I am not doing a lot. I am retired. Doing a bit of share trading and own a bit of real estate.

Baxter would not touch any CDEX stuff, they learned better when they bought out BAXA.
Actually I had in mind a passel of OIL PATCH entreprenuers, centered around LUBBOCK and the Texas Oklahoma panhandle area.
Known by some as the Llano Estacado or staked plains.
They have formed a group and adopted PEMCO LLC as a bidness name.
As an entity PEMCO LLC owns more CDEX shares than anyone, and if they wished to rake over, they could do it at any time now. Especially with MPs help. They have furnished most of the money that CDEC has gotten over the past few years.
Valimed would not have found that error of too much salt in a drip bag. Not signatured for Sodium chloride. ERGO, not relevant.
I use doo-hickey because I do not want to dignify the IG4 by using more couth appellations. It is simply a mock up with a bunch of splendid lies told about its supposed uses.
I use drip bag because that is what it is. Uncouth or not, nobody has to look up drip bag. They instantly know what it is. They have all seen one or more in use.
I am fortunate enough to have never needed one. But I have seen them. Lots of times.
Well, CAP'N I have played GRACIE to your Fred today and given you no end of OPS to make your spiel. Which you have done with remarkable persistency, quoting no end of CDEX liars.
I do hope that our readers appreciate our discussuion as much as we did.
Actually, all it catches is dust. Sorry CAP'N I am sure that you have heard that there are none of them so good doo-hickies out there in medico land doing anything at all...
I do have the advantage of paying my way and having unlimited posts.
The cost of that is very low, BTW.
But I sure do appreciate being corrected by such an informed expert as yourself.
CDEX is extremely fortunate to have you in their corner.. even though it will never come to much.. not your fault... I feel sorta certain tat you would fund CDEX if you had the resources.
SORTA.
If you are right, CAP"N... What company do you recommend to take the G4 to the market?? I am sure that you might have heard that CDEX is about out of money, and does not have a competent CEO
to get the job done.
So what do you know that is not known amongst we poor ignoramuses???
Please, CAP"N. They question the ADVISABILITY of using those drugs.. not their POTENCY... No Doctor would ask a G4 if it is advisable to treat someone with a certain med.
Not that DOCs are infallible. I actually had one that prescribed CELEBREX for me. Otherwise, he seemed to be a pretty good doc.
BTW, you example of a dangerous drug causing deaths is right on. Anybody that tried to inject me with rat poison better have a long stride if ever I recovered enough to inflict punishment.
(HEPERIN).
But then, I have been hospitalized only once way back in the fifties...for a broken foot.
A bit of hair splitting there CAP'N. But even DOCS or PHARMS unlucky enough to become a very reluctant patient in the Hospital, would still be stuck with relying on the DOCs and Nurses, etc, health care providers.
They might become pests, questioning this and that but they would still be stuck with whatever the situation is.. Even if they have the power to hand select their caretakers.
what event would trigger questioning a drip bag and make a potency test desirable or required?
Assuming the unproved assumption that the G4 would be employed to do that if ever it was deployed.
AN EXPIRATION DATE...no doubt. a date required by STATUTE, not logic nor scientific reasoning.
With litigation so prominent in the patient-hospital situation, no hospital would use an out of date drip bag. Tested or not.
Can you think of any other reason for questioning the potency except expired dates?? TELL ME. I flatter myself that I am reasonable and would listen.
The G4 does nothing but collect dust in the CDEX LAB.
But in the highly unlikely event that it is ever deployed for use, I doubt that it would be used to read expiation date labels.
Even the most untrained LPN can do that.
BTW, there is no such thing as an "informed patient or family member". They rely on the care providers to be informed.
But I grant that if a patient or family member takes a close look at a drip bag and sees an expired date, they will raise a fuss.
http://scopeblog.stanford.edu/2012/10/08/study-expiration-dates-have-nothing-to-do-with-shelf-life-of-drugs/
Even years after the expiration date, potency not compromised.. according to the Stanford study.
Pill makers are required by statute to put an expiration date on prescribed meds. They will not "guarantee" potency after that date.
They are happy to comply with the statutes. Not scientific logic. No money in logic.
Expiration dates are not only usually wrong, they are prima facie silly. The notion that as of midnight on a certain specified date, any substance undergoes a spontaneous chemical reaction that renders it unsafe or ineffective cannot be supported by logical thought.
Over the years I sent many so called out-dated chemicals to the labs for testing. Never had even one fail the potency tests. Without exception they all came back for continued use... but with a new expiration date... The labs did not want to run out of "work".
I never have sent in "expired" medicines for testing but I am morally certain that they would also pass muster.
Trying to prove something by quoting a known notorious liar?? Not hardly!! Won't work.
LOL!! I suspect that this forum is required reading amongst the INONITS at CDEX...few AS THEY ARE THESE DAYS.
Somebody HAS TO FURNISH THE spokesperson(S) SOME LINES TO POST.
WHAT THE REAL DISGRACE IS that GUDE OLD JIM is supporting an obvious share selling SCAM. CDEX.
One cannot prove what did not happen. Obviously it did not happen. Even if it did, one cannot prove with a G4 what the shelf life is of a drip bag. That was a dastardly lie from the beginning.
I don't believe that anyone CARES what the shelf life of a loaded drip bag is.
Quite a commute!! Ramona to Tucson, even considering I 8 and I 10
it is a bit far to drive daily. Or even weekly.
One must believe that the CEO is an absentee CEO. But of course, there is telephone service. Even if nobody answers at the CDEX orifix. Maybe mental telepathy?? Never can tell about those Californians!!
Nothing to do at the office. The salaries for Daddy and Juniour can be mailed by the CFO..
I have asked the GUDE CAP'N time after time not to quote or refer to utterances or otherwise of CDEX, a bunch of proven liars.
But he persists. Which he can do if he likes being scorned and ignored by his former worshippers on the TRU BLOO BOARD.
WOWSIE WOW!!
Well CAP'N who knows why otherwise seemingly good and even professional people, even people such as ships capNs support an obvious share-selling scam??
Beats the heck outa me.
MONEY MAKER SHORE NUFF is CDEX hey CAP"N?????
So why are they near broke and the CEO gone back home??
Good ole JUIM THE SECOND is NOT the COO. He is president of one of the divisions of Visante.
He will be glad to hear of his promotion, anyhow, CAP"N...if you can make it stick.
Anyway, if he is so good, why is he supporting CDEX a known share selling scam??
Or is he?? Or is that just a supposition you made up???
Ain't any money in it for them anymore. Gotta have VOLUME. As a famous TROO LONGER used to say...WATCH THE VOLUME!!!@#$%^&*()_.
And VOLUME THEY AIN"T GOT. Extremely small chance that VOLUME will EVER MAKE A COMEBACK. Unless GEMINI or whomever is controlling the SP lets it fall down to .00001.
Yes, even dumb Auld Octogenarians.
There has been very few trades in several years.
Not even enough to start a pattern...except ZERO trades.
Best to let the SP fall sub-penny. Then at least some flippers MIGHT show up.
STREETIE;
They take the weekends off, according to their spokesperson(s).
Missing a good op to set up a Ukelele and harmonica band to attract a few yokels with yodels. THE SEEDECK DIGGERS BAND. Got a ring to it.
Might even sell somebody a METH gun if they play it right. If they have any in stock.
At least attract some customers to the Pizza shop next door.
Could use a G4 as a percussion instrument.
Let the LOCALS know that there really IS a cdex.
If any give a flip.
Someone reminds me of Charles Dickens "ARTFUL DODGER". So JB claims he never got paid back on his loan to CDEX because all he got was shares and options. LOL!! That is quite strange, since he is to pay off the creditors with that same currency.
Griffin negotiated a mealy-mouthed announcement when he regretfully could not move to Tucson. MP bragged on him, and even made him a "consultant" for awhile. I think someone knows about "consultant".
MP probably did know about the 33% loan ahead of time. But he wanted to fire GRIFFIN anyway. Griffin was not obeying him with sufficient reverence. JB has not made that mistake... but he is prolly on his way out, anyway.
MP is NOT A SAINT...nor an Angel...LOL!!
Ah yeas, I forgot to mention that CISCO did forecast the MP/JB plan ahead of time... including the interim appointment of a temp CEO.
He is an amazing source of info, is CISCO.
Who really cares when JB took an interest in CDEX?
How is that relevant to anything??
JB gave out harbingers of his interest early on while claiming to be the largest single shareholder and getting some TOUTs to tell of an un-named rich guy with heaps of shares wanting to be CEO
back when they were dissing MP so bad on the TROO-BLU forum.
MP put up a smoke screen by resigning and appting an interim CEO as he quit and run off back east. JB was tied up in a Chap 7, so MP wanted to wait until JB had a handle on that before appting him CEO.
Except for that badly misplaced interest by the TRU-BLOOS, the
MP/JB plan was not hinted at..until it happened.
CDEX is not even a viable target for Penny Flippers. Their REP stinks so bad. They would need a co-signer to pay cash, probably,
If they had enough cash to pay what they would owe if not for the BK.
We all know that JB is a creature controlled by MP. To the extent that MP wants to control him.
But his first action that I am aware of was when he demonstrated his deep concern for CDEX and the shareholders by giving them a loanshark loan at 33 percent. This brought on the admiration of MP
and gave MP the excuse he needed to fire GRIFFIN.
Even payday loans are not so interest heavy. Turned out later though, that he hocked several million shares of CDEX to get the money to lend. Also hocked an airplane and a yacht that he did not own.
Got his BOSSMAN, MP to sign the share cert for him.
Now he has run off back to cal as he draws his final salaries from CDEX. Lost his shares in CDEX to the CHAP 7 court. No longer has a hound in the CDEX Possum hunt. So what he heck does he care??
Knows he has naught to sell for CDEX, so why waste his time hanging around the dimunitive CDEX office, playing canasta or sumpin. Lots of ops out there for a Scamming Man. Go gettem, Tiger!!.
OK, but I suggest that you truly should consider not using mute. Instead use MEALY-MOUTH.
Here is the definition of Mealy-Mouthed.
Those that advocate, for totally unreasonable reasons, the idea that CDEX has a future built on an IMAGINARY and totally unlikely
device such as the IG4, yet has no money to develop and market that device, must resort to Mealy Mouth utterences, either spoken or written, to try to make their points.
No money and no support from shareholders. Except a group from a smallish geographical area around the Staked Plains of NW TEXAS. A place where the dryness and persistent winds may tend to cloud the reason...and mirages are common.
MUTE POINT??
You mean MOOT???
The PUTATIVE CEO gone home to CA, the REAL BOSSMAN over in NC.. Nobody doing anything except the CFO keeping up with the dwindling funds. Finger on the ALARM. Push that sucker when the time comes to totally abandon ship.
Nothing to use to run a P&D....
CAP'N here posting a lot of BIG WORDS. Full of sound and fury, signifying naught.
Streetie posting a lot of total nonsense. Full of sound and fury, signifying even less than naught.
NOPE, not a viable penny flipper target, is CDEX.
