A bit of hair splitting there CAP'N. But even DOCS or PHARMS unlucky enough to become a very reluctant patient in the Hospital, would still be stuck with relying on the DOCs and Nurses, etc, health care providers.

They might become pests, questioning this and that but they would still be stuck with whatever the situation is.. Even if they have the power to hand select their caretakers.
