I've been asking that question since the Imfamous Q&A session.
If the "Subsidiary" of MMTE is fully owned by MMTE and MMTE goes Bankrupt, the Subsidiary ( which ownes all the assets)can be sold/transferred to someone else...
Enter Mr Liberman?
How about Cashman?
Lets get real here and stop diluding ourselves that something good is going to happen, WE'RE GETTING PLAYED HERE.

It's been a while, but I keep looking to see what people are saying.
Today MMTE is hovering at .0001, thats a little disconcerting.
No, it's a lot disconcerting...
Still, the Question I wanted answered at WL's question and answer session last summer is still on the table, anyone want to take a stab at it?
Question: CLIL (or whatever it's called, don't remember right now...)is a subsidiary of MMTE, correct???
IF MMTE was to fold, Go out of business, go bankrupt, ect.,What Would Happen To The Subsidiary??? Would it go down with MMTE? would it go off on it's own? Would it get sold off as an asset to MMTE?
My fear is that when MMTE has outlived it's usefulness as a moneymaker it will be cut loose, and MMTE stockholders will not see a penny of CLIL profits because it will then be a private company.
Thoughts anyone?
Be nice to see if this lasts more than a few minutes...
Swell video...
Maybe WL should spend less time surfing the web for videos and more time raising the stock price for his investors.
Unless, of course... he finds a video about the carrot and the stick thoery...
In case that is too difficult a concept, let me explain.
Stock price goes up, attracts investors, stock price goes up more, attrcts more investors, so on and so on.
in contrast, stock price hovers near zero and we don't know why people won't invest.
Please...
MEOW!
The article you referenced cites fires that occured hours, even days after the crash test was conducted. As the technology becomes more engrained and widespread in society, services such as the fire service and wrecher services (among all others)will adapt to cope with the new challanges that lithium poses in instances such as vehicle crashes and fire.
Fact: Firefighters Love Water!
Fact: Lithium does not, It produced an extramely exothermic reaction in the presence of water (or Moisture).
Gasoline posed similer challanges, i.e. how do you put something out with water that floats on top of water?
Foam was developed...
Also gasoline from a ruptured fuel tank... travels, downhill, into sewers, catchbasins, waterways, not to mention its toxicity and other characteristics.
Don't think one is safer or more dangerous than the other just because your more comfortable handling it.
Both need to be handled with care.
Guess what, It's a public traded company.
People are investing in his product.
People are not seeing any return on their investment.
People are only seeing negative signs, hearing negative news, and not seeing any positive moves on the part of managment.
I'm sorry that William gets asked the same questions a thousand times a day.
Makes my heart break.
JUST ANSWER ONE OF THEM...
MEOW!
If we wait untill it hits .0001; we can buy all the o/s for 1.5 million, correct?
Hostile takeover anyone?
Can I try...
1. Brian is now gone? Golden parachute made out of MMTE Shares?
2. Natalia is new IR who does she work for no answer so far ...Being paid with MMTE Shares
3. Lawsuit update what happened at the hearing? Anything/Nothing? Lawyers being paid with MMTE shares
4. More advisory board member names and what role they will play. Also being paid with MMTE shares
5. 43-101 Well, dont know...somehow connected to shares?
6. PPS tanking hard????? Yes, everyone being paid with MMTE shares and cashing out with ASAP.
I don't want to see a R/S ever.
Its nothing but bad news to the investor.
15 billion share structure is outrageous, the flim-flam that 10 billion of that was done as a "covenent", "not to be issued" is a flat out lie.
Feel like I'm being Robbed.
Gee what to do? hope for the best or take the loss
Lets see
15,000,000,000 to sell
then reverse split to make it look attractive to the next group of "investors/suckers"
Then increase the O/S for a "New Covenant"?
Kool aid wore off again...
These guys should be careful, Heard about the SEC suspending trading on companies to investigate suspected shady trading practices. That would be a death knell for any company.
Then again, mmte has nothing to lose. Compania Lithium investments in Chile has all the land.
Honestly this feels like a slow swirl around the bowl...
Ack, this thing going to hit the dirt?
are they going to defalt on the loans where United and Turnbull go away? Massive Reverse split? then what? we start all over again?
Isn't this why the feds tried to shut down these scam companies?
For Fridays Q&A I wish to submit two questions...
1) The "covenent shares" were authoried by Mammoth to cement deals with financial entities for the aquisition of the concessions; Correct?
It was also mentioned (someware) that their function was also to prevent a hostile takeover of the company (that being MMTE). Now they are supposed to just be parked there, not in play at all.
Is that still the case?
And when will these "Covenent Shares be cancelled to reduce the overall outstanding share count?
2) Mammoth Energy Group Inc. has a wholly owned subsidiary called Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile, Correct?
Who owns the concessions (and assets of the company), Mammoth or Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile?
That is along the lines of my question in post 75682.
I don't want to get everyone worked up...
Maybe the cool-aid is wearing off.
But My confidence has been shaken.
Tell me there haven't been a lot of revelations lately about this company, and it's officers.
Yeah, so HE dosen't loose anything...
How about us.
I asked this question a little while ago with no response...
Mammoth Energy Group Inc. has a wholly owned subsidiary called Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile, Correct?
Who owns the concessions (and assets of the company), Mammoth or Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile?
In other words..., If mammoth folds, does Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile fold also; or go off on it's own?
Anyone got an answer?
How many common shares does Mr W's preferred shares convert into?
Someone mentioned the other day about the "covenent shares" being there to prevent a hostile takeover of the company. Now they are supposed to just be parked there, not in play at all.
Could the "good old boys" of past managment be staging a coup ?
They could be diluting, shorting, and aquiring a larger share position in the company. With such a large o/s, there could be a lot of gaming going on...
Am I off base here?...
Just a thought.
Meow.
Where is Salar del Laco ?
Anyone...
I'm hoping they spelled it wrong
...LAGO?...
Can't google it, and dosen't appear on google earth.
Yea, Reverse splits, mergers, buyouts; Fabulous ideas...each and everyone. but they won't make you as much as you think. A reverse split leaves you in the same boat, but with less shares at a higher pps, if that pps drops it just hurts more. A merger, depends on the terms, no one is going to merge with a pinky and give it super generous terms. A buyout, Well, take this amount of money-split it and leave.
A TRUELY Fabulous Idea would be to retire those "Covenent shares" ASAP, Take the O/S from 15 BILLION back to 5 Billion.
with the O/S 10 billion lighter and meat on the company's bones (concessions), The company looks better to investors.
Use proceeds to buy back even more shares as the business is building. We need the o/s to get under a BILLION to be truely attractive, and with that the PPS will be through the roof. not many "HOT" companies with billions of shares outstanding.
But, then theres the lawsuit...
A Parachute made out of rock?
It's gotta hit the hard deck soon.
The dirt is at .0001
Oral agreements don't get signed by their nature.
The plaintiff needs to show a "meeting of the minds" so to speak.
Also, The plaintiff OR Defendent only needs to prove51% of his case to win.
This isn't a death row case.
WL is smart to keep his cards close, If he can refute the plaintiff's assertions, he can win the "He said, She said" case.
Also, I can't imagine a prominent lawyer going before a judge with known "manufactured" evidence; Then again...
Many state and federal laws exist to ensure enforcement of oral contracts. If problems or disagreements should arise, the main problem with an oral contract is that the case becomes one person's word against the other. Some states may have laws (called statutes of frauds) that regulate the type of property or amount of money an oral contract can involve. States also have a statute of limitation on any contract. Contracts are not valid until there is an offer and acceptance. A meeting of minds occurs when all parties agree to the material or important terms and conditions of the deal. The essential problem with oral contracts is that they can be difficult to prove and enforce. The party who chooses not to honor its bargain will claim that no agreement was ever reached or insist that the agreed-upon terms were not as claimed. The case may be decided on whatever evidence is available - notes that were made at the time, witness recollections of what was said, emails, even plain common sense. This is why anything in writing, even doodle filled notepads and backs of envelopes, suddenly take on huge significance.
http://www.janetjennersuggs.com/verbal-agreements.html
In the breach of contract context, one of the most common – and potent – defenses to these cases is that the agreement was never reduced to writing, and therefore barred by New York’s Statute of Frauds. There is a narrow, but important exception to this rule: when the contract is terminable at will, or, in other words, if either party to the agreement is free to walk away at any time. This limited exception falls within the ambit of the larger exception that the Statute of Frauds does not apply to agreements that “are capable of being performed within one year.” This exception has been applied by New York’s courts in several different contexts, ranging from the breach of an agreement to supply goods to oral joint business venture agreements.
http://nysmallbusinessattorney.com/when-an-oral-agreement-is-perfectly-valid-under-new-york-law/
Oral agreements are powerful, In MMTE’s case it seems the question is whether or not the agreement was capable of being carried out in one year: money for shares. As for the talk of making up evidence… well, it is the law profession. No offence Rustler.
We're not gonna start with this time stuff again...
Soon, Immenent, Impending, on the way, comming, near, close, with in sight...
He'll release the 10Q when he's good and ready to
Just like the PR's
I'm trying to keep the faith.
Question: The Lithium Investments Limita is a sub of Mammoth, Correct?
Question2: IF WL wanted to, could he transfer these concessions to another entity or are they linked to Mammoth for ever and ever?
Does anyone think the dilution thats happening now with the pps and this lawsuit are linked with persons associated with the old managment, the cancelled shares and the shares that were used to pay off old debt.
Just speculating here; but it seems that there is more going on here than meets the eye.
Yes certain persons are not allowed to trade or hold stocks anylonger, but that dosn't mean a spouse, sibling, or associate can't.
The smell of money is in the air, Short the crap out of the stock- dilute like crazy to drive the pps into the ground- scare away the weak hands and maybe some stronger ones as well- make the company appear weak where they cant get funding- and buy it cheap with concessions in hand...
I don't know, thats just crazy thinking...
I do know with 15 billion authorized, everyones shares here combined; dosen't amount to much.
Someone tell me I'm wrong, Tell me it'll be ok; I want to Believe.
A lot of SCARE TACTICS are being employed here: lawsuits, dropping pps, spectors of the past, incredible outstanding share count.
Curious to see whats next, WL with good news or the spectors with bad.
Isn't this the usual story in pinky land...
SELL,SELL,SELL; Authorize more; SELL,SELL,SELL, Authorize more...
When the outstanding shares start shying people away, tell a sad story and then another of how a reverse split will fix everything, generate money for the company, pay off debt, and help shareholders (bag holders) in the end.
Then...
SELL,SELL,SELL; Authorize more; SELL,SELL,SELL...
"Say it ain't so Joe..."
Don't give Daytona the false sense that she will be a millionaire overnight, I think a couple of people here felt that way at first and then became bitter when it didn't materialize as fast as they wanted.
Any money invested in stocks should be considered lost, gone, never coming back, make her undertand that.
This is my second pinkie, the first one did great then died a sudden death, and I lost.
This one... well you know the story. Been here a long time and sometimes I'm the one that needs the defibulator.
Told a few of my friends about MMTE and I make it very clear about the risk of losing all the investment; but they too see the upside to this.
Once again KGEM thankyou for all your work and info on this board.
Pretty exciting stuff.
Someone should be writing this down... for the book...Kinda mystery, international intrigue, exotic locations type stuff here, all thats needed is the big money and girls.
Soil...Soil my Friend,
Soil is found on the surface of the Earth, DIRT is found in the vacuum cleaner bag!
Geology 101, professer was very into the soil vs dirt thing.
Anyway, wasn't there some preliminary assey work done way back in the summer of last year, seem to remember posts about preliminary lithium and potash concentrations. Back when there was the letter of understanding thing; and the praise to the Chilean Government with the mine rescue thing.
anyone else remember that?
With regards to how was this all paid for...
"VISA, it's where you want (lithium) to be!"
Think of the points!!!
MEOW
All this could take a while.
Drilling alone could take several days to weeks depending upon ground conditions, rock hardness, bore diameter and depth. and thats for each hole. Granted there can be multiple rigs operating at once, But there is a big area to cover.
Plus it's in the desert.
Then there's testing which would probably occur concurently once enough samples are collected.
Mapping of results in 3D.
Thats where the rubber meets the road, and thats where the true value of the company is revealed.
Acerage x Li Concentration + Acerage x Potassium = $$$
Thankyou Sir,
I try to post something meaningful here and there, but if you read some of my earlier posts I'm not in the smart class yet.
Saw your other reply; by all means, Keep your cards close, I'm not looking to open cans of worms
YES, Strategic Direction is very important; both long term and short term. And both will have different goals. It would be my guess that WL has considered that in mapping the direction he wants to take the company.
your question before WL; I imagine you've voiced it to him...When and If you are able, please share.
People often talk as if WL dosen't fully divulge his plans to shareholders like he should, and most corperations never fully divulge all their information to shareholders, Its called corperate secrets and strategy.
Keeps the other guy from stealing your ideas or torpedoing your company.
Greetings,
I am not a stock guy, or that savvy with money, or a businessman. But it seems to me that people keep looking way too far down the road here with talk of buyouts, mergers, reverse splits, complaining why they are not rich now.
This company started out with a dream, an idea that we bought into,
then negotiations
then letters of intent
then financing, the pr firm, the lawyers, ect.
On and on, and now we have actual land concessions signed and sealed.
Now we continue the aquisition hunt.
At some point there will be drilling and testing to see what is in fact there for concentrations of mineable assets.
At some point there will be additional financing, partnerships or other deals to begin production.
At some point there will be an uplisting of Mammoth Stock to a bigger board.
There is so much more left to do before production can begin.
Lets talk about that.
Isn't potash a byproduct of lithium mining, and vice-versa?
Is potash a "Strategic Resource" in chile?
http://energy.foreignpolicyblogs.com/tag/chile/
The above link has an article shows how smart chile is, the third one down talks about how chile managed in the Financial crisis that has hobbled the rest of the world. Chile knows what it has, It will manage its resourse to its best advantage. I doubt anyone will come in and strongarm them against their will.
BUYOUT?
Why is everyone talking about a buyout?
Is this the kind of guy WL is?
Build it - sell it - start another?
I hope not, This is the foundation of something good, I HOPE.
Whenever you start building, It can get muddy and sticky.
But I believe Lithium is going to be here for a while and this will become bigger than we ever imagined. Dosen't hurt to dream BIG.
I hope WL is here to build an EMPIRE not a sand castle in the desert.
So stop with aimless speculation, setting limits and timeframes.
It's annoying
Your luck is better than mine...
with my luck it will shoot up to $35.00
Saw something interesting...
'Cambridge Crude': New MIT Battery Design Could Be Breakthrough
The brains at MIT have come up with a new concept on the batterys which uses a semi-solid lithium -ion flow cell design.
Google it...
From the article I read; "A variety of potential advantages, according to MIT, are seen in this battery design. These include reducing the the size and the cost of a complete battery system, including all of its structural support and connectors, to about half the current levels; permitting, in EV applications, the possibility of ’refueling’ by pumping out the liquid slurry and pumping in a fresh, fully charged replacement or quickly swapping out the tanks; and, for energy storage applications, allowing for large scale, clean energy storage at what is said to be low costs"
Could make Lithium powered cars more affordable and cheaper to run w/o replacing a $5000 battery every 5 years; and giving more range due to dragging around less weight
Just replace the slurry.
Gold is being pumped big time
Even on TV, and that should be sign.
It will probable go up more, but
it will fall hard when the music stops.
Remember housing?
Lithium is at the ground floor and beginning to build
and we are lucky to be here at the beginning with MMTE
I made the mistake of selling on fear of losing also, I was lucky in that I was able to buy back in without losing. Then I was able to enjoy the rollercoaster rides. First with "texas toast", Remember that? then this latest one, Wondering how deep into the Earth we'll go when we hit...
But everything tends to work out.
I was asking about shares yesterday and I was accused of being "paid"
I assume WL has a Plan.
and I hope it won't involve a R/S
