared to offer a full report. By that time markets should be invaded, sales expanding rapidly, and the business pulling in very substantial revenue.>>>
What I stated was not a cheap shot this is:
from 6/7/2010
The company expects to begin full-scale production “any day now,” said chief executive Bret Barnhizer. Nanologix has 10 employees working at its Hubbard facility, and plans to hire about 10 more by the end of the year, Barnhizer said. At full capacity, the site could employ 75-100 workers, he said.
Keep in mind when I post my judgments and or oppinions of what is happening at Nanologix that statment is not far from the back of my mind. He made that statment! He didn't ask for a retraction or make a note of it on the website that it was an incorrect statement. Take it for what it is worth Iknow I do.
Yes end of the year things will be much more clear! Lets hope its not like 2010 or 2011 or 2012 for that matter!
Parent I get the sense that you are not a big JT fan!
"I do not believe you are in a position to evaluate John Tracy unless you are his boss or close working associate"
Well it is not like I am the CEO or his brother but with a little digging and some DD it is amazing what you can find out about people. Just from his BIO alone you can see "he managed teams across six states consisting of 12 managers, 150 employees and 1,100 customers" and also he was servicing mainframe computers as a field engineer so he has been in many different fascilities an dealt with over a thousand different customers. I can relate to this somewhat in that being in business for more than 25 years and having done work for hundreds if not into the thouusands of people and going into hundreds of homes and businesses and seeing how people live and interact in their environment I have gained great knowldge which I apply to new customers. It helps me give people what they didn't realize they needed. priceless!!!
I can give props to my fellow MA boy if I want to! It wasn't meant as a bash on Bret if that is what you or others where thinking
Andre
Nanobuyer
The day John Tracy stops working for Nanologix it will be stated on this board there is no doubt in my mind. Contrary to what others have said, John Tracy is a valuable commodity to Nanologix and I pray to God that his talents can be utilized to there fullest. In my heart of hearts I believe that doing so will expedite Nanologix rise to greatness!
New COA on wesite
We finally have a COA for BNP Middlebrook!!!!!
Which is use for testing TB.
We also have COA's for petri dishes in the MIddlebrook and also Chocolate, and Nematode. This is very encouraging the silence from the company of late has been deafening!
"I have no idea whether he's working at the company or not"
Then why argue with the people who know for a factthat he is still working at the Hubbard facility!!!!!!
Jonny C I couldn't have said it better!
Parents
how about a COO? You missed the whole point that was being made its not about being listed it was the fact that he was removed and that the three peoples that I listed (John Tracy, DR Manley, and Mark Wheeler) have impressive history and talent and it does not appear to me that they are beeing utilized at all.
If you are having a new sink put in do you ask you mailman to install it? If you need your house painted do you call you accountant? If You need new brakes on your car do you change them yourself? Do you? Of corse not you call the people with a proven track record in their perspective fields who are up to date on the latest rules and regulation to complete the job correctly and in a timely fashion.
You and your mailman may be able to correct the problems and get things to run but at what cost of money and life!!
Andre
Yea you are right there is no way he could own a home in one city and rent an aprtment or room in another city. It is not like John had a minimum wage job before he got to Hubbard! Have you not read his ressume? " technology and manufacturing management experience gained from over 30 years at IBM and EMC." I am sure he could afford a second home to own or rent. He is working and living in the Hubbard area that is a fact!!!!!!
Here are three key players from Nanologix. Once on board we have not heard a single bit of news of accomplishments. John is there every day so we can assume he is getting things done. As far as Wheeler goes no word. Is he putting money in? Dr manley, this bothers me the most! He stated "I will make a concerted effort to get the necessary trials started and finished at places such as Harvard, Johns Hopkins and other institutions." It has been 5 months not a word of trials starting!
What is the common denominator? Are these guys incompetent? You decide!!!!
Mark Wheeler, MD
Mark Wheeler MD is a board certified Internist who is a former member of the faculty at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Following Dartmouth he spent eight years as an Emergency Medicine physician, while simultaneously expanding his interest and investments in novel medical technologies. He has authored a biotechnology newsletter and participated in multiple rounds of financings of Merrimack Pharmaceuticals(NASD: MACK), Ception Therapeutics, Hemosonics LLC, Lev Tech, Inc., and Therasome, Inc.
Dr Giles Manley
NanoLogix is honored to welcome Giles Manley, MD to the NanoLogix Science Advisory Board (SAB). Dr. Manley brings a wealth of medical, legal and business knowledge to the SAB.
Dr. Manley’s acceptance statement: “I am grateful for the invitation, and very excited about being part of NanoLogix by serving on their Science Advisory Board. What NanoLogix has accomplished over the last several years is truly amazing. There is no comparable system in the world that can deliver bacterial identification as cost effectively, quickly and accurately as their BNF and BNP product line… Through my career I have formed acquaintances with the Chiefs of Obstetrics at some of the top medical institutions in our country. I will make a concerted effort to get the necessary trials started and finished at places such as Harvard, Johns Hopkins and other institutions. I am hopeful that by the end of 2013 the standard for GBS screening will include our near-15 minute test at time of labor.”
John W. Tracy, Jr.
General Operations Manager
John Tracy brings to NanoLogix extensive technology and manufacturing management experience gained from over 30 years at IBM and EMC. Mr. Tracy has experienced and managed through 30% organizational growth rates at both companies. Additionally, he managed teams across six states consisting of 12 managers, 150 employees and 1,100 customers. Mr. Tracy is well-versed in the vertical integration of all aspects of the production environment, from customer relations and internal operations to service and sales strategies.
Mr. Tracy started his career in 1979, servicing mainframe computers as a field engineer for IBM where he was promoted to several key management positions, including Field Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager. As a service director for EMC’s Northeast Region, Mr. Tracy led an organization of 150 people, was responsible for $30 million per year in maintenance revenue and supported $160 million in annual sales revenue. At the EMC corporate headquarters, he improved operational efficiencies at a time where the organization was experiencing rapid and global expansion. His work resulted in saving hundreds of millions of dollars in costs, while simultaneously improving service delivery and quality of life for employees. Mr. Tracy personally rolled out this program in North America and the Asia Pacific region while assisting with a similar European effort. Mr. Tracy believes strongly in employee empowerment. He feels that the key to success and productivity is to provide a safe, positive and autonomous working environment where employees can learn and grow.
I am not totally doom and gloom. The products are the real deal and I feel it is only a matter of time before somebody signs a large contracts for the BNP and or dishes. When that happen you know we will hear about it and it should reflect on the share price as well.

Have you ever hear the saying "Jack of all trades master at none"
And "no man is an island" they both apply well here.
As I write this the company, according to the bylaws, has no board of directors. All terms have expired as of 2012 and as far as I am concerned all compensation should have terminated upon expiration of terms. The company has one scientist, a young woman fresh out of collage. This statement about Michelle is by no means a knock on her talent it is to say that she does not have many years under her belt. The company "has" an operations manager I think?!? He (Tracy) was removed from the "our team" from the website. Demoted? Marginalized? I don't know but if the position stayed the same it sure is a slap in the face from the boss. That’s a great way to get the most out of your employees! What next make Michelle buy her own gloves and masks?
The company is no longer employing the services of Technica Communications for PR and Marketing. In 2011 Nanologix had articles and press releases appeared over 650 times in established news outlets. Of these, 40 were original articles. There was a large drop off in 2012 ironically when you think we would want it the most! The company, according to the Mar 12 PR "has contracted with a team of independent marketing specialists to promote the Company’s products to key opinion leaders and executives in multiple health and food sectors". I am looking forward of them doing an even better job than Technica Communications.
The company stated on that same March 12 PR "This event marks the transition of the Company from a primary focus on research and development to one of marketing and production." Is there not a major component missing? A "SALESMAN" "SALES DEPARTMENT" "SALES TEAMS" "SALES PERSON" "SALESWOMAN". Marketing and promotion is definitely important but a sales person is needed to follow up and close the deal.
“The website is very poorly organized in terms of presenting the best possible image to would-be clients."
I have commented on this before we do not have our two new papers on the home page of our website this fresh news it should be front and center!?!?!?
No product on home page!?!?!?!
BNP patent accepted in Japan appears on home page of web site. Excellent!
Patent accepted for flat pack packaging. bypasses front page and is buried on the resources page!?!?!?
Patent #8420384 and #8361783 accepted 4/16 and 1/29 of 2013 no mention!?!? I do realize that at this time that they may not be major factors moving forward they are still accomplishments of the company and should be displayed as such.
“Why no large orders from these partners? Battelle actually signed a partnership awhile back to go commercial with one of their partners for a product called Prodose, I believe."
This lies squarely on the sales department! Oh sorry we don't have one!!?!?!?
Jack of all trades master at none indeed!!!!!!!!!!!
Andre
I needed to vent It has been a tough week in the Boston area!
My thoughts and prayers go out to all thoughts affected by this senseless act of terror!
