If you go to the bottom of the proxy statement you will see were it says if you don't vote in the meeting weather present or by mail each vote that represents each share of your stock and mine will default to the listed candidates and for the reverse split!

Sounds to me that they aren't playing with the stock part anymore unless it produces money!!!

Agreed! Why would you cut your own throat in an attempt to profit from some sort of scam? With so much inside ownership that would be impossible. I believe the r/s is just an attention getter and will never happen! Once they decided not to do it she's gona run. That means they can stay compliant and things can get back to normal...

I can't imagine how they could even consider a r/s knowing people are just standing on the side line waiting for them to make a decision on it. Also a r/s would hurt them to! I think this thing will run like crazy when they decided no r/s!

Yes! bbda was a total scam run by a crook named Brian Webber. He would do an r/s and then dilution.he did this over and over again until no one would even touch it anymore.
