If you look at recent press releases that USMJ has produced where other companies with their ticket symbols are listed at their highest peeks in price. Then you look at USMJ who's PPS is the lowest of all the other companies. That's a sign that all who made money from those other companies will eventually sell out and start investing in USMJ. That's when this boat will really get moving. It's all about the number of shares purchased @ .001s. We may see .01.

You know damn well this stock will never see $1.00 without a million to one reverse split. As much as you like to money that folds, you will only see money that tingles(Pennies or less).

Not really in Penny Land, my friend. Reverse Splits can come unannounced. This will be a great split if it happens because the stock is already on a current "RUN" and it's actually a good one with the amount of shares you wouldn't believe is out there. A little breathing room will take this space ship to the moon.

When companies dump, that drives up the 'PPS' for a while. Investors will always buy if they know they can make money while the price is going up. That's natural. No one cares how and what happened that caused the run.

Your correct. I like the idea of the reverse split tho. With over 20 billion shares dump and a current 'PPS' at .001, USMJ will only need a 5-10 per 1 split to see this creature go nuts. I'll say ,no matter what the company decides to do, we may see either .004 on this side or .04 on the reverse split side. We all make big money in any case. I'm already up 1000% on my investment. I was fortunate to buy in @.0001.

TenKay, these things take time to develop. USMJ will, of course, have to re- structure the share outlook. 10 Billion shares out standing is very disastrous for any stock, especially penny stocks. I'm looking for USMJ to announce a major retirement of alot of the O/S and/or a small reverse split, keeping the name, USMJ the same. That will get this ship moving for sure. The PURA shares was simply an activity to prove this company's sincerity. 2017 will be a big year for USMJ IMHO.

What this stock needs is a retirement of half the 10 billion shares out standing. That will send this ship sailing again.

You do realize your in "penny land?" These are only innovations. These are men and women who just happen to have access to a laptop computer and sits in a coffee shop all day thinking of ways to make money. They put together mostly successful ghost companies like this one in enticing broke individuals like you and I who has a desire to make more money with loose change we may have to spare. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't.

Don't hold them too long. I'm sure the outstanding shares are well in the double digit billions by now. Eventually, USMJ will have to file or risk being suspended. Once all those shares are recorded, "PPS" will drop like a bomb so you want to make money while you still can.

No! Only the shareholders who held their shares of "USMJ" before the close of trading on Friday, 20th of October, 2016 were supposed to receive shares in "PURA" 1 PURA for every 200 USMJ. That was all HOG WASH. It did however create a money train even for those that bought @ .0004, .0005, .0006 and .0007 because people are going to buy @ .001 because they know they can sell at .002 and those people know they can sell @.003. The rest I can't help you with.

I'll say, now that everyone see that they won't be getting any shares in "PURA" unless they purchase them themselves, everyone will sell all of their shares starting Monday until all the interest has faded whenever that may be. Indeed there is still alot of money to be made of this one after the company so cleverly set up a system where many shares has been purchased at high .000 and has yet to be sold at higher pps. I'll say, yes, we should see .001 next week. I'm still not sure how high in the .00 this will go. Congratulations to all who bought in at .0001!

So what happened all the other times it sat with no bid once exceeding 400 million shares? I'll say the latest press release stating pps pop based on upcoming news is the reason were finally seeing a bid. This stock, like the press release said, does have the tendency of reaching .0008 even tho this shares are being traded by the billions. We may see .001 soon.

What does "Pura" has to do with "USMJ"? Isn't the article suppose read, " thanks to Warren Buffet and Dairy Queen?

Checking my math: if a company had 1.5 billion shares that has been reduced by a 1:10,000 split, how many shares does the company end up with?

Helpful hint: 1,500,000,000÷10,000=150,000.

I understand that. I've implied that in my previous post. BCCI is a start up company with big dreams. What make this company so unique is the CEOs wouldn't simply put crap out there inorder to run this thing up. All information made public is real stuff. Not some "hear say" which can't be proven.

News will always cause a stock price, especially penny stocks to "skyrocket" when no forward looking statements or cautionary statements labels are place at the foot of the press release.
