I'm going to go ahead and echo valdai's concerns. Luckily I got out of SAE* in time, but I see some strange things here as well. Having such a small amount of revenue make me a little bit nervous in terms of dilution. Thoughts? Also having the virtual office in nevada is somewhat concerning as well.

I called TD Ameritrade as well as the SEC and they both said unsettled funds are fine even if it gets halted or suspended.

Just called the SEC, if it does get suspended your unsettled funds are still safe.
