capted... so how is your treasure seeking company going these days? You got your funding and divers and a boat? Finding big treasures??
UNDR has one shot in this world and that is to have one of the F'n investors that tells them they are funding them, signs a financing agreement, promises and promises the money is on the way... to finally come thru for the company.
Company keeps digging thru the horse shit to find the dang horse (funding)... lol
Look, NOBODY is happy with the lack of financing news but at least they are still trying to get the promised money sent in and are not dumping shares of stock to survive. Would say what I think of their Mexican 'investor' but better not.
moneynmetals... .001 x .0012 ain't bad. It isn't funding news or permit news but the company is still trying to succeed and someone is accumulating to have the price come up these last few days.
I know you are totally frustrated and you are not alone...
Best to you!
You think bringing filings up-to-date is at the top of the company's list when they get their funding? It is on the list of many things to do... just other things are more critical so when filings are brought current, you should realize other really good things have occurred.
Again... anyone seeing any company pump and dump? Any fluff PRs? Any dilution?
Please... in spite of this horrendous F'n delay in updating shareholders, the company is doing one thing and that is SURVIVING until they plug in the one missing piece of the puzzle... FUNDING.
CAPTED... funding is everything. Without the funding, any small company like UNDR cannot do ANYTHING.
You obviously are in the same boat as this little company, Capted (Captain Ed, right)? Captain of what, Ed? You brought your treasure hunting ideas to UNDR and they did not act on them because... they have no funds to act on them. So why did YOU not secure sufficient funding to do your own treasure search and recovery?
Sad that people who cannot perform point fingers at others...
UNDR is, in fact, a one employee company per the financials but there are other 'unpaid employees' working hard to make this company viable. An employment contract does not define an employee... one days that will become apparent.
John is right... the company has not been selling any shares and are gasping financially. Most companies would be using shares to keep afloat but not UNDR management. If that does not tell you something, then you don't have a clue.
However... I am also frustrated as the rest of you that we do not have the funding and permit news yet. But I believe the company is not at fault with the delay and that they are continuing to trust the funds that have been agreed to will finally arrive.
DTGoody... you are correct about the SEC. It is a Catch-22. Company needs the funds to bring financials up to date but also need to negotiate a reasonable settlement with their NIR lawsuit so they really need to not release some major incoming funding til that is resolved but they have to have funds to settle...
You really believe it happened that way... a market order from an inexperienced investor caused it to blip up to .0019??
As far as news is concerned, I kinda feel like you do. No signs of news coming. Company has signed a multi-million dollar financing agreement months ago and still no news released.
Disappointing... very.
Just getting home and crawling into bed... damnnnnn long day after working all weekend! And I heard some Einstein sold just a few shares (coffee money) at .0005 this morning. Dude... if you need cash that bad, send address and I will mail you a Starbucks card! LOL
Again... there are 10,000,000 reasons to hang on to your shares! It is frustrating it is taking so long but, as I have said many times, the company is hanging in there waiting for the funds to get in their account.
Paperwork has been signed. Period!
Permit will follow right after the $$$$ hit the account. Period!
The company is NOT selling shares... NOT issuing fluff PRs... NOT doing anything but trusting and believing and hoping and praying the money comes soon. What else can they really do???
Good luck to us all!
DTGoody, Vrana is awesome and so is the other archaeologist that is coming onboard! :)
Just passing thru... way busy with real job these days. I keep an eye on this and I think people are quietly accumulating this stock in the belief the company will release the funding and permit news eventually.
What gives this company credibility to me is they are hanging in there with no incoming revenues and they are not using shares to survive. No 504 shares in a long time and no pump/fluff 'feel good' PRs which I admit I wanted them to release. LOL They are adamant they are going to wait until the funds are safely in their account and permit is in hand before they release the combined funding/permit PR. Whether you like the delay or not, and none of us like the delay... that proves to me this company is legit and worth waiting on. I can assure you their frustration is many times greater than ours.
Goos luck to us all... and .0012 X .0013 yesterday with no news in forever is pretty encouraging to me.
I know who bought the 500K shares at .0013 and I believe there will be a lot more of that happening. I talked with Bobby 2 days ago and I am still very positive they will be all we expect them to be, if not bigger. Gotta get some sleep... crazy busy at work these days. I will touch base with him in the next couple of days. Nite
Hello All... Just checking in and it appears we are about to move back up as the profit-takers (those that bought in the .0003 - .0005 range) have gotten their double and moved on and also the doubters who sold out and moved on. This is a good thing as now the people holding shares are not just wanted a little profit but believe that the company has hung in there with the best of them and, thru hard work, determination, great connections, a perhaps a little luck... is about to realize their long-awaited dream.
I totally believe this is a legit company that is going to have major funding in place to do what it is intended to do... search and find treasures in the ocean. It has the technology and it will have one incredible group of team players... world-renowned individuals. It will have treasure funding and operational funding. It will bring all their financials up to date promptly and it resolve all their remaining pending matters because they will have the funds to do so.
Before Christmas, I was constantly belaboring the point that Herbert needed to release a shareholder update and I repeatedly emailed him this as well. I can now say I understand the need for silence then and even right now and Herbert has earned my respect for all he has accomplished to date and will succeed at in the very near future. Same with Bobby... he has been committed to this company, put his life savings in it many years ago, and I hope/believe he will be well-compensated (finally) for his perserverence.
This WILL be a major play in the near future and many people will make a lot of money in UNDR. These are my honest opinions based on my extensive due diligence and I wish you all the best! I do not have as much time these days to be here like in 2012 (business is booming in 2013) but I will keep checking in. Take care!
So far, a very good week for UNDR in many ways. It is taking SO dang long to get the news we all want but I honestly believe almost every major pieces are already in place...
Herbert made an important trip these last few days. Hope to hear something the first of next week on how it went.
Capted... Let's set the record straight! There are multiple employees with this company but there has been no income so no money to pay employees.
You brought the company a wreck last year but, unfortunately, they did not have their funding in place to look at ANY wrecks. They will look at plenty of wreck sites and get plenty of divers and the appropriate number of boats when their funding and permits are in place.
I agree that you should wait until these items are finally PRed and then purchase your shares. My expectation is the stock price will be moving up pretty fast so I suggest you keep UNDR on your sonar... JMO.
lukin4winners... Bobby's email to you is as accurate as it gets.
If you look back at my posts these last several months, I asked other shareholders to email our CEO, Herbert Leeming, to release a shareholder update PR as I was aggressively emailing him myself. I still felt as you do and others that we deserved a simple update since it has been, as Bobby said, about 19 months since the company released any public news. But Herbert simply would not bend and it was finally disclosed to me that the current investors did not want ANY release of news until all the dealings for financing and permits were 1000% completed. And, as we all know, HE who holds the money makes the rules...
So patiently, and mostly impatiently, we wait to get one blockbuster PR saying the funding is done AND the permit(s) is/are done. Bobby said it is close and I believe him. I also believe a multi-million funding package with permit in hand, world-class Titanic archeologist, financials brought up to date, and other 'positives' will have a very positive effect on our stock price. A long time coming...
One last comment but a VERY important one. This company has showed it is a legit company by NOT releasing fluffy PRs to pump the stock price and then sell shares into the run-up. They have not taken salaries and, contrary to what one poster keeps saying, there are multiple 'employees' who have done without any money for years, invested hundreds of thousands of their own money into this company. They have hung on for dear life while they struggled to secure a huge financing deal based on their technology, their incredible connections, and their CEO's knowledge of treasure recovery. So when the news is finally released, I suggest all of us who have been critical of Bobby and Herbert take a moment to give them their dues. They will have earned it...
Shareholder just emailed me and I see some are saying the company is being the selling and I say 'BULLSHIT' on that.
The company is still working on getting all the pieces put together (financing, permits, financials) and are not willing to put out any news until it is all 1000% complete. They had no role in the run up of the stock the past few days nor do that have any responsibility if several shareholders sold their shares.
When and only when the company is ready to release their news will this stock make its long-awaited major run. I am not following it daily because the company made that perfectly clear to me, regardless of how many times I pleased, yelled, and screamed for Herbert to release a shareholder update. I believe the major parts of the overall plan are firmly in place and I cannot say which parts. I do believe/hope the final parts will be finished and we have a complete press release within the next 2-3-4 weeks. I believe this... so we will see.
I agree. Vrana has the name recognition thus giving the company credibility as they finalize things.

Watch for more additionals to this list soon.
DT... Ken Vrana is a key factor for UNDR's future success and an integral part of the company. More will be released about Ken and other key individuals that are joining the company once the funding and permit news has been released.
Folks... have been very busy with work and got a call we ended at .0008 today. Awesome.
All I can say is I believe as I always have that the funding and permits are coming, very close to completion but never close enough, and this stock will run hard when we get news from the company. All I can say at this time.
Best to all!
moneynmetals... Same Happy New Year to you also!
It is my belief we have the funding in place but not the final paperwork needed to release news. They want 1000% assurance before they release any $$$$ news because they had funding lined up in the past but never got the proper proof of funds needed to proceed to securing the permits.
I have encouraged all shareholders to email Herbert for a shareholder update and several have done this. Obviously it did not result in the requested press release but I believe it did make Herbert aware of his responsibility to us shareholders and, hopefully when they secure the 1000% assurance of funds, he will provide us all with the long-awaited press release!
Millions of dollars of funding + permits (plural) = Major increase is stock price
There will be little stability with UNDR until the company releases financing and permit information.
It is taking forever... but I believe it is a done deal.
Funding news is very close and a shareholder update PR these last few weeks would have prevented one of our shareholders from unloading his shares at rock bottom prices! This simply falls on Herbert's shoulders as a failure to do his fiduciary responsibility... I have bit@hed about this several times on this board.
The good news is someone has started loading shares in anticipation of funding and permit news. Smart money gets in early so let's hope the word spreads and we ease up in spite of Herberts lack of shareholder updating.
USAU stock symbol is not for USA Uranium anymore, unfortunately. We are dead in the water folks.
DTGoody, You are right about Herbert not caring, unfortunately. I email him constantly about this very subject and I believe he is totally self-absorbed with his own agenda. Why? Let me share my beliefs on it.
Herbert invested everything he owns in this company... everything. And he got many of his friends and acquaintances to invest also. All at MUCH higher prices, like some bought when the stock was in the dollars. OUCH! So Herbert is and has been in total survival mode for a very long time and now, he can sense this is finally going to pay off for him and his friends pretty soon and all he is focused on is making it happen in a big way... a monster way.
I also believe that Herbert is scared to death of saying anything until he has all the critical parts lined up, double/triple checked and verified, so there is NO chance of the data not being properly reported when it is released. Some of the data is probably very sensitive information and there probably is a NDA in place which also limits his communication with us... but we still deserve a shareholder update PR, imo.
I do believe we are in much better shape than anyone realizes and I also believe we will get the loooonnnggg-awaited news at the end of 2012 or maybe the first week of 2013. Too bad some investors will take the tax loss writeoff before then and I blame Herbert for those casualities... a simple 'we are close' PR would have us 200%-400% higher than where we are right now so when that 'monster' PR is released, we run from a much higher position!
Just my thoughts.
Accurate posts today and I am forwarding them to Herbert as I have other scalding, yet truthful, posts. I am not sure if they will make a difference but I will keep informing him of his responsibility to his shareholders.
Company has been very insensitive in keeping their shareholders updated with recent developments. Pressure continues to be applied to Herbert to fulfill his fiduciary duties as the CEO of this company.
With that said, it is my understanding and believe Herbert is trying hard to finalize the funding and permits needed to move forward.
All we need is a shareholder update.
Moneynmetal, We are all waiting to finally get the notification that the company has their funding in hand! They put forth effort on this every single day...
This week, perhaps. It is close, imo.
Ok, sorry for my absence but work has been demanding of late. Anyway, I continue to believe that the company is working diligently to secure funding and permits. And that they are very close.
You have my word that I believe this 1000%.
Guardian... funding news is coming. I totally agree with you it has taken way too long but... I honestly believe it is coming within the next few weeks, hopefully sooner.
Gingi... I know for a fact that NOW is the time to ask for the update. I believe there is information that Herbert can release to his shareholders that will be beneficial to us and, especially, to the stock price.
Herbert, Bobby, and all the others associated with this company have been working very hard to secure funding which is a requirement to get permits issued. I believe they were close once before and extremely close right now. A shareholder update can be in very general terms and not jeopardize any negotiations that might be ongoing but will help bolster the confidence of the shareholders. As the end of the year gets closer, some frustrated shareholders might just sell their shares to take a tax loss when we could be days/weeks away from getting the funding/permit news we all have been waiting on.
As you saw, Moneynmetals just sold his shares a couple weeks ago because there was no update, thus no hope! I don't want that to keep happening.
And, Moneynmetal, I told Herbert just now in my heated email to him that he owes you an apology.
And that he owes all his shareholders an apology... and a d@mn update!
Leeming@Mindspring.com
Please take the time to let Herbert hear from each and every shareholder that feels the same!
Moneynmetal... I hate to hear that you sold out after all this time and that you took a huge loss. This is one of the reasons I have been pushing Herbert to issue a shareholder update and I am sending him your post tonight and letting him know his arrogance caused one of his shareholders to lose $$$ big time!
Anyway, best to you.
Company is not ready to look at ANY treasure sites yet. They still have to finalize funding first, then obtain permits, then they can start to focus on gearing up operations to go treasure hunting.
It is taking a long dang time to dot the i's and cross the t's.
But I still believe they are diligently trying to get it done. Totally out of their control, imo.
CatPuke... I think they have been so close for months now that it is hard to scrap it but it is time for the investors to step up and make it happen! Unreal this delay.
Again, if you are not emailing Herbert and voicing your displeasure with the lack of news, you are NOT helping the cause. All I am going to say about it.
Leeming@Mindspring.com
I spoke with the company on Monday and they are still working on funding and permits. All I can say other than it is taking way too long and I am still pressing Herbert to issue us a shareholder update. NO reason not to do that!
Real... I was not in the stock back then and you are probably 100% right of your assessment. As I understand it, they did have a permit or permits that expired, had a funding agreement in place that never got funded by those investors, had a lease on the boat that sat for years and fell into disrepair, and they still have the patent on the technology.
I am not trying to convince you or anyone else that funding and permits are right around the corner. It is what I believe and that is all I am saying. I have tried to get other shareholders to email Herbert to provide us a shareholder update so we can all hear where we are with all of this. We are all down significantly with our investment in UNDR and I am also frustrated with the lack of news and especially the horrible stock price. I emailed Herbert again today asking for the update PR and will continue to do so.
If this was a hoax, don't you think the company would be issuing lots of bogus PRs and then dumping shares on the PRs?
Unfortunately, the reverse has been happening. Company is way too conservative, to a fault, in my opinion. I believe there have been good things happening and efforts are being made so the CEO could and should inform us of their efforts.
Clearly there have been delays but it is not a hoax, that I believe.
