And although it is good to be rid of Al, Bo learned the game from him so what is to trust. No installations completed, no revenues just PRs, MoneyTV and now a PR firm. nothing has happened to make me a believer.

There is no info on the facebook page or the owners facebook page. There is no other info found with a google search. The whole thing smells like standard GDTK scam. Nothing gets finished. No installations, no funding, no revenue. Company advertising does not really help if there is nothing to sell but stock.

I have been on the sideline for awhile. Not buying back in yet. Lets see some revenue.

New products and early adopters.

By new product I mean a radically new product, something that never has been before. Not a new brand of something that is already established in the market. When a new product comes to market the company will have limited production and distribution. They have spent for R&D and to get the initial production and they have the expenses of increasing production, distribution and marketing. Until they have established their market and scaled their production their cost of production will be high. This is where the early adopters comes in. For any product there is a group of people that will find it so beneficial that they will pay whatever the cost to get it.

Lets take the cell phone for example. Thirty years ago a cell phone looked and weighed like a brick. Service cost $1000 a month and only high income people with time sensitive businesses like doctors and executives thought they were worth it. They were the early adopters and helped pay for the R&D and expansion. When the size and cost dropped the second wave of early adopters, like cab drivers and salesmen bought in because it would increase their profits. The next drop in price will bring in the people that can afford it just for their convenience. This goes on until the phones and service are so cheap that almost everyone has one and they are considered a necessity.

This is the cycle for all radically new products.

He received fully vested options not stock. If he had received stock it would have been listed above in Table I.

No not really, I was just responding to fmonman2 about the GDTK website being down. It would be an additional bad sign if the website was completely and permanently gone. All that is really important is completed projects, revenues and on time reporting. I am not sure that will ever happen.

The first sign that a RM might happen will be a R/S. With an A/S of 15B and a float of over 10B there will need to be a major R/S before any company will merge with it.
I got these figures from the last filed report. The OTC website has a lesser float but I do not know where they got it.

Well I just noticed this because it set my volume scanner off but

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 20000 split Pay date=06/30/2010.

Makes this look very, very bad. If you have been holding for 4 years you have lost everything. Those two R/S are the same as a 1 to 400,000,000. You would have to owned 400M to have one today. Ouch!

They still have a 1.6B float and 20B auth.

I am not buying at this time.

Well the news is my shares sold for a profit this morning. WSRA continues to be a winner for me. I will buy back in again near the bottom. Glad to see the action. I do not see any pumping going on. I think that is a needed part of a P&D.

Actually they were pretty upfront about the R/S. They started talking about the need for it several months before the event. They first said they thought 1/1000 would be enough but when it came around it was 1/10000. But CC if you are thinking about buying some as an investment I would council you to skip it as an investment. I have already made some by flipping but the Kool-aid has warn off for me and I think it either a scam or likely to be a failed business. Not an investment quality company.

I have not read anything about the Cascade Reactor producing heat. It seems to be designed to kill everything living in biological waste so it can be deposed of safely. I have not heard that the two products are related or go together some how. But they do have the same customers, landfills.
