The investor group who are funding the company with millions of dollars wants Alan to combined the 3 companies as one. Also include patent in deal. The deal was 98% complete when it came to light that Robert's name was on corp docs. So, deal has been been on hold since Feb. You don't need to listen to me, call the company to see what is going on. I am just a ghost. Just my opinion.

The SEC has visited the company twice. Once last fall and early 2011. So, if something is bad on the inside we will know. All the top executives need to sit down and fix this. I don't know what Robert's part in all this is but everybody needs to get their stuff together. In the mean time, I wouldn't buy the stock right now because all the money goes to Robert; his is the name on NSPT paper work. This is how I understand the rumors.

My advice would be to call Alin, Marc and Robert.

I don't know. Call the company and ask for Marc. He is a very smart man and cares about the company and Alain. He is a former NHL Hall of Famer. Since Dec 2010 he over sees everthing. He stepped in to help Alain. So, that there would be no more problems.

The investors visited the company in Dec and were working very hard on a daily basis to reorganizie the 3 companies as one. Everything came to a stop when it was discovered that Robert's name was on everything and order to complete the deal Robert would have to sign or be removed.

Maybe people on this board who have the business background can call the company and give them direction?

I don't know. It is what it is.

That's the point. Who is telling the truth? That is another reason why the big investors are in a holding position. Alain needs to be more transparent Call Alain and call Robert. I can't tell you. For now, we will call this rumor.

Alain has a major deal with Inline Skate league to profide all the skates but he needs the funding which is in place but he is not taking care of the Robert problem. This stock is not a good buy until this problem is sovled because the money is going to Robert who doesn't even work for the company.

That is why Alain is telling people who call the company to put pressure on Robert. Read Wash3's last posts.

There is much hope. The deal was and is 98% done. The investor need Alain to get Roberts name off. Only Alain can get this going but Alain says he doesn't know what to do.

Newron Sports, Newron Design and Newron 2010 was set to receive millions in funding earlier this year but the rumor is they can't complete the deal because Robert Ritundo will Not take his name off the company documents; eventhough Robert left the company last Sept. Basically they are stuck until the the 3 main players: Marc, Alain and Robert talk to each other or something! That is the rumor.
