what event would trigger questioning a drip bag and make a potency test desirable or required?

Assuming the unproved assumption that the G4 would be employed to do that if ever it was deployed.

AN EXPIRATION DATE...no doubt. a date required by STATUTE, not logic nor scientific reasoning.

With litigation so prominent in the patient-hospital situation, no hospital would use an out of date drip bag. Tested or not.

Can you think of any other reason for questioning the potency except expired dates?? TELL ME. I flatter myself that I am reasonable and would listen.
