Sorry, not sorry... Not a gambler... don't do it, never will.
I only invest in a few OTC stocks (mostly big board like NVDIA, etc.), but did in this one because of Dr. Cellucci. Difference between doing DD on, and investing in, a real stock and flipping pennies... Dr. Cellucci is not a penny scammer. He is not going to risk a lifetime of achievements to scam some penny stock investors. Maybe he is a different caliber of person than penny stock investors are used to.

reader3 - I think possibilities 3 or 5... I think BVTK shareholders will get at least some DPT shares... the way Dr. Cellucci posted on his personal FB page about yesterday being 'newsday,' and the news was put out about DPT, not BVTK, makes me think that... just a feeling.

If DPT acquires BVTK, what will happen to the JV? Will they also be acquiring BVTK's part in that JV and own the entire BVTK/DPT JV?

I am not 'touting' equity investors... it is a fact, as stated by Dr. Cellucci... on several occasions... if you read my entire post, you will see that I am not 'touting' it, that the Tweet by Dr. Cellucci stating the fact of equity investors is at the bottom of my post. The true long INVESTORS... the ones who trust his business skills and character to make this company a huge success... who will stick with the stock through the rough or slow stages. He said the equity investors are not worried about the PPS... imo I don't think he is worried about the fluctuations... fluctuations will happen and if someone bails 'early' because of it, that's their problem, not his... he's in it to make the company successful (imo not to please the person trying to sell stock in a day/week/month), which takes time, and it will have its ups and downs like any big board stock.

Just because a virus has the same name doesn't mean it's the same company or software as the server optimization software used by Ambicom ("Veloxum develops software that tunes servers and client PCs for optimum performance.")... there are also viruses called: ambulance (okay, so taking an ambulance to a hospital can give us a computer virus?), Pakistani flu (related to the influenza? I think not), Garfield (so now the age-old 'authentic' cartoon character is evil and spreading a computer virus?), etc...
