That's great news. But it does make me wonder what the future of storing cord blood is. Especially when you keep seeing stories like this, where they use the patients own bone marrow for a source of stem cells.
When's this handle suppose to stop forming...? Haha hopefully soon.
To da moon as they say? Things got interesting in CBAILAND. Now if Matt could give us the actual details like you say, that would be awesome. How many days do you think it will take to break the 200 day sma?

Why is the chill always in quotes? "chill" Is it fake? Why would they only chill key investment banker's stock?
Unilateral-1. Of, on, relating to, involving, or affecting only one side: "a unilateral advantage in defense" (New Republic).
The recent unilateral action by the DTC in “chilling” the use of the DTC electronic stock transfer system for privately issued and even registered shares of the Company’s common stock issued to its investment bankers is currently having an adverse impact on the Company’s liquidity and capital resources in that it is making it more difficult for the Company to obtain new sources of capital and to access additional capital from existing sources, specifically through equity financings and borrowings. Further, when new sources of capital are obtained, the “chill” is making such capital more costly. The holders of the “chilled” shares of the Company are the key investment bankers whose funds have been supporting the Company with capital lines to fund its expanding operations. The Company anticipates that until the DTC “chill” is lifted, the “chill” will continue to have this same adverse impact on the Company’s liquidity and capital resources. Namely, it will make it more difficult and costly for the Company to obtain new sources of capital and to access additional capital from the Company’s existing sources, and therefor more difficult and costly for the Company to obtain the liquidity necessary for the Company’s general business operations and growth. Moreover, the Company has been forced to negotiate settlement agreements with its existing investment bankers to settle alleged breaches of contract as a result of this DTC “chill” and the unavailability of DTC electronic transfer for “chilled” Company shares. Such settlement agreements have already cost the Company approximately $895,000 as of March 31, 2011 in damages.
Financial Condition and Results Of Operations as of December 31, 2010
Cbai has never been on that list on the dtc website. I checked it out in the beginning. Not sure why it's never been there. Doesn't make sense and I don't know why cbai would make up a chill.
And boom goes the dynamite. I wonder if cbai will hold in that .0185 range after this pump and dump is done dumping or slip even further into the abyss. Would be nice to see cash flow positive by the time I die. Hmmmm... Just thinking out loud.
Scottrade allows electronic trading of CBAI if anyone was looking for a new broker. 45,000 shares yesterday was around $22 commission to buy.
Lets say we get the chill lifted and we close one of the "feather moment" LOI's; how long do you guys think it would take CBAI to pay off their 42 million dollar deficit as outlined in the s-1/a from Sept. 22nd?
Keep on posting about double zeros. Seems to be going the opposite since you started....

Awesome story about a girl who couldn't find a bone marrow transplant match and they turned to cord blood to save her life.
I think there may be something there, but I've seen others argue that this board has no actual effect on pps. It's hard to imagine that, because I believe most people do come here to get real advice and may buy based on what they've read.
Can't believe they deleted my post, especially since it was right on topic stating an opinion with what was happening on this board yesterday. I guess the admins have an agenda and I wasn't conforming to thier views. How bout that PPS though? Awesome! Go CBAI! Uuuhhhggg...
The world will never know. Did you recieve the info by email?
How does one find out about a shareholder meeting before it occurs?
Steve Wynn once said "The only way to make money in a casino, is to own a casino." I believe this to be a similar situation...
It's fun to stay tuned... If by tuned you mean drunk... Until this pos climbs to a favorable share price, the majority will feel raped and pillaged by the captain in charge of this ship...fact.

Is there anyway we could just band together as investors in this company...? My idea is that each investor sends an email and makes 1 phone call a day to the DTC until they are so annoyed that they have no choice but to lift the chill... Thats my idea. What do you guys think?
I kind of kicked myself for not selling the night before, but I just keep telling myself a win is a win and I don't have too many of those with this stock!
I sold this morning and gave myself 10,000 free shares to not give a flying _____ about.
The team cord blood moral has sunk to an all time low. Maybe after the dog days of summer we can start feeling better about this one... I still have hope, but its getting hard to keep without profits... Good luck everyone.
I'll buy some more after the split when it goes back down to around 1/2 a penny...
I agree. He has a plan b, and he needs to show us the money. 5 million no votes from me...
Voting no will make Matt accountable for his words on "organic growth". If the company has no money, we're all screwed regardless of a yes or no...
Voting NO with my 5 mil. There's no shareholder value to come from a split. Make Schissler show us the money before any split.
Wow! Pretty Low Volume... I think this is a good thing. People must have a death grip on their shares...
I'm not selling until this one is well over a penny.
Hey Lock. I just picked up another 2 mil. This one has way more potential than pitt or tatt will ever give credit.
Hey Lock, just letting you know that I took another 1.3 million from a week hand the other day. Hope you're getting some rest after that addition to the family.
Thanks Joe!
Hey Lock! Send me your email, since I only have a basic account.
I am just wondering what type of info the FDA would OR could provide that would lead you to believe it would have a better chance of approval this year. I'm just curious because I know little about the kinds of info they can even release. Thanks in advance for sheading a little more light on the process.
I think Dean does this already and that is why he looked so deflated on the last Mtv PR. You would be deflated too if every time you called they said, "Your application is still under review Mr. Janes." Try hearing that 5 times a week forever... JMO

Junior sales associate job
That's 50 bucks per thousand invested. Just painting the picture.
I'll sell my house and buy more shares if they do a press conference with a monkey demonstrating the DViS on another monkey... :)
Oz said it... The FDA and Dean need to deficate or get off the can. Know when to hold them, know when to fold them. Time for Dean to go PMA or the FDA to say Houston we have a problem. It doesn't matter if you're in this stock to make a quick buck or be part of a company that will change lives. My guess is that with all the emotion in this board, most are investing with their hearts and not with their minds. If you're in it with your heart (sorry if you bought at 1.95!!) then you have to stay until the end or the next big bounce, to get maybe 25% of your money back. If your in it for the money and your smart about it, get back in when this hits the floor and maybe sell 1/2 when it moves up 500% and just sit back and wait with free money... GLTA
You can knock me over with a feather if this stock goes to .001! Haha, all joking aside, I cant wait to see what the future has in store for this promising company.
Im with shaka, see all of you at .05 or maybe .03.... could just be the vodka talking.
