If successful when is the earliest they could bring this drug to market?
The RHA line crushed it. I think if you are big pharma is now or never, with never being expensive as hell.
insiders clearly new as evident in the price action
is there any hope for CLVS at these levels? I know their financials are a mess. Either more dilution needed, a partnership, or a buyout needed last time i checked.
MEIP offering at $2.60 per share. This is as bad as it gets as far as offerings go.
so MRNA down 8% on this news?
So is MEIP's pracinostat phase 3 disaster keeping a lid on the stock price as investors fear a potential repeat?
also found this on twitter, have no idea who BrooklineCM is though
BrooklineCM:" $MEIP Stunning Zandelisib FL Data, Similarly designed open-label pII studies in this setting have demonstrated ORR of 57-59% and CR of 6-12% at best; and with meaningfully higher levels of toxicity; TIDAL demonstrated a greater than 20% impr. in ORR, TP=$20."
On top of that who knows how quickly the FDA will be circling back around to RVNC considering the backlog COVID has created.
Vin I suspect you are right, plenty of time to sell and come back later.
While we are at it, did anyone ever definitively find out why Dan Browne got sacked?
Having one of those miss me yet moments.
$40 a share might be fantasy but pick a number there’s Gotta be a way out of this than waiting it out for 12 months with the same management
RVNC - I'm going to shoot from the hip here....because that's all we can do at this point. Thoughts / replies welcomed.
1. Is there a Curtis Wright in the FDA?
2. Did Allergan / Abbvie have undue influence here?
3. Why an all stock deal above 40 would be good right now?
- allows every shareholder to be in the green
- allows shareholders to maintain a call option on Daxi approval
down the line
- avoids capital gains taxes
- avoids another round of financing
- allows management to bow out without the possibility of screwing
this up again.
There has to be a reasonable price that a big biotech could offer that would satisfy everyone and allow us all to move on.
With delays and dilution the opportunity cost of waiting for RVNC to get their SP into the 40's is too great. Let's make it happen now while maintaining a call option on Daxi's success.
A new position Monday may be a bit hasty, barring a buyout RVNC seems dead for a long time, we are talking approx 12 months until approval. I guess ER could surprise but not enough to move the needle.
I think the best situation is an all stock deal around $42-45 per share.
Do we see an acquisition in leu of a capital raise?
Yeah I honestly can't wrap my head around it.
The 5 extra months, all the Allergan employees they hired, the move to Nashville.
It's just mind blowing...
Why no CC?
Approve it and let the buyers submit their bids
Im with you kobers, given the additional 7 months to prepare... that was the one silver lining I kept telling myself wrt the COVID delay, that they ahd time to double dot each i and double cross each t... this really stings
Well I hope you are wrong JBOG. Everywhere I look I see signs of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. The tailwinds of this industry and the pressure to look good and younger just seem incalculable.
True, just wasn’t sure if there was something in the last ER that spooked investors
What’s putting pressure on the stock we should be going up as approval nears?
Pretty solid ER no? Can you add some color commentary on how you feel the filler launch and HintMD is going Dew?
Add in Daxi revenue and Daxi Filler synergies and Revenue could explode upon approval.
CCXI - anyone bullish here after receiving the 3 month PDFUA extension by the FDA?
Nice find! I think selling now would be regretful, I would imagine the Botox franchise is valued north of 100 billion and we want what 4-5 billion?
RVNC - How long after inspection until we receive a decision IYO?
Yes this Delay sucks but RVNC could be the last company to receive FDA approval for a neurotoxin here in the US, the barrier for entry into the toxin market is just too great. RVNC's future is very bright. The tailwinds in the space are overwhelming.
Covid-19 is fuelling a Zoom-boom in cosmetic surgery

Really disappointing to hear the FDA has not even schedule the inspection yet. On a positive note filler revenue is looking great.
10 billion is just me pulling a number out of my rear. In all reality RVNC cant be properly valued IMO due to its tailwinds and the barrier for entry into the market couple with the fact that no generic will ever be able to enter.
Botox market is going explode over the next 5 years and Revance will print money.
RVNC - Who is brave enough to recommend the best option play on RVNC based on my own estimate that RVNC will be worth $100 a share in 2 years?
Good question wrt to buyout. Hopefully management is waiting on approval and a hefty price tag.
Do you know how to trade options? I would like to place a big bet on RVNC based on my 10b valuation estimate but I have never bought or sold options before.
Wrt to EGRX, yes I was a big bull, but lost interest after the debacle with EHS indication.
I still think they are a great company and have a bright future.
Why you might ask? because the barrier to entry in the toxin market is just way to high, i don't foresee many future entrants if any.
and the tailwinds for the toxin space are quite numerous.
Well ironically the stock is moving up today. I am on board that Revance will be a 10 billion dollar company in a year so I don’t think the price will erode at all.
(RVNC) - Thank you for sharing, we need approval like yesterday, lets go FDA.
Revance deserves approval soon especially since they have moved their headquarters to Nashville and have created tons of jobs. The city of Nashville should be doing everything they can to help Revance with the FDA
Few I believe it’s behind a paywall,
Can you copy and paste your comments here please
Strong day today on roughly 3x average volume, anyone feel like approval is coming sooner rather than later? Sure trading like it
Understood, thank you for the response. I would expect an offering after Daxi approval.
Dew any comments on the increase in authorized shares?
Offering coming or prepping to make an acquisition or neither?
ENTX - Dew, please excuse me if you have covered Enterabio recently, but do you follow or have an opinion on this one? I'm doing some cursory DD and see their CEO is listing Enanta as a bio he either help found or was once the CEO, being that you are an ENTA long I was wondering if you have an opinion here. Thank you.
