Seems like trading's off in a lot of issues - strange (old) quotes on Level 2s across the board.

There are 2 different 8ks on Edgar - 1 kicking off Manning et al and the other one kicking off Vince - both list the same phone number/address for Valcom. Call that number and she states that Vince is still the CEO.

If jilted (ex??) board members released an unauthorized 8k, they could be in some deep doo-doo!!
