I'm afraid I have to agree with you Gamood given my personal experience with the fellow.
Do you think it's a knee jerk reaction or is this just a bad investment?
So far the track record speaks for itself.
Warrants come and go. I should know I had them. Dryhole Henry strikes out again.
And so the landslide begins.
Maybe it's borderline and they know what will happen if they don't proceed. Regardless the data should be valuable for the next hole.
Does anyone think no news is good news?
Sorry again that's the TMX
My mistake however according to this chart it's close on the 20th for Family Day

The Canadian exchange is close for a Stat holiday.
Glad to have you on board AC. Here's a link you might be interested in if you aren't already familiar with it.

Does it really matter what happens before the announcement. It's simply this stock will sink like an anchor if there's a dry hole as will the credibility of management once again. Speculation about what will happen if it's economically viable is also merely that. An obscure stock like this is usually supported by it's original investors who will do most of the buying and bolster in upturn. That's people like you and I. The question is do we have enough confidence in current management to buy more. Where do you expect new money to come from?
Let's try and keep it real this time shal we?
It seems some people aren't willing to risk sticking around for the outcome judging by today's action.
Smart move. I wish my average was lower I'd sell too.
I would think they would continue to work in Romania.
If they have another dry hole both will be dragged down again.
The crooks Aldorf and Civelli continue to pad their pockets while diluting the share price. If they were serious the offering would have been above market value. Those warrants will never get exercised.JMHO
This is just another cash grab by the same Cronies that got us to this level. They dilute the stock and reap the rewards.

Gump I'm no TC when comes to analysis but I have personally dealt with the characters somewhat from both co's. Have spoken to them about this often since day 1. It remains what it was from day 1. A high risk high reward play. Wildcat wells by nature are at best a 10% chance so it has to be viewed as gambling and I accept the fact that I could lose it all or make a tidy sum. If I had my choice my shares would be in HENC rather than TGC, as they were originally, but that's another mistake I have to live with. The best advice I think I ever got was from a driller in the area who told me to keep my expectations low. JMHO
They missed because there's no way to tell the difference between oil and water in 3d.
That shouldn't be an issue.
That shouldn't be an issue.
My condolences to all...
Ahhh that makes sense. I don't blame you.
Al you've been around this stock a long time. That makes no sense to me that you would do that at the 11th hour. Were you expecting a run up before drilling to dispose of your shares?
The way this is trading down do you think someone knows bad news is coming?
Smooth are you at liberty to say where your information comes from?
Thanks in advance.
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Dec 4, 2015) - Holloman Energy Corporation (OTCQB: HENC) is pleased to announce that the Eastern Well 101 Rig spudded the Baikal #1 well at 6:30pm South Australian time on the 3rd of December 2015. At 8:00pm South Australian time on the 4th of December 2015, the well was drilled to a depth of 629 meters and was progressing well. The Company's CEO Mark Stevenson commented, "We are pleased that the operations for the Baikal #1 have begun and we are looking forward to the findings. The reduction in the cost of drilling services has benefited this well and will benefit future wells." Oil in the Cooper Basin typically has very low gas-oil ratios that require less processing and usually commands premium pricing over the Brent market price.
So the well has spudded.

The fact is rather than showing a commitment to TGC by funding a private placement Henry and the Civelli's chose to act on their greed and and screwed TGC shareholders by purchasing The S&A shares for themselves. You keep saying what a generous move it was to buy the 5% but their stealing it back with their ridiculous salaries for doing nothing. We all know the Perceville is Aldorf and the Civelli's. That's not a mystery.
One was a duplicate the other was off topic.

It's the road conditions that are important. These are determined by the weather on the coast as all the water drains inland toward lake Eyre.
It's Old News Jenny. Just do a little digging.
Well Gump do you still think no drilling until the new year?
That's the third one from the left right next to the big dipper. We're consulting the stars for answers now.
What would be nice is if we could finally put this back and forth to rest and wait to post until there are new developments which can be verified.
Well said and echoed by many away from this board as well Citrati.
