It is my opinion that the SEC is going to move to halt trading, and cancel the listing of this stock very soon. This may be followed by some form of criminal or civil litigation/enforcement. The Principals of this Company have a lot of malfeasance to be accountable for. It is also my opinion that the SEC actions may bleed over to "On the Move Systems" (OMVS).
Lots of promotion, but no action!
I am not impressed.
I think their is a reason for this company to remain listed. Unfortunately it is probably in no way related to the best interest of the Shareholders. The lack of communication by the company pretty much paints the picture.
Note to Gamber et al. Just heard the news. Don't bother packing anything but a toothbrush. Everything else will be taken from you.
Naples Connection:
I notice OMVS and the leftovers from AAVG are pumping the Naples Connection, and other fairy tales in Australia.

I have been following TSLA for some time. I see this company as being a leader in becoming a truly practical alternative to fossil fuel engines in the fairly near future. Having said that, I think they are in for a rough road because they will be under a lot of scrutiny by the big four, the oil companies, and a lot of stakeholders in competing areas that would not want them to succeed.
GLTYA
Has OMVS brought to FRUITION, OR PERFECTED financing on any of their many PR'd announcements involving letters of intent or joint ventures.?
Exactly: I have owned this stock for several years and know that AAVG (through a lot of digging and DD) that they have alienated most all regulatory agencies relating to SEC enforcement, as well as losing their ability to do business in any was as a company that falls under the category as an airline via the FAA.
Principals from AAVG/OMVS and Naples Connection are linked by their jumping around as principals of all three of these entities, at the same time. The muddied waters can't cover the incestuous self serving relationships.
It will be a rap for these idiots.
This is going "to knock your hat in the creek"!
Because I want to keep in touch with the warm and friendly people on this board.
I did. Thank God!
Do your DD on the Principals, their history, their performance, and the empiracal results of past PRs. You need to know the terrain on which you are currently deployed.
Another Dead Tuna:
It has long been washed up on the beach with no life.
The longer it stays there, the more it stinks.
Every once in a while OMVS tries to give it a little CPR with a long stick, and a paint brush.
OMVS got "painted" at the eod.
Excellent Posts Janice:
Well done!
You gave a succinct and direct report of your information, how your rec'd it, who it was from, and the company you contacted. Anyone could confirm your post by picking up the phone.
Thank you for sharing this information.
I was looking at OLIE as an investment, I think I am going to pass on this one.
The letter of intent involving AAVG with OTMS is one of 12 initiatives listed on the OTMS "News" part of their IHUB Board.
Can anyone tell me if there has been any action on any of these other announcements?
Thanks
Mr. Wilson (OMVS) and Henry Schulle are both connected with AAVG, as well as Gulf Coast Aircraft Inc. AAVG is an OTC entity that currently is a non reporting company designated as "buyer beware".

Henry Schulle of AAVG is still keeping himself active and connected with Gulf Coast Airline as reported in the a/n chart. I think this is pending a deal to provide Fixed Based Operation facilities in the new plan that was outlined by OMVS in its releases. AAVG has the company experience in operating them. Schulle may also be looking at amalgamating or selling them to the new service once they have proved themselves in the new plan.

P.S did anyone get any contact with him at his new phone number?
It is not polite to answer a question with a question, but I can't help but ask that there is a reason that AAVG is now connected with another group of companies?
If AAVG was useless, it would be off the board, and god knows that under the rule of Gamber their is good reason. Henry may have a relationship in his new role with another company that would be consistant with keeping AAVG alive for a yet unknown reason.
AAVG has debt, that could be used as a tax write off. AAVG did hold a Certificate that could be reinstated. AAVG has contacts in the Bahamas and perhaps contacts in CUBA as per their previous initiatives. AAVG has experience in FBO's. AAVG might be just kept alive to give the appearance that they are moving forward as a legit company for liability purposes. Beats me!
Please disregard all of the above if Henry Schulle remains silent.
In the past he has been the best communicator to shareholders. I am unsure of what is going on here, but am still holding.
Your welcome! I am not sure if this is a synergistic relationship or a game that AAVG is involved in. Cheers!
People were wondering where AAVG Management was located. I found Henry, and simply reported it to this board. There is also new contact information for Henry. Give him a call at his new crib, you might get some answers. That is, if you want them?
Click on the "Naples Connection" Building in the graphic. It shows Henry's formal title with that company!
Here is a link with info about Henry Schulle. I think it provides some current information. There is also phone contact information if you dig around the site.

Money...whats your "take" on this opening"?
We are already at half the average daily trading volume!
I would not be surprized if a deal is concluded and announced about "on the move" and "aavg" is announced today or tomorrow re: using aavg's fixed base ops expertise as per the recent announcement.
I think we are going to get definitive news this week on this stock, and it is looking like things are coming together for a partnership, a buy out, or a return of the certificate by aavg. If the news was all bad in last three weeks in the eyes of the enforcement agencies, they would have intervened. Perhaps Gamber et al were laying low until they got their house in order and are able to produce a believable P.R.
That sounds like a good old fashioned Icelandic name. Welcome Brother.
"BINGO" It is all going to shake out in a day or two!
Yes.."thats the ticket"....RIGHT!
I think that if AAVG remains silent, and OMVS publically alludes to a financial relationship with AAVG for too much longer, the SEC is going to investigate/act.
JMO
I think that AAVG is remaining silent on this new interest in its stock for fear of being investigated, and/or prosecuted by the SEC.
Gamber, Shulle, and the "duality of Wilson" have not officially brought AAVG into the mix here. I think it is a tactical defence in the event of SEC litigation. Clayton/Henry/Wilson....prove me wrong...?
Thanks for the info.
Could someone advise me of the middle name of Rober Wilson, CEO
Thank you
Could someone please advise of CFO Robert Wilsons middle name?
Thanks
It would be great if we could get some confidence building PR directly from AAVG!
Mr. Wilson must have fallen on hard times to end up affiliated with these two tin pot companies.
Go figure!
