     The company is an established entity that deregistered its listing
with the SEC several years ago.  It has not enjoyed significant
current operations of late, in large part due to depressed oil and
gas prices and the risky nature of the energy industry.  We are
listed as a pink sheet company and are up to date in our reporting
with OTC Markets.  The reason you are able to view a stock price is
because we remain reporting, although there are currently few
operations other than those disclosed in our reports.
