Ipo's always start in the greys, suspension's never leave the grey's. once again read this:
http://promotionstocksecrets.com/the-sec-just-suspended-my-stock-now-what/
I'm looking for a ray of light here becauase I am heavily invested in this but I think we are screwed
MLM what is your experience in companies that get suspended? Have you ever seen one return to the pinks or do they always just fade away?
solly if you read everything posted you will see companies never come out of the grey market until they are revoked.
please list 5 companies that have come out of the grey market in the last 5 years- there are only one or two out of a couple thousand put into the grey markets.
yours is the typical response but no market maker will sponsor a company because the market maker assumes the liability for the company.
Please do not give false hope this is a dire situation.
alibi why would you lie?
people are potentially going to lose hundred of thousands of dollars here.
have you no morals?
my last post.
a very painful 5 years. please read link
http://promotionstocksecrets.com/the-sec-just-suspended-my-stock-now-what/
not sure but in the research I did today over the last few years only 2 companies have made it back from the grey sheets to the pink sheets. this is out of thousands. the rest eventually get revoked.
I'm usually a very positive person but this is not good at all. once they go to the grey sheets the value plummets because there is no longer a market. you can call a broker and try to sell but there are no buyers.
morning light mountain was warning us the other day but everybody was saying "yeah no problem we will get current and were all good"
unfortunately that is not how it works. go back to his posts from a couple days ago and really disect them and you will see it is a "long road back" and he should have probably stated "an impossible road back"
I'm speechless at this point, I cannot believe a year ago I thought I was going to retire from this stock.
man I am just heartbroken here. been researching grey market (which otc equities such as SVMI are placed in when they are suspended for 10 days) and it is basically a final resting place on their way to being revoked. all the research I have done today basically states that never does a grey market equity return to trading, they simply become revoked and never trade again.
I think the market cap just evaporates once they are revoked. I think we may all be screwed.
Stocks generally end up as what is commonly called Grey Sheet stocks after an SEC suspension. Technically, it is the Grey Market.
Market Makers are warned, pursuant to 15c 211 not to publish a quote for the security without reviewing its information statement/clarified information statement
Other OTC or otherwise known as the "GREY Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed on any stock exchange or quoted on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB.
Other OTC trades are however reported to the NASD so investors can still track price and volume, however bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so Best Execution of orders is difficult.
As of September 21, 2012: From January 2010 until today there have been a total of 1116 SEC Suspensions where ALL 1116 stocks were reinstated on the Grey Sheets after the ten day SEC Suspension ended.
Of the 1116 SEC Suspended stocks since January 2010 645 Registrations have been revoked.
The remaining 471 stocks are on the Grey Sheets (or still in the ten day SEC Suspension within the last ten days) and not one has made it off the Grey Sheets back to quotation by any Market Maker.
Of the 471 stocks that are on the Grey Sheets most are awaiting revocation on DEFAULT for failure to file Financials, wherein there were no other allegations that would require subsequent SEC Litigation(s).
Stocks that were Suspended for any allegations are awaiting SEC Litigation or are being litigated and those stocks will remain on the Grey Sheets and will NOT be revoked until all SEC Litigation has been adjudicated by an SEC Administrative Law Judge.
Bogey I do not think they would have pr'd the info through the savi website if savi was not involvd in the sale of the product.
if the last elections are any indication, americans voted that the 40 year experiment with socialism/Marxism is needing to end. Hillary will be lucky to be cleaning toilets in the white house as the nation goes back in a conservative direction.
Don't know how this will effect savi in the future as constantly expanding government and unlimited printed funny money comes to an end.
thanks alibi.
If I did not already hold so much of this stock I would be buying more right now.
any reason this report covers certain things that happened after 2011 (Dubai) but there is no mention of china?
maybe this filing was completed prior to the signing of the agreement with flyingglob.
Obama embracing savi would not be a good idea. anything he touches goes wrong.
whitejack I'm with you on he retirement bandwagon but I need that nickle, a penny won't do it.
maybe they automatically come down off of yahoo after a certain period of time. the only one I am showing besides 10k's and such is the PR from a long time ago regarding contract with TSI for installs. All the other ones that were updates from serge (end of year last year as well as another one in feb which was a recap of 2013, these are all gone now off of yahoo's page.
as of yesterday the PR regarding flyingglob dissapeared from Yahoo and today the price starts dropping. granted the RSI was topping out but I think we are being played here with no real meat to keep the rise going.
long term yes but as you know there are many stocks out there that get overvalued very quickly as everyone piles on- many investors do not even check out the share count they are just buying without checking fundamentals with dreams of getting rich quick.
seen it many times.
If this thing eventually takes off and gives us a market cap of 600 mill that is a SP of .10
Myself as well as many others would probably do quite well with a SP of .10
everyone keep your chin up, these people show up to work every day trying to make a go of this thing.
don't worry about that, it's already happening.
For those with patience this is a no brainer.
No quarterly report out.
Trying for some cheap shares?
I think that timeframe may have passed.
where ya been rodel?
yep, tried earlier today but no access.
Shares given away for "services"?
Steve I have 11 million shares That I believe in time will be worth at least .50
I'll let you have them today at the discounted rate of .25
Pack of gum I was referring to was the .25 pack of wrigley, not the monster sized dollar pack of gum.
Don't ever take your eye off the ball, the DV pro will come eventually and that will be the game changer.
all of you out there wondering about sales, there is a very easy solution. Go to Savi headquarters, sign your non disclosure statement and take a tour with serge. along the way he will show you some information that will alleviate all your worries.
This is what I did a month ago and I took an already very large position and increased it 25%.
pack of gum should not be too hard in a 2 year timeframe IMHO.
The company goes out of business and we never have to hear from you again.
OTC,
how would you like to be the one to clean up after your mess? you almost took this company down, and definitely used it as your own personal bank account. That is how the float got to where it is today.
That someone comes in behind you and builds a world class company behind the mess you left shows nothing but fortitude and good will.
Always remember the law of Karma, yours will catch up with you soon and it will not be pretty.
People are smart enough to know you are not above board and only here to harm when all investors in this company place faith in themselves as well as the company to deliver good things.
I wouldn't mind if you vanished for a year or two, that would be great.
if not by late 2012, sometime by q2 2013.
I know an awful lot about this company that you do not.
There are many companies like this that being in the right place at the right time have returned 5000% for their investors in a short period of time. 2050? try $50 per share.
.50 is a 1 billion market cap, much less if we see a share buyback.
a buyout by a major manufacturer could have us all wake up one morning and rubbing our eyes to see if the numbers are right when we see .50 per share. 1 billion is a drop in the bucket for this technology.
You're coming to the wrong place to state negativity when the CEO of the company, although a little off on his timing estimates has laid out for us a plan in place for this company that makes this simply the best investment opportunity out there that I know of.
As someone stated the other day, why do you think Cornell settled for 25 million shares? they know the value of those shares will far exceed their value today.
will you repeat the same nonsense when we are at .50 per share?
This road to retirement just keeps getting better all the time.
Ice I am not crazy, but a very astute investor who has been through more trading scenarios than you can imagine.
trust me when I say reverse splits are a kiss of death.
And yes, you have been discussing reverse splits quite a bit over the last few days.
I have a feeling you have never been a shareholder of a company that has been through a reverse split, otherwise you would know what the outcome is a large majority of the time.
for those who have not been through a reverse split, in 95% of the cases they are an absolute nightmare. generally a company will r/s to put themselves into a category where they can then be bought by large institutions (think $5 per share) or more commonly they are about to be dropped off the nasdaq or another exchange so they will reverse split so they are not kicked off that exchange.
Shorters specifically pick on these stocks and grind them right back down because generally they do not have the fundamentals to support the higher PPS even though there is now a lower share count.
I have been through 2 reverse splits, and never again. Before I bought many millions of shares in this company I specifically met with serge and asked him about this and he said only buyout of shares on the open market to reduce share count. This is a positive for a company and betters the fundamentals.
Please stop discussing reverse splits, they make my blood pressure rise.
thanks.
.30 cents is more like it.
