...I forgot to check the ibox, I've had it minimized for so long I kind of forgot it existed, lol. Thanks. I'm going to call in the morning as I'm currently at work and don't leave the office until late.
What's Steve Parents' phone number?
Man wish I had some powder, didn't think there'd be more cheapies--GL to whoever gets those 15s! TOFS
This is looking like a strong play. I've been accumulating the past two weeks, and I like seeing some green for a change here (in my portfolio) lately! Can't wait to see what's in store for TOFS.
I'm a lurker and have been here since November (and loving it now!) but a gallon of just about any material weighs more than a pound (a gallon of water is ~8lbs). I don't know the weight of the black sands but one gallon of regular dry sand is roughly 9.6lbs. 50 gallons times 9.6lbs is 480lbs, so that works out to a little less than 1/4 short-ton of regular quartz sand per barrel. So a safe estimate is that each barrel will contain roughly $1900 worth of product. So just over 4 barrels would be 1 ton.
Beyond this I don't know what to tell you, but I highly doubt it'll cost $4000 to ship and process 4 barrels of black sand.
Since I don't know the density and weight of the black sands versus run-of-the-mill sand, I can't be more specific, but specific-gravities don't lie. It'll probably be heavier per gallon than my estimates. :)
Still around with my core position, just waiting to see what NVAE is going to do to get that $11 million in revenue they were projecting in a PR earlier this year. The updated float is about what I guessed it to be after the last run, so that's not bad at all.
Volume is starting to pick up, so interesting days may be ahead.
hehe, a man can dream, right?
QSGI has permission to stay in this trading range until tomorrow...need some fuel so I back the truck up! :D
I'm about penny over my average.
EVCA! Fresh shares, stale prices!
/buy
Companies like EVCA make me wish I had a time machine or really deep pockets (or both!) I've got about 35k shares, avg'd in at about .04, but I'm fresh outta powder.
Never done a BQ play before. The 7500 this morning was mine, hoping to double that before end of week. Priciest lotto ticket I ever bought, but why not? ;)
Sent a couple emails fishing for -anything- yesterday morning. If I don't hear back midweek, I'll try again. Either way, I'll post whatever I get on the board.
The powers that be really should make it a requirement to update share structure at least monthly--especially on these higher tiered stocks.
I doubt NVAE's SS is the same, given the way it's trading and the accum/dist line, but I don't think it's that much higher (relatively speaking), also given the way it's trading.
I'm in it at least until I know what the company's plans are--then I'll evaluate between buying more, selling, or holding steady.
Short numbers for today?
I'm really bullish on RNRG and EVCA. EVCA is already up a ton, I know, but I think it's still cheap--news coming real soon. RNRG had BIG financing news today and I'm amazed it didn't run harder--tomorrow might be good for it. Green is GREEN in 2011!
NVAE's close stung today--I wish I had some more powder for these cheapies, but man it'll be nice when they finally give us a PR and we really take off.
Check 'em out, do your own DD, don't take my word for anything. And yes, I own all of them. :D
Yeah, making shorts burn tends NOT to involve a low-volume walkdown for weeks on end after your PR. I'm no basher, but I'm no pumper either-frustrated is all. This is far and away my biggest loser, and I've averaged down -much- more than I should have, just due to the float lock, but it's starting to get ridiculous.
Now I'll eat those words and crow if they find a way to make SEGI another G**Y (lol, I can dream, right?), but....right now, I'm displeased, so I think I'm going to email them later. Gotta get back to work for now.
Yeah, I've averaged down about as much as I'm comfortable averaging down. If he'd give us news, this would be ripe for the picking.
man it'd be nice to hear something. this steady erosion thing is getting old.
Awesome, will definitely check it out
RNRG got some nice news today--big private placement money from Hong Kong, new shares are restricted. I flipped it a couple times the last time it ran to .08, but it's starting to look like a good long for me. Check it out, do your own DD, all that jazz.
Bid and ask stacking really nice now
NVAE ftw
So...anyone know what the next GWAY is gonna be, and care to let me in on it? ;)
Can't wait to see Scar's latest pick.
Anyone have short numbers? Thank you.
Here here! I wish the rest of my portfolio would do half as well as NVAE
Yeah, I picked up a few more shares to average down today--I bought in at like 2, so right now SEGI is the worst-performer in my portfolio, lol, but I think it has a future--just need to hear from the company to know what that future is!
crickets. SEGI needs to throw us a bone.
I'm inclined to agree with you. I'm very interested to see the short numbers at EOD.
what amazes me is how many shares were just dumped on the bid...and we're still sitting at 50% up for the day--that's strength.
I think power hour is going to be legendary.
NVAE volume is unreal!
NVAE huge volume today, +70%!
lovin' NVAE's action this morning! Let's see some 3sssss
I'm still on NVAE, just been busy at work this week. Took a beating today!
Anyone know what tomorrow's GWAY is gonna be? LOL, wish I'd had about 100,000 shares of that!
Ugh, been a rough day.
Just gotta keep up the pressure on NVAE and get the word out!
That's what I'm most interested in seeing today--I imagine it'll be pretty high. Hope to be able to give it proper attention tomorrow.
We haven't seen anything yet with NVAE--there's 650k buys vs 500k sells, and it's up 33%. 33% on only 150k net shares.
Been busy with work, but what a show of force this morning! I think it's going to be a big week for NVAE.
