Lots of people trust the CEO... lots of them aren't on here anymore, though.

Tom and Chuck would not put themselves through an non-required conference call if the news wasn't good (they haven't to this point, so why would they start now?)... legally, I don't think they are required to have any sort of conference call right now? So it seems the information in it would be good/positive. imo
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xmas
Xmas is a common abbreviation of the word Christmas. ... The "X" comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word ???st??, which in English is "Christ". The "-mas" part is from the Latin-derived Old English word for Mass.
(all of the Greek letters didn't translate above, but you can follow the link to see them)

Looking forward to it!
BVTK
And this is just the beginning....... Great things ahead!
BVTK
DarkPulse is a private company... they don't have to show anyone anything.
Also, there are likely NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in place.
BVTK
They may never name their 'agent'... this is security stuff... government and corporate customers, and everyone else in between, don't want their name passed around for security reasons... it's part of working within the industry.
BVTK
BVTK is going to be HUGE!!!
BVTK
This is not RNVA.
Just like anything else in life... judge each thing on their own merit... like the 8-K that just came out.
BVTK
And this is on "only" ONE leg of BVTK's business efforts! This huge amount is "only" for DP (just getting started!), not including CrucialTrak, telecom, ecrypt, etc... Imagine as these things start adding up...
imo
BVTK
A great sign, imo. He doesn't legally HAVE to do one right now, as far as I know? (If that's wrong, someone who knows better, please chime in.) If it was going to be bad, why would he set himself up for grief? So, I would think it's going to be great info, and very positive!
BVTK
Nope, because I hope it is this week, and I hope it's today!
I think it is his intention for it to be this week, and since he said in the past about news on Tues and Thurs, I hope it's today... but I think he also knows that sometimes things out of his control happen, so he had to leave that little bit of room in there for delays due to unexpected stuff (maybe the engineer in him).
BVTK
The comment I just reposted still stays what I reposted? Still there...
Check the post I quoted.

eur06... You said it's coming this week.

PR about India’s deal likely TODAY, he said this week didn’t it?
It’s coming for sure!
Definition of expected means that it is LIKELY to happen, or that you BELIEVE (as in you 'expect' it, but leave room in case of something UNexpected delaying it). He did not PROMISE it this week, but it is likely, if you use the REAL meaning of EXPECTED.
ex·pect
ik'spekt
verb
past tense: expected; past participle: expected
regard (something) as likely to happen.
"we expect the best"
synonyms: anticipate, await, look for, hope for, look forward to; More
regard (someone) as likely to do or be something.
"they were not expecting him to continue"
synonyms: suppose, presume, think, believe, imagine, assume, surmise; More
believe that (someone or something) will arrive soon.
"Celia was expecting a visitor"

On twitter the other day he said:
Update on DarkPulse and BVTK expected this week...
So since he said 'expected,' I would think that he is hoping it is out this week, but since the workings of doing business have lots of unexpected delays, he left that 'expected' in there... in case something unexpected delayed it. Anyone who has ever done REAL business with REAL companies int the REAL world knows that delays happen, and it's okay. There are lots of moving parts that need to connect even before a PR comes out. Sometimes it takes longer than EXPECTED.

It takes time to grow a real business. Especially the sort that Dr. Cellucci is building, with huge customers and huge contracts in the making.

Longs still here... Day to day ups and downs are all part of trading. Patience will pay off. Maybe BVTK isn't for the impatient people...

StrikeForce Technologies Announces that the United States Patent and Trademark Office Denied Two Petitions for Inter Partes Review of StrikeForce’s U.S. Patent No. 8,484,698
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/strikeforce-technologies-announces-united-states-141542722.html
Dr. Cellucci sure knows how to set up all these alliances with the best of the best. That 2FA is everywhere.
BVTK
I guess I missed that one... that's great news! Especially now that the StrikeForce patent is approved, that should help BVTK 'sell'!
BVTK
Is Bravatek partnered with StrikeForce?
Yes, I did read the post you linked to... but in the post I questioned, you were talking about bylaws, not SEC guidance... so I asked how you know what it in BVTK's bylaws. You sent me a response about what is in the SEC guidance (below is what you linked to).
I read the post it was responding to, and you answered that one also with SEC guidelines (see below), not BVTK bylaws.
Did you not read my post? How do you know what the BVTK bylaws state?
"My bad...you are correct. I had two different stocks on my mind and was referring to the SEC guidance about RS’s being done by Board votes.
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersreversesplithtm.html "
You said "as stipulated the in bylaws"...
I was wondering how you know what is in the BVTK bylaws?
BVTK
Is that hearsay about what the by-laws say, or can you provide a link to what you heard/read somewhere?
BVTK
All this "hot air" has way more than tripled my investment... keep up the hot air!
BVTK
And how many posts on here have a disclaimer (like "imo")!!!
BVTK
"Association" opens many doors. Especially for Govt contracts.
BVTK
...and don't forget NATO.
BVTK
How is it relevant to compare any other stocks on here to BVTK (as 'some' people say BVTK will RS, go back to trips, etc... because OTHER pink stocks have)?
And Tom's FB is relevant because he is the CEO and sometimes the things he posts are relevant to BVTK, and sometimes they're not... as time passes, we see in retrospect which ones are and which ones aren't... like his trip to South Korea posted on his personal FB page, which pertained to CrucialTrak, as only ONE example.
BVTK
And that was only a small part of what was on the page... it's very interesting, and lots of possible potential there if he met with him regarding BVTK.
Stewart A. Baker is a partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP. He returned to the firm following 3½ years at the Department of Homeland Security as its first Assistant Secretary for Policy.
At Homeland Security, Mr. Baker created and staffed the 250-person DHS Policy Directorate. He was responsible for policy analysis across the Department, as well as for the Department’s international affairs, strategic planning and relationships with law enforcement and public advisory committees. This work required a broad understanding of all aspects of the Department’s activities, including maritime regulation, customs enforcement, immigration, identity management, SAFETY Act implementation, money laundering enforcement, government contracts, and regulation of travel and air transportation, and its role in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
While at DHS, Mr. Baker led successful negotiations with European and Middle Eastern governments over travel data, privacy, visa waiver and related issues. He devised a new approach to visa-free travel, forged a congressional and interagency consensus on the plan and negotiated acceptance with key governments.
He also managed the passage and implementation of the SAFE Ports Act, led the Department’s policy effort to reform federal immigration laws, and transformed the Department’s role in CFIUS, helping to drive the first rewrite of the CFIUS law and regulations in a generation.
Telecom, Internet & Media
Mr. Baker managed one of the nation’s premier technology law practices at Steptoe before accepting the DHS post. Described by The Washington Post as “one of the most techno-literate lawyers around,” Mr. Baker’s practice covers national security, electronic surveillance, law enforcement, export control encryption, and related technology issues. He has been a key advisor on US export controls and on foreign import controls on technology. He has also advised companies on the requirements imposed by CFIUS. In addition, he was responsible for spearheading the government-private sector coalition that permitted major telecommunications equipment manufacturers and carriers to break the decade-long deadlock with law enforcement on wiretapping of modern technology, permitting successful implementation of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).
In 2010 Mr. Baker's memoir of his time at the DHS, Skating On Stilts: Why We Aren’t Stopping Tomorrow’s Terrorism, was published by Hoover Press. Drawing on his experiences, Mr. Baker examines the technologies we love–jet travel, computer networks, and biotech–and finds that they are likely to empower new forms of terrorism unless the United States changes its current course a few degrees and overcome resistance to change from business, foreign governments, and privacy advocates.
International Trade
Mr. Baker’s practice includes issues relating to government regulation of international trade in high-technology products, and advice and practice under the antidumping and countervailing duty laws of United States, European Union, Canada, and Australia. He also counsels clients on issues involving foreign sovereign immunity, and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Stemming from his role at DHS, Mr. Baker has a deep background in the international implications of US security policy – from the disputes over US collection of data from international businesses to the US statutory command that all containers being shipped to the US be scanned before leaving foreign ports.
Worldwide Arbitration
Mr. Baker has handled the arbitration of claims exceeding a billion dollars, is a member of national and international rosters of arbitrators, and is the author of articles and a book on the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitration rules.
Appellate
Mr. Baker has had a number of significant successes in appellate litigation and appearances before the United States Supreme Court. He developed – and persuaded the Court to adopt – a new theory of constitutional federalism that remains the most vibrant 10th Amendment doctrine of the past 30 years. In addition to having filed many Supreme Court and appellate briefs, Mr. Baker was appointed by the Supreme Court to brief and argue Becker v. Montgomery and was recognized in the Court’s opinion for his “able” advocacy. He founded the State and Local Legal Center, which represents state and local governments before the Court; and his writings on appellate and constitutional issues have been cited in various opinions of the Court. His brief opposing the federal government in New York v. United States, 488 US 1041 (1992), was described by Assistant Attorney General Walter Dellinger as “one of the most influential amicus briefs ever filed in the Supreme Court.”

If folks want a FAN page, there's nothing wrong with that. If someone doesn't like it, they can start their own 'not-a-fan' page...
and no, I am not a member of the fan page, but I do read it.
BVTK
Not sure, but maybe the folks who are used to trading the big board stocks are less worried because they are used to up and down, and usually ultimately up after time (longs), and also used to trusting a CEO to do what is best for a company (even when we don't know all the details of EVERYTHING and don't even know most of what is going on in the day to day contracting), which doesn't seem popular in the pinks. I am used to big board, and only some pinks, but the CEO on this one seems to me to be like a big board CEO. And maybe folks who are used to mostly the pinks are concerned because of little ticks that will resolve themselves after time.
imo
BVTK
Like you said, it is a FAN page.
And they focus on the strong DD that shows that this company is run by a CEO who has many great connections throughout the world, and knows how to bring industry and government together. Yes, it takes time, but it is happening, and patience will pay off.
imo
BVTK
That you're looking in the rear view window, not the direction BVTK is headed... you should do some DD so you can see where it's headed, not where it's been.
I invest for the FUTURE of the company, not for the PAST.
