I think he didn't do a PR because it costs money and the SEC could use it against him in court. Besides, he's using all his money to fight the allegations.

I agree with you. A few months ago, I tried calling and emailing ATNP and GOTV several times....with no response. I tried buying GOTV online...with no luck. Their website didn't even allow for me to purchase their product. If this business was truly legit, there would be a way to purchase their product or contact the company. After all, how could they have sold a product if you couldn't contact the company to purchase it? Chris hasn't released financials in over a year. In one of his PR's, he said he was going to be more transparent with pinksheets......which he hasn't done. This company is listed Caveat Emptor for a reason. The SEC has plenty of proof against him with the GOTV boxes actually being another company's product and being pre-programmed with websites instead of IPTV technology. That's tangible, hard evidence that the SEC has in hand. How is he going to fight that accusation? Plus, they have proof he shorted his own company to make a profit. The shorts are in Chris's name and his roommate's name. I'm angry I tried to get the word out about this company by suggesting Tellytube and ATNP as a friend to all my facebook friends, etc. I also looked up Chris's past subsidiaries he developed through ATNP. NONE OF THEM EVER CAME TO FRUITION. I hope Chris gets jail time. Not only is it illegal to do what he did with his companies, but it's also illegal to trade based on insider information. He deserves jail time.

This stock was shorted BY CHRIS and his roommate, not MM's. The SEC has proof of that. It's in the complaint filed by the SEC against Chris. I read the whole document the day we all found out about the SEC investigation and the stock tanked. They have a lot of solid evidence against him, unfortunately for us. I don't have time to find a link today, but you can find it in past posts here (look at posts on the day the stock went to .0001) or you can find it on Finra or the SEC's site. Hope that helps.

Not just $77k. In the complaint, didn't you catch the $250k he made from pumping and dumping in December? "Associate", in my opinion, probably means girlfriend or roommate (that's a close friend). Or the fact that he said a product was offered that didn't even exist? Or the fact that he bought someone else's product and just attached his logo, sold it at a huge profit, and it didn't do what he claimed it would (IPTV vs. internet access)? That's nothing less than fraudulent activity, my friend. I wish you the best.

There were some posters on here awhile back that said they had reported Chris and ATNP to the SEC regarding their concerns about this being a scam.

Some people are still in denial. Perhaps this will be a shell company for another merge in the future?

I just read the 15 pages of complaints against him. The SEC has all their ducks in a row. There is absolutely no way Chris/ATNP/GOTV are legitimate. He knowingly defrauded investors. I hope he gets jail time.

I'm a little disappointed. I just don't understand why this isn't taking off. Telly Tube looks great. Yeah, I understand there's a CE status and GOTV is on hold, but things are moving along really well with TT. It's not as if Chris isn't working on it.

They did have some banners online for GOTV. Not sure it went anywhere, though. I think radio advertising would hit the younger generation quickly and be less expensive than television advertising.

No problem. Also, there's a 20:1 forward split occurring this week for GOTV/SCFRD shares. For every 1 share of GOTV you have, you'll get an extra 20. This will give you added shares, but your total value will remain the same until the price per share increases.

You have dividends in ATNP's subsidiaries. Depending on when you bought in to ATNP, you might have GOTV and/or Telly Tube shares. GOTV is currently merging with SCFRD with a share price at approximately .13. Telly Tube doesn't yet have a ticker symbol. Your dividends are currently restricted (you can't trade them yet). However, we think GOTV/SCFRD will be trade-able shortly.

1. Add Telly Tube as a friend.
2. Go to Telly Tube's page. At the bottom left of the page, there will be an option to suggest friends for Telly Tube.
3. When the box pops up that asks you to suggest friends for Telly Tube, highlight your first 50 friends and click "send".
4. Do this over and over again until you've selected all your friends.

A split doesn't decrease a current shareholder's value. It decreases the pps but the added share's value will in essence equal the same value as before. I'm sure you know that.
