I got the reply back from IB. The transfer agent said the shares are still restricted, not tradable. sad story

the volume today is from long term bag holders who are waiting to get out. Typical for a ticker that disappointed many people here on board. But as they filed 10K, the delisting risk is minimized. Very positive sign

some of the share increase is for the merger. Some of them are for future partnership deal I guess. for example, I think if we ink the deal with VW, that might include both cash and stock investment.

Only thing matters is the lock-up period. SPAQ's CEO and other insiders has 18month lockup agreement, which is the longest that I have ever seen for SPACs. This is his way to show "Interest alignment" with all our shareholders. What we should do is to trust Mr. Fisker 100% to let him execute his plan! VOTE AGREE FOR ALL
